We searched all over Nashville for the perfect venue for a rehearsal dinner, and The Cordelle is by far better than anywhere else in the city. Surprisingly affordable and with the nicest staff you could ever imagine, you would be making a huge mistake to choose to have your event whether it be a rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, cocktail party—you name it, anywhere else in Nashville. Here are a few reasons why: Aesthetic: White walls with deep, rich wooden floors and a perfectly tasteful amount of exposed brick—if you are looking for an effortlessly elegant location that will keep all of your guests comfortable, this is the place. Versatility: The lawn and deck are great for outdoor events. Our evening started on their large wooden deck in the perfectly groomed backyard. We had a jazz band playing acoustic on a perfect night and enjoyed an hour and a half of sipping cocktails with our best friends. If you need a breather from the crowd, their upstairs private rooms for the wedding party or groom (me at that time) are perfect and ridiculously comfortable. Staff: Our rehearsal dinner was the first official event ever to be held at the Cordelle, and Leigh & Nealy could not have been more relaxed ahead of time or more hospitable before, during, and after the event. If you’ve done your research, you know that this is rare! Best owners/staff at any venue in Nashville! Location: Just a few blocks from downtown, our friends all headed out after the rehearsal dinner to have a blast in the downtown area…and, they walked! Value: Every event has some sort of a budget, and ours was no exception. We researched pretty much every venue in Nashville, and all other locations paled in comparison to The Cordelle. When we found out the cost to rent The Cordelle for the evening, we were shocked. Incredible venue for an incredible value.

The Cordelle is a beautiful space to get married and doesnt require a lot of additional decorations. The bridal suite is amazing and functional, but there is NO place for the groom/groomsmen to get ready which is very inconvenient. There is also no other way for the bridal party to get downstairs besides on the main stairwell which makes it very difficult to hide the bridal party from arriving guests. The location is kind of in a sketchy area, but there is always a police officer on-site so that is a very nice touch. The Cordelle staff on site before the wedding was great and very helpful. Later on, Ashley arrived from The Cordelle staff and was helpful, but could have been a little nicer. She decided to eat dinner uninvited before any of the guests ate, rushed the bride and groom to get out by the send off time, and made other comments throughout the night. But the overall experience was great and the wedding turned out beautifully!

We had our wedding there one October 1, and we just cant say enough great things about the Cordelle. The venue is so beautiful, right in the heart of downtown Nashville. It hardly needs any decorations; its so unassumingly eloquent on its own. Theres so much natural light. The lights they provide are perfect. The porch and the gardens are also gorgeous. We made very few additions - they looked great on their own. The staff was so hospitable, helpful, and friendly. All of our guests were so impressed by the Cordelle. We are so glad we found it. We cant recommend it enough!!

The Cordelle is magical! We had our wedding reception there in May of 2014. We booked it before it was even finished, but just knew it would be amazing! My husband is from Nashville and I have lived here for 8 years now, and I cannot think of a better place for a wedding reception, event, etc. The gals that run The Cordelle were super professional and helpful in every way. We really felt like they were just as excited about our day as we were. If you are thinking about booking this place you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been planning weddings for 10 years and its always a pleasure to find places that provide a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, and also have people working there that care about their clients. Devin and the rest of the crew here are awesome to work with. If youre looking for a beautiful spot with people that will work for you, this is the first place you should look!

We were the first wedding at the Cordelle (potentially frightening statistic) but it was great. The venue was amazing and its charm was worth every penny. Its the only place downtown Nashville thats like this without driving to Franklin for a farm! If I was to get married, id do it all over again and right here, too. The owners were awesome and as helpful as they could be!!

We recently photographed a wedding at The Cordelle and we highly recommend this beautiful venue! The staff were all super friendly and the building and grounds were gorgeous! The loft makes for very pretty pictures with the natural lighting and the really nice decor. We definitely recommend The Cordelle for your wedding venue!

Attended my best friends wedding here. Gorgeous place, extremely talented staff, and excellent food. ~150 people were in attendance, I would suggest this is the upper limit of how many people they can comfortably serve. Trendy, ritzy, classic... Very Nashville
