8/11/16 the only day we could go. Went online, had many questions not answered online so I had to call the office. I ordered tickets online, no place to put info for a coupon that I had to save $3, pp to save me $15. They dont say online that you have to get tickets at the gate with a coupon. I reserved a cabana, $59 for 8 hours, needed for my husband. I reserved the cabana online and it said I could have it at 2:00 (5 hrs) I called, they told me "you are going on a camp day, thats why you cant have it till 2:00". I asked if theyre going to prorate the price for the 3 hrs Im not using it, they told me no, they dont do that. Why should I pay for campers to use it?. They should have reimbursed me $22. for 3 hours (the prorated rate). We finally arrived, the kids were excited and couldnt wait to get out of the car. We arrived early because reviews said to get there early to get chairs. Well that doesnt work because the campers had most of the chairs already. So bring your own chairs just in case. We walked past the cabana we reserved. It already had our name on it and wasnt being used. I went to the office and asked, "since no one is using the cabana that we paid for, are we permitted to use it?" The girl behind the counter went into the back room to find out and this is what I overheard from a male when she asked "Mrs. ________? That lady keeps calling here". I actually only called 3 times. I could see through the door who said that and later discovered his name was Matt. After this discussion, the girl came out and said that the lounge chairs arent there/ Someone took them out. I asked if we could use the bench area underneath the cabana and was told yes, they would look for the 2 chairs that were supposed to be there. I told her to tell Matt that before he talks about his customers out loud, he might want to make sure they cant hear him because that is not good customer service and I thought he was pretty darn ignorant. We put our things down, an employee came over and discovered that the cabana next to us had taken 1 of our chairs. You are supposed to only have 2 with red markings, but they had 3. There is also a sign where your name is when reserving a cabana and it says "PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE CHAIR FROM UNDER CABANA - DO NOT SIT UNDER THIS CABANA IF YOU ARE NOT THE OWNER. An employee told us to go ahead and take the chair from the cabana, but we said we were not moving someone elses belongings. She then moved their things and put the chair under our cabana. An employee found the 2nd chair and brought it to us,. Problem is: 1. the people in the other cabana next to us werent sitting there at the time and therefore, thought we took their chair and later took it back; and 2. they should really mark each chair at the top that says ("CABANA #1), etc, so people know not to take them. When we came out of the water to sit down, we had to take our chair back. The first time, the lady sitting on it was very nice and gave it back. We explained that the employee told us it belonged in our cabana. The next time, our adult daughter came out to sit and the chair was gone. She said "my mom isnt going to be happy when she sees that the chair she paid for is gone again". As she was saying this, my husband and I came walking up, heard this older woman yelling at her, telling her that its not our chair and that we keep taking it from them. We tried to explain everything, but she just kept yelling and was dropping the "F" bomb like crazy in front of all these kids, told us if we want the chair than we need to get the management. I headed over to do that and before i got there, a gentleman in the cabana on the other side had already gone to get the manager, was explaining what was going on. He told them hed explained 3 times that they couldnt take the chairs. A manager came out (Marilyn). asked us what happened. We tried to explain, the other lady started yelling so the manager threatened to throw us all out. We didnt do anything wrong and shouldnt have been threatened! Lazy rivers too crowded by empty tubes. C -

Definitely not worth the price or the drive. We drove from Germantown Maryland. Tried to find a bathroom within 30 minutes of the park and no one had public bathrooms. We got to the park with our certifikid purchases (12.00 per person). Got through the gate and found out there was a 4.00/locker fee. We were advised that we could barely fit enough for 1 person in each locker. We got dressed and got out to the water. My first impression was this place is really small and crowded. We went to the lazy river. I counted 15 tubes for the 400 people I was told was there. We finally get tubes when they blow the whistle to make everyone get out. We ask does that include adults? We were told yes. So we wait our 15 minutes. We were sitting in an area by the locker rooms (just about the only open seat in the whole place). An employee came up and asked if we knew how to read that this was an employee only section. So we finally get back in and about 10 minutes later were forced out of the river again. This time for someone having a bloody nose. I go to management and Im told that without a receipt I cant have a refund and that it would be too hard to go through all the certificates. So I go back. I ask the lifeguard why they only cleared the river and not the entire place since the water runs on the same system. He tells me that its physics and he doesnt need to explain it to me. 20 minutes later we are finally back in. I do not recommend this place for anyone. We wouldve had more fun at our community pool.

Awful. Absolutely terrible, miserable water park. Park is horribly cramped and when its at capacity (which I suspect it probably is all summer long), its just human soup. The design is awful - especially the area where every single person needing to use either a (expensive) locker or the restrooms has to funnel through a tiny chokepoint thats about as wide as the hallway in your house. Bathrooms were disgusting. There are NO changing areas at all, so show up wearing what youre going to get wet or expect to change in the tiny (disgusting) restroom. As for the attractions.. yeah, not so much. Two slides, one of which is decent, and the other is a short tube slide that is poorly run by the obviously bored and apathetic attendants who dont give a damn that everyone flops about and desperately grabs/pushes at anything within reach to help them get their tube off the starting area for a good long while. Eventually, maybe, the attendant will reach over and assist. And forget about sitting anywhere, at any point, for any reason. The woefully inadequate number of lounge chairs are occupied at all times by someones towel. Not that they could squeeze any more chairs into this prison-yard of a waterpark anyway. Would give less than 1 star but cant post otherwise.
