Most of the employees are lazy, they just stand around and there maybe 4 or 5 behind the counter at once conversing while your stand there waiting and the phone is ringing with no one answering it. Back in the day you could get away with this but now days you almost have to pay someone to bowl in league. Looks to be a place ready to close.......... UPDATE: If you bowl in league here dont trust the management, and watch whats in your league contract. They will try to bully you into more fees or bowling longer in a season.

Best bowling ally in the Indy metro and the west side Ive only had one incident with damage in my ball and I filled a report and they had it fixed by the pro shop the next day for free and we were refunded for our games. staff is great leagues are in constant action but with 80 lanes its not an issue! Lanes are nicely oiled ( oiled daily ) and very well maintained. Pro shop is the best in Indiana ( in my opinion) they are always open for a conversation just stop and and say hello!!

I have been bowling there for ten months. I have never had a problem with the staff. Matter of fact I just became a staff member. If people act the way they should ,there should not be a problem that cant be resolved. If you have had a bad experience before, dont let that one time keep you from coming back. I am sure things have been changing for the better. So come on back and enjoy your day or night out. Just tell em The BISHOP sent you. See you all soon.

Had a bday party there lastnight worst experience ever....it took me 30min to check in, took 15min for someone to enter 7 kids on the lanes to bowl, took 20min to fix an issue that happened on the lane and didnt receive our drinks or pizza unil 30min before we left....so out of a 2hr party my 7 teenagers bowled 1 game for $150 bucks. Ive had several parties ovr the years never at this place and i will never have another one there again. #ONEMADMOM

This is an awesome bowling alley. It is evident that there have been recent renovations, particularly to the bar area, that make this a really fun place for recreation. There are a lot of lanes which makes for little to no wait and the prices are pretty reasonable for a fun night out. Everyone was very friendly, will definitely return.

Ive been going to Western Bowl since I was 7 and it is great! My family and friends have always had a great time, weve never had any problems with our service! The crew is very hospitable and every time you feel welcomed! The remodel is awesome its more spacious and creates an even better chill environment!

Try being a bit more pleasant when you answer the phone and potential customers have questions, instead of shouting "we open at 9" over and over. Seems a bit pricey at $4.50 per game and $3.50 for shoes. Will update my review if we decide to bowl here.

The bowling center is nice and clean, but other than that...the staff is not the friendliest and the snack bar is horrible!! Slow service, poorly cooked food and very pricey. Make sure you eat before you go!!

The staff is rude. The arcade games eat coins and the staff will not give you a refund even though there are no "out of order" signs or "no refund" signs posted anywhere in the arcade area.

It took forever to get our food we ordered, the staff is sloooow to fix any problems with the lanes (waited 10 minutes for them to respond). I did like the updated scoring system.
