Good concept but ownership has poorly executed. Where to begin...well lets start with the fact that one needs to print off their reservation tickets prior to arrival. As most people do not have a printer in their home this becomes a cumbersome task for most. Luckily, I have a printer readily available 5 minutes from where I live, but come on what a pain, especially with waiting children in the car. You would think one could purchase tickets online and show up at the facility with a photo ID/credit card in order to retrieve their ticket as you can do at almost every event, theater, restaurant in the city. I can book a trip through Southwest and fly all the way across the country without printing out a ticket prior to arrival but I cant to show up at a trampoline place? Anyhow, enough of the venting about the ticket process but this concept is just silly. So we show up at the facility, walk in, and are greeted with a line of 10-15 people. I think to myself that it is a Sunday afternoon, its a new place, so theyre busy. Perfectly normal. Well, we had a 2:30 reservation and end up waiting in line for 15 minutes. Once it was finally our turn and with my now very anxious 4 year old looking on we are greeted with a "jesus christ" from the employee. Nice I think to myself, great first impression. He proceeds to shuffle us through as quickly as possible, neglecting to ask us if this was our first time and go over how the facility operates or present us with any general information. A bit confused, I grab the "high tops" and my sons hand and move on. So we proceed to walk over to the stairway attached to the main trampoline area only to be trampled by a group of middle school aged children running down the stairs. I mean really? One tight, narrow, staircase leading up/down to and from the trampoline area. Thats it? Wouldnt it make a little more sense to have an entrance stair and an exit stair. Seems simple and obvious but overlooked at Sky Zone. Now, for the trampolines themselves...my god...this is what we drove 25 minutes for? I was expecting something a little more interesting than this but whatever...its for the kids I think to myself. Like they dont know any better or something. So my son, whose a little hesitant to jump in right away is just kind of standing there watching when one of the employees walks over to us and tell us that the little kids area is over in the corner. Ok, I think to myself...that seems pretty normal but had the guy who checked us in said anything to us other than Jesus C and "what size shoes" we may have known better. Oh and nice hicky marks up and down your neck guy. Real classy. Who manages this place I think? This guys neck literally looks like he was struck by some kind of fast moving object. If one of my employees that deals with the public and young children showed up looking like their neck had been lacerated the night before, um well, theyd be sent home. Well anyway, I could go on but if youve made it this far, youre probably aware that I would not reccomend this place by any stretch of the imagination. Like I said in the beginning, its a nice concept but its just been delivered all wrong.

****First let me say, I know you sign a waiver and bounce at your own risk**** The experience of the trampolines for my kids was fine. I have two older ones who are about the same size but aged 11 and 8 and then a little one. We were aware they separated them which is fine and we stayed closer to the end with our youngest to keep an eye on her. Unfortunately, the "supervisory staff" of the open jump court allowed a group of teenage boys on with my older daughters and was allowing them to do flips from one trampoline to the next. My 8 year old daughter bounced off the wall and landed on her knees, at which point one of the teens did a flip to her trampoline and their heads collided. No one did anything, no one asked her if she was ok, and she stumbled off the platform and into the bathroom where I found her after my oldest came running. After I had to ASK for an ice pack, a kid with a "Trainee" badge on came to tell me they needed to do an incident report. 20 minutes later of "Sorry Ive never done one of these before", my husband finally told him we needed to leave because our daughter needed to go to the hospital - she was lethargic, couldnt see and was feeling as though she was going to be sick.(To which he says, "Oh, ok, sorry about that." as we walk out. NOT ONCE did we see anyone over the age of 16-17 years old. I cant believe that on a Saturday afternoon, there wouldnt be a responsible adult who might be trained in first aid of some sort for problems exactly like this. . Flash forward an hour and we are in the ER with our daughter getting a CT scan because she has a serious concussion. Wont be returning - they need 1.) supervisory staff who ACTUALLY watch and separate the kids and enforce the rules and 2.) an ADULT supervisor who actually might care. . .

I was a little wary of this place after some of the reviews on here but my son insisted on having his birthday there. I called about a month before his birthday to find out they were already booked solid on the weekends for the next two months! The woman on the phone (Cheryl I think?) was extremely helpful though and got me a spot on a Thursday. When we got there the checkin was very easy. They have a chasier ready for just parties so we could get going right away. We had about 15 kids get dropped off by their parents. We did have to call one parent to turn around so they could fill out a waiver before her kid could get shoes. Other than that everything else was great. The kids had a great time jumping. Every person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. We kew what to expect from the "size seperation" thin because of these reviews. (Cheryl explained it a bit better on the phone) My older son wanted to come so I just had him invite a friend so he wouldnt have to be alone. The big kids had a great time at one basket and the little kids did their own thing at the other. We sat and watched tv while the kids jumped and every time somebody else got up to go a worker was right on top of it to wipe down the tables so Im not sure if we were even at the same place as steve. When the kids got done jumping we went to the party room. All of the decorations we gave them at check in were set up for us and the girls who took care of our party were very nice. The pizza they had for us was AWESOME. We had a great experience at sky zone and we will definately be back.

Very disappointed to say the least. I took my son here for his birthday specifically during toddler time because he turned 3 & so I could make sure it was safe. The staff was nice enough however I think the rules might be a little confused. I was told not to "jump" with my son, which included me removing my feet about an inch from the trampoline while showing him what to do since it was his first time, & that I could stand on the side. I understand the safety issue of an adult jumping, if I was actually jumping & not simply mirroring the activity to my child, while no other children were within 15 feet from us. Also the other children there were not all toddlers, some were 5-6 years old. So Im supposed to stand on the side whole my just turned 3 year old gets trampled during toddler time by kids over toddler age? Whats the point of toddler time if Im still not allowed to enjoy the experience with my child & older children are still running him over. Needless to say, he was upset because I couldnt jump with him & the experience was ruined. I was recently a toddler teacher at a Goddard School in the area & would not recommend Skyzone, especially for young children. If we do go back at all it will be during an open time when I can actually be with him, but from his reaction today we will not be returning any time soon.
