2nd time visiting in the last year and definitely my last. Took 3 kids, ages 15, 6, and 4 on a Thursday evening after work. THE GOOD: Staff was friendly and courteous, overall the facilities are clean and well maintained, clean and fully functioning restrooms, prize prices were reasonable and the great location is convenient for shopping and dinner afterwards. THE BAD (mostly really bad): This place is absurdly overpriced for just about everything. I initially purchased the $25 "Run of The Park" special which included 3 attractions and $10 in game play. $10 in game play worked out to be about 4-5 games played or about 5 mins of fun for the kids. Even the most basic of games ranged from $1.00 - $4.00 or more...even the toddler games for the 4 year old were $1 or more. Uptown Alley, Chuck E Cheese, Putt-Putt Fun Center, Iron Bridge Sports Park, etc. all have the same games and your money goes twice if not triple as far. Used two of the attraction tickets on the Indoor playground for the youngest, They seemed to enjoy but in no way is it worth $8. Also, the carpet and seating area in that section needs to professionally steam cleaned and deodorized. It reeks of sweaty feet, dirty gym socks and body odor...not a very enjoyable wait while the kids played. 15yo said she enjoyed the go-karts but was very disappointed in the amount of time allowed to ride. I ended up spending an additional $40 reloading the game card with enough money for the kids to enjoy the rest of the visit playing games, but that $40 shockingly still lasted about 20-30 minutes! 1 out of 3 games was broken or down for maintenance and the mini bowling alley, while a great concept, needs to be taken down permanently until all the necessary repairs and cleanup can happen. In conclusion, for $65, three kids got a solid hour of playing and gaming with no food or snacks. $50 in game credits resulted in about 150 points for prize spending and 165 points netted us a cheap 125 points China-made tiara that broke on the ride home and some other meaningless trinkets for the remaining 40 points. That same amount of money ($65) would easily stretch to 2 or 3 hours of fun, food and games at any other Family Attraction event center in the Richmond Metro and Tri-Cities area.

Never been there be4, was looking 4ward 2 the day, I had planned 2 go on Sunday since usually they arent super busy. It was packed, my kids 1st activity was lazer tag, my sons gun suit didnt work at all, my daughters only worked about 5% of the game. We moved on to the go carts, stood in line for 45 mins, then it rained. Not a bad rain, just enough 2 be annoying and midly wet the ground, yet there were no puddles. So they shut the track down while it rained, and then until it was dry. Let me tell you how slow these kids move, no1 really wants 2 work, yet they want a check. By that point I had had enough, equipment broken, or shut down. Yet we paid for a family ticket for so many attractions that they dont have because they are POS. And I read the reviews be4 I went. But I though I planned it well enough that none of bad stuff will happen. So whos the dumb ass. If ur smart, youll stay away.

Words cant describe how I hate this place. At least at chuck e cheese the games are a quarter and they work. Games are 1 dollar here. And the one my son and I played was broke. Attractions are 8 dollars!! My 4 year old and I spent four hours at chuck e cheese on 20 dollars. I wanted to leave with 7 dollars credit on my play card. I tried to get a drink at the cafe because my daughter was playing in the tunnels and there was a huge line and one girl on the register. Meanwhile two other girls where in the back leaned up on a trashcan talking away. Then when my drinks came and I was trying to pay she started a conversation with them. Im like wtf can I just pay?? What the f is the world coming to and how the f do these people stay in business. Will never return.

Love this place, its one of a few things that my family can do without going to Chesterfield or richmond. The kids love it and the arcade has some cool games.. Only bad thing about this place is the price for small kids is the same for big kids. Their kid zone is not that spectacular to charge 8$ for a 3 yr old who doesnt go through the main zone bc theres too many big kids. But its a nice place for a family to hang out for a gew hrs. Clean and comfortable

I think it is a really nice place. I agree it is pricey, but everything is brand new, well presented, and the staff is average teenagers just trying to earn a few bucks. I prefer this place over most other family fun places. Video games are a buck a piece, but you get like 50-100 tickets per game so it kind of works out. My kid and I had a good time and I would rather spend my money here than the movies.

Dont come for the driving range unless you bring your own golf clubs... And golf balls. Clubs are horrible and golf balls are broken. Could be a lot better if they invested in some better clubs and did some quality control of the golf balls. Games in the arcade are super expensive. Each game cost at least $1 per game. Will not come back.

Iron bridge sports park is so much better. This place gives no refunds. I purchased a card to have my son practice batting cages he is 10 and hit around 35 mph balls. Their cages only goes down to 40mph. I went in to get a refund and was told they do no refunds looked around and didnt see no sign that said that.

Over priced for fun centers. Have been to a lot of fun centers around the U.S. and this one has the highest prices, laser tag for example is $8 per person for 8 min, while others offer it at $7 per per at intervals of four five minute games or $30 per person for unlimited play. Not worth the money spent.

Go karts are a waste of money here. They micro manage the race. They turn the power down on your race car if you pass too many cars. They will even cut your car off and turn it back on while you are racing. Dont waste your money at this place who knows how many other games are rigged.

I was called a "fat N**** " by Tylor at the gocart attraction. All because I wanted to sit in another gocart.because of the gocart having malfunctions ..#25 go-art .. Manager was very respectful but I had my 2 kids with me.." very insulting "

Slow go karts, terrible customer service at front desk, Driving Range is always closed from some random reason, inaccurate information on the website...I dont have time to name everything. Go experience it for yourself if you want to ruin your day.
