Just looking at the website, Creekside Conference & Event Center looked like the perfect venue for a wedding, especially since we wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. When we toured Creekside, we were so excited about how beautiful the outdoor rotunda area was for the ceremony and how large the reception area was on the third floor. Creekside had so much room inside the venue that we knew it wouldnt be in issue if weather was bad and we needed to move the ceremony inside. Luckily, we had perfect weather for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Creekside staff, especially Karlie, was very organized and easy to work with as we planned for the wedding day. Karlie took detailed notes and kept track of all the updates and changes that were made along the way. I created a decoration instructions document for the staff, because I knew I wouldnt be able to help set up the ceremony site or reception area due to time constraints on the wedding day. The staff followed my decoration instructions very well and carried out my plan perfectly. Creekside staff worked very well with my other wedding vendors and gave them instructions on where to set up as they arrived (DJ, photobooth, cake, etc.). Our only complaints about the whole event were that the steaks were cooked more of a medium rare instead of medium and the baked macaroni and cheese entrees did not come with sides (we thought all entrees would come with sides). Other than that, we were very happy with our full experience at Creekside Conference & Event Center. I would 100% recommend this venue for a wedding or other special events. We cant wait to get our wedding photos back because there are so many beautiful photo spots immediately outside of Creekside and back in the wooded trails right behind the venue. Its so beautiful!

Im torn on creek side.on one side the landscape is well taken care of, and it is truly a beautiful place to visit, however the businesses in the area seem to struggle.there are several open lots as theyve come and go.I think what the area its struggling from is related to having no anchor stores.most of the places to eat are on the tad expensive side, and not really worth visiting during the winter months. Finding a way to make this area appealing year round, as well as affordable will perhaps be Gahannas next big challenge.

Creekside is quite possibly the most beautiful place in the Columbus area. There are many restaurants and bars on the banks of a large creek with a water fall. You can borrow paddle boats that they have available for free when it is warm out. You can walk along and across the creek on well kept paths. Theres a beautiful fountain during spring and summer. And, it is arguably the most popular Pokenest in the Columbus area.

The CVB at Gahanna is a great stop to make if you want to find something to or somewhere to go at the heart of the Creekside area. They put on tremendous events and display amazing efforts with events from the Blues and Jazz fest to fundraisers to creating herbal cocktail trails for visitors of all tastes and interests!

We had our corporate holiday party here in December, and it was fantastic. The food quality was exceptional and the service staff was helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process/night of event. The underground parking was perfect for the cold/snowy day we had our event. We will definitely be back!

Avoid Pigskin Brewery. Ok beer, ok food, but terrible service. Husband and I have been there multiple times since their opening, hoping each visit would improve. Sadly, it has not and weve made a pack to not waste time or money there again.

They ran out of food. Ladies room...... not all stalls have toilet paper holders. The toilet paper was in baskets on the floor. They expected us to clean up for the wedding using the space next. We were crammed in like sardines in can.

With water and walking paths, this is a nice relief from the city hustle and bustle. There are some interesting shops around and near the fountain. Spring through the fall, they have a pet relayed event the first Thursday of the month.

Awesome place to spend an afternoon or evening. Quite a variety of places to try, and free parking in the garage. Lovely green walking area, good restaurants, bars, etc. Would be great for a date, or visiting family or friends.

Beautiful facilities inside and out. It has access to a super convenient parking garage thats just down the street and goes under the conference center with elevator access right to where you need to go.

This is a very very nice little Strip located in okay hand I recommend going here with your family and friends on a Sunday afternoon if you have time to stroll to the township and also grab a bite to eat

Small park with a fountain, a walk way around the creek, some tables for sitting. If you play Pokemon Go, this is a good place to spend some money, enjoy people watching, and catch water pokemon.

Nice area to walk stroll or ride a bike. You can even paddle boat on the big walnut creek. You have food and other shops around. Street or garage parking.

Best place in Gahanna. You can get a bite to eat, some ice cream, go on a walk through the woods by the creek and feed ducks! It doesnt get much better.

Fantastic place to go with kids on a sunny day! Great water features, lots of ducks, paddle boats to rent and nice trails to walk.
