We had an awesome experience I would like to relate. We decided to go to the 1st show on 5/27/16 at the Fallen Timbers Theaters. My wife and 2 daughters were going to see the Jungle Book, while my son and I were going to Captain America: Civil War in 3D. Against my better judgement we got tickets to the 3D showing. We made it a grand total of 2 minutes in to the movie when he got terribly frightened, we immediately left the show. I went promptly to the ticket counter in hopes of either a refund, or a change of movies, but I wasnt expecting anything. When I got to the counter, I asked for a manager. He was actually manning the ticket counter, I explained the situation, he immediately exchanged the tickets and we joined the rest of the family in the Jungle Book. I am sorry that I didnt catch the managers name, but he was very courteous. He even took time to reassure my son that it was okay to be scared, and there was no need to be embarrassed about it. He also credited the difference back to my card in an efficient manner. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the theater, and the friendliness of the employees. Tried to take my kids to Rouge One and Cinamark at Fallen Timbers. Purchased tickets and was told I had to wait in a line. Made sure I was there early enough to first slot in line. I am very particular where I sit in a theater. When line was released I was the first to walk into the theater only to find that it was already half full of people. Of course the seats I prefer were taken. This in my opinion this is completely unacceptable. I was able to get my money back and the customer service person gave use four free passes that cant be used for Rouge One. Very disappointed with their inability to adhere to a policy. I am however pleased with the how the customer service person handled the situation. Not sure I will attempt to see this movie or anyother here again.

By far my favorite place to see a movie in or around Toledo. Everything including the bathrooms are typically pretty clean. Stadium seating with digital projectors is also a must which they deliver with amazing audio as well. They also run deals on Tuesdays for half off movie tickets. Only reason I took a star off is for the amount of time it takes to get through concessions.

Size of individual theatres are decent. The sound quality is proportionate to the sz of the theatres. Easy to locate ea. screen/ theatre. Bathrooms look clean; however, does not smell clean. Prices, like anywhere, is overpriced. Its nice they allow mattinee prices, for ppl who may otherwise have to wait for it to come out dvd/ redbox/ netflix...

The last several movies have attended have had people talking the entire time and nothing is ever done about it. I stopped going to Westfield/ Franklin park mall theatre, so it looks like Ill be seeing all my movies up at Phoenix in Monroe from now on. The extra drive is worth the better seating and quieter attendees.

I cant say enough about what an outstanding job Fallen Timbers did with the Star Wars premier. Both Thursday night and Friday night, the crowds were organized and contained. Security was present, visible, but not intrusive. Concession lines were quick, and the staff was positive and helpful. Terrific job.

Best movie theater. Dont have to worry about long lines depending on what time and what movie. Dont have to worry about rude people, great staff, the popcorn is Always on point. This is our main theater we always go to.

They let my 14 year old brother in the movie IT they didnt even ID him because he "looked like he was old enough to drink. Thats a poor excuse theyre supposed to ID Everyone I didnt expect this from falling timbers

Used Fandango, but still had to go through the line... At least the lines were fairly quick. Clean theater, excellent movie experience! If they fixed the line problem for Fandango users I would give 5 stars.

Very nice theater, and up to date. You cant ask for anything more. If you go to a huge blockbuster like Rogue One, dont expect to get your perfect seat, since a lot of others will be there too.
