I have been a frequent regular at Jungle Rapids for over a year now. I play mini golf at least once a week and even had a laser tag membership. Unfortunately the last three times I have visited the workers have been extremely rude. 1st I was told you were not allowed to begin mini golf an hour before they close even though they closed at 11 and it was 9:45. I let it go. The second time there was a reservation for over 100 people and I was not allowed to begin a game before they got there. Needless to say my boy friend and I played other games in the arcade for an entire hour before the reservation showed up. Ive played mini golf on this course many times and it takes me no longer than a 1/2 hour. I decided to let this go as well. My final issues occurred this past Tuesday. According to the website this entire week and the sign on the door Jungle Rapids is open until 11. My boyfriend left early enough that we were there approximately at 9:15 and were informed we were not allowed to play mini golf because they closed at 10. According to both state and federal laws no business shall falsely advertise times of business or promotion. All businesses must accomidate consumer with said advertisements. By law we should have been allowed to begin a game of mini gold because the website and the sign on the door both read 11pm closing. I understand the employees most likely looked forward to finally closing early, but that was not was advertised and was therefore illegal. Therefore I will no longer be taking my business to this location.

We have been going to the waterpark for years for my birthday with friends and family. This year we went and one of my friends had an accident and fell and broke her wrist. Even though they have signed posted everywhere that you are there at your own risk and they are not liable for anything, I must say that the staff and Managers there were SO EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and nice about the whole situation. The manager even called on a Sunday to check up on her and offered us rain check passes to come back another day. This accident could have happened to anyone, but the way that Jungle Rapids reps handled it was so above and beyond, I just had to share our experience. On a side note, when its too cold or hot out to do anything with smaller kids, the indoor play jungle is BY FAR the best value in Wilmington. For a few bucks you get wifi with comfy chairs by the door, they get to wild out in the most awesome playplace ever, and Ive always seen the staff cleaning and disinfecting the areas often. Give this local business your business and visit Jungle Rapids! As a local, its one of my favs, as a visitor, it may be one of your too :)

Its a good time, but its outdated and expensive. The water park costs $40 per person which is too much for a park this small. 6 slides, nothing extreme. A Lazy River and a wave pool. Some of it in need of a bit of maintenance. The slides are all doable by kids but will leave adults bored after a go or two. Whole park can be experienced within an hour. There is a kiddy area too. It mostly features dry slides and jungle gym type stuff in shallow pools. This theme carries over to the rest of the place too. A bit over priced, a bit outdated. Youll still be able to have fun but dont expect anything crazy if youve been to some major water parks before. The arcade is slowly getting better with some unique offerings but as with the rest the cost is high. Lowering the prices would make the place so much more enticing.

I would rate lower but isnt fair sinceI didnt see how customer service was so I will rate a 2.We was excited to finally take my child to a waterpark after this terrible rain.... We had drove 1 1/2 recently moved to this area recently . $38 for a ticket for not that many slides kinda shocked... With splash county $40 a ticket triple amount of slides I would pay there fees any day even more than $40 for splash country . As small as the park is Im thinking $38 plus tax is a bit much even the outerbanks new waterpark is cheaper so is myrtle beach waterpark . Along with several more bigger waterparks!! So we had left because I refused to pay the overpriced tickets with not so many slide options for my kid.

Great little water park right here in Wilmington! The secret is to get a season pass before Christmas, then enjoy the park throughout the entire summer. The rides are fun and most kids over 2y/o can ride with an adult and in some circumstances, by themselves. If you plan to be there all day, pack food in a cooler and enjoy it in the covered picnic area to save money versus the concession food. The concession food isnt bad at all, a little pricey (but on par with most concessions), but I stick to bringing our own food. The workers are very accommodating when they can be and there are plenty of chairs throughout the park, many with shade if you so choose.

I am in total shock. I was trying to think of something to do July 4th. We use to have season passes to Jungle Rapids so I wanted to look to see how much one day would cost. $36.99 a person. Are they crazy???? This is a rip off. Just out of curiosity I looked up the daily cost for Myrtle Waves. It is only $26.99 per person. I can not believe that just because Jungle Rapids is the only water park here in Wilmington they feel like they can charge whatever they want and we will pay. Well not this chick!! I wouldnt go there now if it was free. How can a family enjoy a fun day at the water park at these prices?? They should be ashamed!!!

Had my daughters birthday party there they took all the stress out of planning. We had a great hostess that was great with all the kids there, and the best part no clean up afterwads. The kids had a blast. My little girl loves the new mini bowling addition that they have added. I have to keep my other daughter away from the wizard of Oz machine otherwise I will be broke. The little ones played for hours in the little jungle gym area which is great because it tires them out, this is a great idea for rainy days. Overall it was a great experience, great customer service in a fun environment.

The place here is a fun wonderful experience. You can either go-cart, ride some rides, play laser tag, or inside games. Not only that they have a fun center for your tiniest of the bunch for him or her to play in the ball pit. The staff is very friendly to the children and enjoy striking up a conversation to help enjoy your time. There are multiple water fountains to drink from in case of thirst. And if you come around at the right season you can enjoy a fun day at their waterpark with plenty of exciting attractions for anyone to ride on.

I have been to this place a few times and have always had fun! I do have to complain that they are a little pricey for the things that they have to do... its not like its wet n wild. They just have a few slides and a big pool and thats all. Another thing that upset me was that my friend was told to leave because another customer didnt like the bathing suit she was wearing! And they would give us a refund! They really need to get their stuff together before they get a law suit thrown at them!
