The numerous waterslides were fantastic for my kids, i loved that much of the pool area is 4ft or under (including a shallow area for little swimmers), and the water was clean. There is a sandy area that mimics a beach, which could use some more sand but otherwise was very nice/clean. There was ample lifeguarding staff, although some of them seem disinterested (i.e. one was blowing their whistle to the beat of a song that was playing, others seemed busy playing pranks on each other). There was poor signage on how to actually get into the pool so we ended up walking around this big building for a while. The snack bar was closed, and when asked what hours it operates, one guard said From 11 until whenever they feel like closing, which today was at 1:30. Overall, I would probably go again but bring food for the kids since the snack bar is unreliable.

The lady selling tickets was not who I would want to represent my business. She had a bad attitude and unwelcoming disposition. My two year old had just woken up from a nap and she insisted on measuring him even though I told her I would pay for him either way. When he cried she got frustrated and proceeded to tell me it was not her fault that she had to charge for him and proceeded to blame my husband for her attitude. Then she overcharged us and wanted to argue about it when it was her mistake she reluctantly gave me $10 cash back. Snack bar closed at 3 instead of 4:30 and said sorry its a slow day. Come on this place is only open for the summer try and get it right for 3 months. Only cool thing was the pool.

Great family place...today we were there with our daughter and 3 grand boys. Just opened, kids in the water...all of sudden lifeguards blowing whistles, staff instructing to get out the water...I thought we had a lightning strike. But worse a young man on the tube slide had an accident. Staff quick response, picking up this person, bloody face and carried to first aid, where ems called. Other lifeguards stood around the pool, so that biohazard clean up and investigation of accident. I was very impressed by the care, concern and safety mesaures taken today. Ew.. dont go here ever beware!!! Its disgusting not clean at all and definitely not worth $15 a person!! The arcade is 3 games in a corner that dont even work. The place smells like pee. The food services provided are horrifying no one should ever eat at this place! The grill man is not clean and the rude woman selling tickets needs a relality check!! Save your money there are much better pools in the area to take children or yourself to! Honestly this place should be shut down or at least run by someone who knows how to keep things clean it is a health hazard for anyone involved! Wear shoes at all times!!!

The pool area itself is nice and the lifeguards are very attentive. The lady working the ticket area was completely rude, I was told she was the owner so that made it worse to me. The cafe area is so dirty and the bathrooms smell like urine. The guy cooking the food was sitting there with his food gloves on scratching his foot inside his shoe!!!! I said something to the girl working the stand and she just looked at and then him and did nothing. Young cafe staff that obviously could care less. Pretty disappointed. Expected more from the owner. My first impression is that she hates her job. What a shame.

Its my sons 2nd birthday and we have never been here before and I knew this would be something he would love. He took a late nap and we arrived at 415. He was so excited when we saw the water. There was a lady at the door who told us that ticket sales stopped at 4 and we could not go in. I told her it was my sons birthday and we really just want to go in the water for 30 mins. She said we could not go in and now my son is crying in the car on his birthday. My heart is breaking and this all could have been so easily resolved with a little bit of good customer service and some common courtesy.

Its one of our summer time favorite spots. Music is always good, staff is friendly, food and ticket area could stand to be updated but definitely not a deal breaker. Reasonable price on entry, food/snack bar a little pricey but to be expected for convenience. You can bring your own food which is a blessing to those on a budget. Water is always clean, slides are safe and the table and umbrella areas are always kept up.

Enjoyed the day at Cobblestone Park. Pricey considering the main attraction not working and no update as to when it will be. Price was increased this year because of the new attraction, but has never been open for use. Also, the prices should vary according g to ages in lieu of one price for all. Summer membership increased this year also because of the new attraction, again not open yet.

The staff was extremely rude especially the front desk staff. Pieces were coming off the kiddie slides. One of the life guards fell asleep on the lifeguard chair in the kid area. Only one shower was working and the water was scorching. It actually burned one of my daughters. The outside area was overrun with bugs and filth. Overall a horrible experience and definitely not worth the money.

very clean very expensive didnt seam like the staff liked being there they seamed irritated by kids especially the girl who was sitting in front of the bathrooms collecting tickets and the concession stand was closed by four and stopped cooking and only sold drinks by 3;30 an the main attraction was closed the whole day overall not a great day spent 15 per person to go to the pool

First time at Cobblestone and even though it was a really nice place for the kids, staff was blase to rude. Wish they had lockers and looked cleaner in general. Concession stand food was out of funnel cakes, no free refills even though drinks were movie theatre prices, and everything was over priced for the portions you get. But at least the kids had a good time.

Fun experience for our kids. We didnt have the issues others talked about with regards to rude staff, but the place definitely could use some renovation and cleanup. My only real complaint is that not only do they allow smoking in a place filled with kids, there were a few who felt it necessary to side on the side of the pool next to the kids slide and smoke.

Despite the lady at the ticket booth being extremely rude, its a nice water park. You can sit in relax at the private beach or enjoy the water, water is clean and cool. You can bring food or buy food. I do wish it was cheaper especially for really small children thats over the height of 34 inches, and discounts for seniors.

This is a good place come with family. The price is cheap. However, you would need to bring your own food because the food is like movie theater type payment. I also think that the pool needs to be check every hour because there a lot of people. Other then that I think that I had a great time!
