We went for a Luke Bryan concert and it was a disaster. Doors opened 1.5 hours late leaving everyone waiting out in the cold. The parking lots had no type of bathrooms to accommodate people. After the doors finally opened and making our way up to the gates, security didnt just do a quick check of my purse but rather opened every pocket inside and out scattering everything around. After taking off my belt and attempting to put it back on while security was chuckling I was getting frustrated but oh no it only gets worse from here. We make our way up to the top floor to find our seats in row 40 and an usher pointed us in the direction of row 40. I would say she pointed us in the right direction but since there was no row 40 Im not sure where she was pointing us. Did I mention I purchased these tickets the morning they went on sale? How do you sell tickets for seats in a row that dont exist? People were clueless and didnt know what to tell us. After missing the first two acts they finally found us other seats. Poor customer service, disorganized and unprofessional! Oh and wait......after all that garbage, the concession stands, which sell very little to begin with, were out of hotdogs. After paying that much for tickets and going through this debacle it seemed like robbery. How do you sell tickets for seats that dont exist? Where is row 40? Who is responsible? Thanks for nothing Assembly Hall and in the future you should at least serve alcohol so people can at least be buzzed and hungry when theyre told the seats they purchased dont exist.

First visit to Assembly Hall proved to be amazing. Gorgeous, newly renovated venue has large window to allow viewing from lobby to the performance floor. Seats are well marked and comfortable even for 2 day tournament. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of healthy food options.

Home of the Indiana Hoosiers basketball team. Parking here can be tough if you get to the event late. Overall, all the seats are good, however if you are really close to the top, the seating area just isn’t as good. The upper section is also fairly steep so that is something you may or may not have to get used too.

Popped into this store and the person working was super friendly. I had a shirt I tried on that I asked her to look for in another size and she reached out to the company, sent me an email after and went out of her way to be helpful. Loved the selection of designers and focus on local companies.

Best college basketball atmosphere in the country. Been a lot of places, seen a lot of teams play - nothing quite compares to the scene and spirit of Assembly Hall. The banners, the cheerleaders, the fans - its intimidating and encapsulating at the same time. I cant wait to go back.

Best basketball arena in the US... Period. Best consistent sight lines for where you are sitting. The high slope of the seats give you good views no matter where you are in the arena. Not to mention, IU hoops is consistently solid and the fans here are intense.

Went to see Luke Bryan on Feb. 17th. Horrible experience. The staff had no idea what was going on. We were given wrong information for just about everything we asked. I am pretty easy to please but this was not a good experience. I would never go there again.

This is ALWAYS a FUN place. Consessions are expensive but if you have the option buy a family pack, its better deal. I love going to mens game. We go as a family to the womens games. Great atmosphere!!
