This restaraunt was recommended to me from a someone I know so I had my intentions set on a lovely evening! I set my reservation at 9pm and headed there! when we got there we were 10 to 15 mins early but they said that our table wasnt empty yet and they said they dont know when the table will be free. I asked the host wat is the restaurants idea of a reservation. she said way it meant but couldnt explain why are table wasnt gonna be ready! so we waited at the bar until the table was clean! when the table was cleaned and free we were sat next to a party of 4 and they were leaving as we came up (we sat outside) and they was descussing the tip. one Guy asked way should we tip and his friend said $1. Im a server myself so when I heard that I was upset! so the waiter comes and brings water with him then he says I know water is the only thing yall will be drinking tonight! how rude! then after he brought us our food he was nowhere to be found for an hour. he just left us without checking if the food was OK , if we needed some beverage refills or anything then he shows up we order again and he disappeared again! An hour later another waiter came and said he was relieving the waiter we had so I was gonna tip the new Guy pretty nicely to show the other waiter wat he missed out on with his horrible service but the new Guy did the same thing. he came introduced his self then disappeared. we had to flag down another server to check us out! I thought the guest next to us was wrong for tipping $1 but now I see why! the food was GREEEEEAAAATTTTTTTT and the food runner was nice ( he shouldve been our server actually)! but none of that matters when your service sucks! for those prices the service was so horrible I wont go again

My husband and I were on a roadtrip and stopped in Nashville. We found this place and decided to come here to celebrate his 30th birthday. Boy, are we glad we did. We made reservations online, and they even had a little birthday card waiting for my husband when we got there. They also offer FREE valet service. We were seated immediately and our waiter was amazing (his name was Jack). We ordered wine (super delicious) and the Filet Mignon and Australian Lamb Chops - the best weve ever had. The meats were cooked to absolute perfection and the wine was a perfect accompaniment. Not only did Jack check on us several times, but both Managers also stopped by to check on us. The atmosphere is wonderful, there are beautiful fireplaces and its just a perfect ambiance to meet with friends or have a romantic dinner. The absolute best part about the whole evening was the DESSERT!! If they have the Better Than Sex Chocolate Cake when you go - order two!! We got the last piece the night we went, but if there was more we definitely would have ordered another slice - it was the BEST cake I have ever had in my entire life! Overall, great experience, great service, excellent food and wonderful ambiance. If I could give this place 10 stars I totally would.

Wonderful atmosphere doesnt quite mesh with the all world encompassing menu. The Boundry is a restaurant, with a bar. The restaurant has meals that go from grilled shrimp and delicious lobster tail to delicious 1/2 pound cheeseburgers. There is not much middle ground. It almost feels like there is no real identity to the restaurant, but the bar is completely different. After those that came for dinner slowly shuffle out for the evening, the rest of Nashville comes in for what the Boundry is REALLY known for, and that is a gorgeous, comfortable, friendly huge bar with an amazing array of liquor and beer. You can get just about any mixed drink with top shelf anything, be it tequila, bourbon, vodka, or rum. There is not much on tap, but you can almost always find at least one that is original enough to warrant a try. For the ultimate in beer on tap try down the street at the South Street Brewery, So if you want a good mixed drink late at night, and want to look at some beautiful people(forgot to mention this place attracts the, well, attractive),and spend more money than usual, then you should head to the Boundry.

Boundry has long been a favorite of ours (food and atmosphere are incredible), but we were blown away by the management the last time we were there. I accidentally left my wallet at the table. Later that night when I realized, I called to see what time they opened in the morning so I could come get it. The manager instead offered to drive and meet me where I was at that time! I was completely blown away to see how far he went to please one of his customers. We were fans before, now were fans for life!!

From friends that we have in the area and contacts we made while planning our wedding in Nashville - we knew that the folks at The Boundry were a safe bet. We cant say enough about their food and service! Everyone at our wedding reception raved about the food, and the facility was beautiful. They went above and beyond to accomodate all of the deliveries (flowers, cake etc.). I would recommend The Pheonix Room for any event.

Love this place great food great service atmosphere was remarkable. My server 5star service his name was Robert would recommend him over and over, he was funny helpful and very polite he knew his stuff. Food was excellent thanks to the chef who also came and spoke with us, drinks were tasty & dessert was amazing. I seriously enjoyed last night with my girlfriend Thanks to The Boundry and staff...

Service is fine and its an acceptable place for a cocktail, but the food is a disaster (and this is based on over 5 visits).I wish it was good because I live across the street and it would be great for me if their food was decent, but its just not that special. Save your money and go to Giovannis next door.

Cool vibe, but service was horrible. And if you stay there a few mins after they close be prepared for them to turn the music wide open, lights all the way up, and even open the windows allowing near zero temperatures to rush through the restaurant with hours to get you outta there asap. Unbelievable.

Excellent service - not rushed at all - with expertly prepared filet, and the atmosphere lends itself to a fun, intimate night as a couple or with friends in one of their larger booths. Valet parking was fast and courteous.

The food is delicious.The bartenders are great.The waiters are friendly.Very romantic setting upstairs,downstairs,and outside.Wonderful desserts and a nice wine,beer,and specialty cocktail selection.Who could ask for more?
