By far, the worst movie going experience Ive ever endured. I ordered my tickets for Batman vs. Superman using the automated system. Once I arrived, there were no more seats available in the auditorium even though they were still selling tickets for the 6:25pm show. I was told I could get a refund, but, luckily they were able to squeeze me into the 6:50pm showing (which was in 3-D) for no additional charge. I went in and secured my seats then decided to go to the concession stand. I first stood on line at 6:30pm. The lines were ridiculously long and seemed not to be moving. I knew that the previews would last roughly 15-20 minutes, so I patiently waited. I stood on line until 7:10pm and realized that their was still about 8 people ahead of me on line. The workers behind the counter were slow as snails and had the nerve to be engaged in side conversations. I lost patience and went into the auditorium for the show. The theatre was dirty and there were people (kids and adults) who were talking throughout the entire movie. General admissions tickets were $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for kids. Midway through the movie, my boyfriend went for popcorn and drinks. He came back 30 minutes later due to the lines. Concession stand prices are ridiculous at this place. Not to mention, the restrooms are filthy. Definitely not worth the price of admission. Only go here if you are desperate. I would not recommend this movie theatre to anyone!

Dont ever go there for a first showing of any new feature. Management is totally incapable of presenting a first showing without at least one problem. It will be a blurry picture until someone gets out of their seat to go get someone. Or the curtains that border the screen are set to the format of the last feature there. The sound wont work. They always manage to come up with some reason that you are forced to go get somebody and then the simple fix is complicated by the fact that they cant seem to find the person who fixed it. Over and over again this happens and its obvious that they just dont care. Edit: I should have mentioned the fact that Ive never had a problem once this theater has already shown the feature before. From the second showing, once the customers are forced to go and ask for the proper corrections, everything seems to work fine. My experience has been that when a new feature arrives they either stick the film on the platter or load the video box and walk away.

I been going here for years on Fridays almost every week its a good movie theater with the best slushies It has a great atmosphere and a great staff even tho the food staff can be rude sometimes when you confront them about not filling up the slushies full enough like their supposed to and if the popcorn is to salty they dont work in a courtesy manner following the term that the customers are always right they act rude and say your wrong that they did it right when the slushies is not filled up fullfully or the popcorn is to salty they need to teach their food employees to be more courteous and have more respect because were paying a lot of money for these overpriced items so we should get what we pay for successfully the food workers need more discipline but other than that everything is great its a good theatre. Btw the popcorn is not always salty idk why its to salty sometimes their days its perfect then days its to salty.

My family & I went to see BFG(Big Friendly Giant). Mean while security let people in on the side entrance that he knew, others walked in from watching another movie, it was 2 for the price of 1 . The grill was broke for the cheese burgers, the customer service is HORRIBLE the attitude they give you is incredible. The ladies room for get it I thought I walked in a homeless shelter rest room. It reeks of urine to the 5th power. Someone sprayed bath & bodyworks fragrance to mask the stench. Well the bottomline is I wont be going back anytime soon. Ill stick w/the Alamo on Central Ave.

This is my go-to movie theater because I can walk to it if I wanted to. Added plus is that its next to the mall so you can shop while you wait for your movie, or afterwards. Like every movie theater, the concession prices are absolute insanity, and after having an employee refuse to add them to my rewards points the very first time I went, -1 star for price and service. The actual theater is ok and when there are very popular movies the employees are somewhat disorganized(but at least theyre trying). The parking lot is ample but still fills up when the gym next door is open.

Took my daughter to the movies last night. Asked for a theater that wasnt ghetto and was recommended Crosscounty Multiplex in Yonkers. Parking was decent. Price for tickets were overpriced at $12.50, and the concession lines were long because they only had two open and they were super slow so we decided to skip the overpriced snacks. As soon as we sat in our seats I noticed we were going to have issues. Throughout the whole movie, people all over the theater were talking, checking out their cellphones, and being obnoxious. Never going back their again.

I went there on a weeknight for a showing. I had no issues. Place was quiet, clean, and the staff was pleasant. We had the place all to ourselves. Bought popcorn and water. Comfy seats with good up to date Hi-Fi Surround. Free parking, your not timed at a meter. The place is only 5 min away from my house so it was perfect. Some people said: Overpriced tickets.....Well then make the time to go "Half Price Tuesdays" Dirty bathrooms....Thats normal in all theaters when a movie is over Long food lines.....Yeah, thats normal in any theater

I went to this theater with my family and came out very disappointed. We got in the showroom 20 minutes early but it was so messy and dirty that we went out expecting some clean up to be done. At showtime, we got back inside and had a hard time trying to get a clean spot even though the room was empty at that time. We stayed watching the movie but were not pleased at all. It was not a free show so customers deserve better.

Its a small place but its comfortable to be in. The parking is free and its clean. They have good seats nice and comfortable. The only flaw this place has is that the food is way overpriced. If there is a movie I want to see I always check this theater first because I fell comfortable in it while Im watching a movie. I reminds me a bit of the theaters of the old days in there design. They have all the major movies playing.

Good Multiplex but terribly ssssssssssssSLOW paced service at the concession stand..The employees mostly look annoyed an seem to work independently of each other...Now with those high end prices you would expect faster friendlier warm service... If you go an plan on buying popcorn an soda or hotdogs, etc.. GO half an hour on the line before ur show starts...Its ok..

There was vomit all over the seats and running down the floor. All they did was cover the seats. It stank the entire time. They also left the lights all the way up through all the previews, only theater Ive ever been to that does that, and its annoying. Especially for a 3D show, light just glares off the frames. Bad experience, I wont be back.
