I have yet to have a bad experience at this theater, the seats are comfortable, it is reasonably priced compared to some theaters, and it is hardly ever crowded. I have been to almost every theater in 30 miles of Nuevo, so basically, Perris, Mo Val, Hemet, San Jacinto.. This theater manages to stand above the rest, and quite far above too. It is typically well taken care of, and as I mentioned before, it is not often crowded at all. In response to my fellow reviewers who mentioned the "noisy teenagers" and the "other people" as causes for dislike... frankly, if the crowd annoys you, wait for the movie to get released and rent it. Disliking a theater based on the fact that it is a theater is silly. If you get annoyed by attending a show at the cinema, simply do not attend. If you are however, the type of person who does want to see a movie in the Inland Empire and doesnt feel like paying Temecula prices, this theater is THE definite choice.

I like Harkins. The theatre is always clean. The service is always good. Of course they get crowded when a new movie is out. Howeve, they will give you your money back, if you happen to find yourself having to sit in the nosebleed section. The popcorn is good. I like how they offer and are able to use the loyalty cups for drinks. Harkins Moreno Valley is clean and has great customer service. The employees are nice. After the Colorado shooting, its good to see that there is security in the theatre. Makes it feel like its a little bit of a safer place to take your family.

It was my first and last time together at Harkins in Moreno Valley. We went there as a family (Husband &Wife) and a gang member in the front row started harassing us that we refused to stay in that dark salon with him , so we left the movie before its finished and we went to the management but they were so careless. So we left Harkins Theatres in Moreno Valley. Going to our car, we were happy that we are still alive and we left that place for gangsters and the management that they are deserved. That place does not even deserve 1 star.

I enjoy this theater especially the Play Center. My daughter wants me to go see a movie just so she can play in the Center. Its clean their friendly and very Protected of our children. Was given a pager just in case and a wrist band. I like the security officer I mean the security that is there at night NOT that its needed but nice to know their there for us. You cant complain about the prices because all theaters have the same or more price range. I give this one two thumbs up. Keep up the good work Harkins Mo Val.

Nice place, clean and well maintained. Comfy seats with legroom! Sound system doesnt blow your ears off and usually enough cashiers to keep the concessions lines moving. Awesome deals as well...buy a $25 t-shirt and every time you wear it here you get a medium popcorn free, which you can upgrade. Buy the refillable cup and on all your next visits bring it in for $1.50 refills. Second visit to this location, outstanding. Staff is always pleasant.

The Theater itself is great...but with all the teenagers talking, gigglin at stupid crap, People bringin in babies and being on their phones its hard to enjoy yourself with your loved ones or fam. Why should you hav eto take time away from the movie to go play "Snitch" to get a manager to come tell them to behave? This keeps up Ill have to find another theater to go to cause Harkins in MoVal is becoming GHETTO!!!

Always triple check your tickets. Second time in a row on the same day I wanted 1 senior, 4 adult, and 3 child tickets. First time I was missing a child ticket. Not charged for it I bought it but had to change the time so after I got new tickets I was missing an adult ticket so I had to buy another. In summation I ended up paying for one extra adult and one extra child ticket. Triple check your tickets!

After several years of being open, the seats are very dirty and starting to break. Theaters are small too. They only have the main concession counter open so if you are seeing a movie at the back of the theater, you have to carry your stuff all the way back. I do like being able to buy tickets at the kiosk rather then standing in line.

My bf and I always get student discounts, which makes this way cheaper than any other theaters we attend. Very clean theater, comfortable seats. We enjoy the food too, like their pretzel and popcorn. Those free flavors to add are awesome! Even tho we dont have kids, we love the fact that they offer a play center to babysit

Excellent customer service! Management went above and beyond on premier weekend for captain America. The general manager went into my auditorium and welcomed everyone and apologized for the long lines. The theater was kept clean and the lines were well organized. They also have armed security which is a huge plus.

The Manager Nick was Awesome! Really helped us out when I was looking for my theatre (first timer at the Moreno Valley Harkins). Its good knowing that a manager will take the time to personally walk you to the theatre, not just point and walk away. Will definitely be my new theatre of choice!

I have been going to harkins moreno valley since it opened...The Movie theater is always clean and the employees are friendly. I have even worked as a secret shopper there and have gone to movies at every time imagineable....it is a well run top tier movie theater..!

This theaters prices for the rest of the establishment do not stack up to other competitors. The sound in some theaters is OK in quality, but the floors and cleanliness arent something too nice. The customer service is nice, but speed even in slower times tends to lag.

Love their popcorn seasoning - havent seen anywhere else! Child care center is also really cool, although Ive yet to try it out! I believe its about the price of a movie and they entertain your children while you enjoy a quiet movie without the kids; )

The staff are very friendly, its always clean and comfortable! My favorite thing about Harkins...they have popcorn toppers! My daughter loves the play center, we use it often. I love Harkins and the kids love it too. Its one of our favorite outings!

theater is good. most the time there isnt any annoying teenagers talking loudly during the entire movie but it does happen. Would expect people to be quiet during movie. River Wolford is probably one of those who talk during the entire movie.

Do not. I repeat... DO NOT go Fri-Sun. Large amounts of RUDE teenagers go and talk LOUDLY through the entire movie and nothing is done about it. This happened to my friend and myself the last TWO times we were there.

i love the harkins theaters. they have very high quality seats, thats why i always fall asleep while watching. The popcorn is delicious and ticket prices are a little high. love everything about it. :D
