Disclaimer: I used to work here, so the review might be slightly biased. On the outside, the theater might seem a little outdated. However, that is not necessarily bad, as it gives everything a "homey" sort of feel. The seats themselves are comfortable, and the theaters are generally large enough to not sell out (except on opening nights for big movies like Star Wars, etc...) The ticket prices are generally better than the other local theater (especially on Tuesdays and between 4 and 6). Moreover, buying tickets online is a great way to guarantee seats at the same price (if I remember correctly, there is no booking fee through the company website). As a side note, pricing does change throughout the day (less in the morning, more in the evening). Also, there are discounts for students, military, and seniors (You have to specifically ask for the military and seniors, as employees are not allowed to assume, by company policy. Also, student pricing extends up to college and graduate school). As for concessions, while somewhat pricey, the revenue from those are essentially what pays the employees (most ticket revenue goes to Hollywood). There are lots of good deals (Reel Deals and Couple Specials, amongst others) and a large variety of candy. There are also nachos, pretzels, and hot dots. My only complaint is that with the popcorn deals, you cannot substitute a frozen drink. By the way, contrary to some reviews, the popcorn oil and butter are soy based, not peanut based. If you do have any concerns about allergies, just ask. A manager will know the ingredients, and there is also nutrition information behind the counter. While on the topic of tickets and concessions, Goodrich Quality Theaters has a fantastic free rewards program, which is very easy to sign up for and provides discounts on popcorn deals. Also, on your birthday, you get a free popcorn. There is also a points system involved, which only requires that you present your card. As for the actual staff, I cannot recall any coworker whom I particularly disliked. Everyone makes an effort to be helpful and courteous to customers. The managers are very competent, and if there is ever anything someone doesnt know, someone else on staff probably does. Finally, in case of techinal difficulties, a manager will immediately attempt to remedy the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, they will issue either a full refund or an emergency ticket, which is good for another admission.

Been going here since I was a kid because its the only theater near by. But yesterday when me and my father went to go see Dr. Strange. The whole theater smelled like mold/Sewage. The chair caused a serious bruise on my butt and the popcorn was very soggy. Not to mention they barely had anyone working so it took us an extra half an hour to get our tickets even though the line wasnt very long. We will continue to go here because it has never been this bad, and its the only theater close to us. But we wont be going as much and I will make sure I bring a pillow to sit on.

Great prices, very clean, comfortable seats, popcorn is delicious and drink refills are free. Only thing is they do use peanut oil which sucks because when I go there with my friends (a few of them have nut allergies) we cant eat popcorn. Besides that I love this theater! They also have really nice employees which means a lot because it makes you feel good when you talk to them. I love their "real deals" because you can get popcorn and a drink for a better price. Overall this place is great to go as a family, with some friends, on a date, or even by yourself!

Love this theater. Its right in between a classic theater and commercial theater. Theres lots of people yet it feels like home. Showing times are pretty decent, prices are average with student discounts, bathrooms are clean, screens are great, chairs are fairly comfy. Food is expensive though. The quality of the theater overall has been declining over the past few years maybe bc of new management but its my top choice theater near ann arbor and its a helluva lot better than rave

After I found out that Rave Cinemas nearby refused to honor veterans status and provide a military discount, I began exclusive patronage of Quality 16 in the area, despite the fact that it is much farther away. The staff has always been friendly and courteous, the food is Movie Theater expensive, but no different than any other theater Ive been to, and the facilities are clean. It has almost always been an enjoyable experience to watch a movie in their building.

NEVER GO HERE. -The Manager/Supervisors are rude and unhelpful, even to the kids they hire. -The seats/floor/bathrooms are sticky, smelly, and visibly dirty. There was an article of pregnancy prevention under a seat I would have otherwise occupied. Yes, used. -They dont offer refunds, only free tickets, even when a movie stops running halfway through because of their incompetence.

Popcorn was super fresh when we got there. Price was not insane for the movie, and they do have a student discount. Place was packed when we got there to see Logan on opening weekend, but it usually is not that crazy. I used to come to this theater for years when I lived in the area, it was nice to see that it did not disappoint, now.

Closest theater to the west side of Ann Arborites. They hold all the new titles and are a short distance away. The prices are a bit better than RAVE. Growing up going to this theater for 18 years I never had an issue with rude staff or any long lines. Overall good atmosphere. Theres always close parking available which is plus.

Expensive Food & They dont keep movies as long as Advertised. Quality 16 advertised that they would be showing the DBZ: Battle of the Gods movie for 1 week only, from August 5th (Tuesday) till August 9th (Saturday). They stopped showing the movie on the after Wednesday ..... I didnt even get to take my kids to go see it. Smh.

The Goodrich Quality 16 is a great theater. Each theater is relatively small giving it a cozier feel than some of the other ginormous theaters. The employees are friendly and I have had no complaints with their service over the past 9 years of attendance. Overall, this is a good place to go to watch a flick.

Ive been here many times and I go because of how close it is to my home. Its not the best theatre but the staff is nice and the prices are fair for the quality. The only thing that bugs me is the wait before movies start, it always takes a few minutes for the operator to switch from the previews to the movie.

I Love Quality 16; the whole family can attend, free refill drinks, reasonable popcorn refill price. Fresh food, Great movie selection & variety. Free movie weekends for small children, with intermission halfway through the movie for diaper, & pull up change as well as refreshment refills.

Great theater with good audio and 50 cent refills. the only problem I had was that we drove by it a couple times because there was no sign near the street showing where it was. When we finally got there, it looked like there used to be one, but it was taken out. I wonder why that was done.
