I have been to multiple gas stations in the area, and now I have only been going to this one. Its not because of the pricing or anything there. As a retail employee, a business student, and son of business owners, I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Tina! She always has great things to say, gives me advice, and in fact I will have a quick conversation with her while paying for my purchase. She is the only employee at this location which I have had great service from. The other employees need to fix their attitude. It can be as late as 12:30am, Im heading back to Wisconsin after a long night of work, stop by here, and Tina can make my night within just a short 2 minute conversation. The other employees need to step it up on their customer service skills - as Ive mentioned my connections to customer service, the only reason I rate this place a 5 star, is for her. Not one other employee has done anything further than charge my money and not say a single word to me. In a business, you want those people out!! No matter how early or late it is, no matter how customers act (good or bad) you must still attempt to have an enthusiastic attitude towards people whom are paying. Especially because some of those may be having a new experience in the area - as I was testing different areas - now I continue to stop here to see if Tina is in to say hi and still get some gas! Hire people like her. If managers are nothing but miserable or as I mentioned that should be out, than sit aside and let someone do the guest interfering job. Thatll increase satisfaction! Its just my personal comments towards this place. Trust me, if youd ask anyone, Im very judgmental and picky when commenting about a business. Therefore, congratulations! I hope this business isnt sloppy, nasty, and unprofessional. So Id expect Tina to get some recognition because thanks to her, Im basically a loyal customer to this place, and my money could be used somewhere else, but decide to place it here.

these guys are shady. my car broke down and instead of leaving it on the highway i asked if it was okay to put on their lot until i could have someone get it. i was repeatedly told that it would be safe and not to worry about it being towed. i went back to get it and it was gone! they had it towed and they had it towed on a weekend which meant i couldnt get my car until the following monday and the towing company would be charging me per day. i was told that i must have been speaking to the wrong person the whole time including the owner. i think their owner and the towing owner are working together to make money. Never leave your car here theyll lie to your face and then have you towed!! any good reviews you see on here are prob written by the employees, which apparently are the wrong people to talk to.

went there to use the showers and they are $8.50 plus $10.00 deposit cheaper than ta so cool . I got the shower key for shower #1 and proceeded to shower opened door and found a wad of pubes on floor a booger on mirror mud on the floor and old dirty towels left in the room ... k so someone forgot to clean OK next she gives me a snotty attitude and gives me key for shower #2......dirty towels again dirty toilet and old bar of soap in shower NASTY this is all to commonly how drivers get treated nowadays .......very irritating ..

This car wash has damaged by F350 SuperDuty to the extent of $2600 due to improper maintenance. We have been calling to talk to the Manager for 7 days straight and have yet to receive a phone call. Citgo Corporate headquarters should be ashamed to put their name on this gas station. Still waiting on resolution for this! DONT USE THEIR CAR WASH!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The service horrible and this place is DIRTY. We tried to rent a Uhaul and I could not believe it...our experience was unbelievably horrible. I wouldnt even stop here to go to the bathroom. There is a BP down the street and a Uhaul a few miles away. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

My experience was great, is small truck stop, is under construction, I feel very confortable, very clean everything, I sleep very quiet, the restaurant is under construction I cant get dinner, maybe next time

Poor management at this gas station. The car wash is always broken and damages vehicles from time to time. The owners are shady and screw over there employees every chance they get.

Small lot for parking semis. It is one of the cleanest in the area, however...just like anywhere else near Chicago, charge to park. No thanks.
