Update: I was informed by Regal the follow: "Management was on hand outside this auditorium to distribute complimentary passes immediately after the feature ended" I left before the movie ended so I was not able to receive these vouchers but hey did send me vouchers via mail. so I have updated the rating to a 3. Have no idea when I will be able to use these vouchers but its nice to know I get a 2nd chance. thanks Regal. My Wife and I have not seen a movie for 2 years since our son was born. Recently we were fortunate enough to have some close friends staying with us for a few days right before Christmas. We decided to take this opportunity to go out and see a movie after we had put our son to sleep. So we went to this theater to watch the 9:40pm showing of Star Wars. We arrived around 9:55pm hoping as we walked in the movie would just be starting. When we walked in the previous movie was ending. We watched out and ask the ticket guy to make sure and he stated the movie before had some technical difficulties and it started late. So we went back in and waiting for the movie to start. So the movie finally started around 10:15pm. The movie time is set at 2 hours and 16 minutes so we believe we would be home around 12:45 at the latest since we live close by. But around 11:30pm the movie just stopped playing. The projector just lost power and everything went black. Some kids up front went out and let them know the movie was off. Manager came in a short time after and asked us to move to another theater. By this time we are outside the theater 3 and its 11:45pm. We have no idea if we walk in the movie will start shortly after. So we decided to leave. We were not offered anything from a manager just an apology. I contacted Regal via email and let them know and asked to be contacted back. I still have not heard from them. I will update this if I hear back but as of now I would not be going back to this theater.

This movie theater is okay. I always come here now with my boyfriend and we went one day and as we were handing the lady our tickets the manager said we cant bring the drinks inside and my boyfriend asked why and he said because "we can just buy drinks here". My boyfriend said "so we can waste money on your overly priced drinks?" And the manager just walked away. Its more then $10 for a water just because of the "size" of the water. They cant just sell regular sized water bottles because because they would loose money. It doesnt matter though, I always sneak in water to the movies, its really outrageous how your not aloud to bring water or any beverages or food to movies. They just expect you to buy the over priced things that sell. Another time I went to the movies I really had to go to the restroom and the first thing me and my boyfriend did was use the restroom and as we were walking out 2 employees were eyeballing us and giving us stares that made us feel uncomfortable. It was as if they thought we were trying to sneak in. One of the girls was short and was Hispanic Im pretty sure, black brown hair and brown eyes. The other girl was wearing a Star Wars shirt and had brown hair and was pretending to sweep but there was nothing there, they both were just eyeballing me and my boyfriend. After we bought the tickets we gave the Hispanic employee the tickets and she goes very blandly and rude "enjoy your movie" without eye contact or anything. And the other employee followed us and keep staring hard at us until we found our movie. Horrible customer service!!! Hire new and better employees

Love the location of this theatre Ive been a customer since it opened a few years ago. But I do have some feedback to provide. Young kids run this place for the most part its clean however their policies are not consistent. Every time Ive had issues its always a different answer. The last time I had an issue there were some employees hanging out the back exit doors and they were left open. Im always there with my children and I didnt like that. Another by stander saw the door opened and went and closed it. Another time my daughter bought a zap pack and wanted water but then later decided she wanted sprite they made a huge ordeal because she asked for a regular cup that was paid for by purchasing the zap pack. They insisted on giving her a clear cup?? Then when I went to ask for sprite they called over the manager as if I was trying to take something and they were quoting policies!! Im like seriously Ive already paid for sprite it made no sense. Also sometimes they check your bags and sometimes they dont. 75% no one is there to view your ticket. I would love if they offered a matinee that would be very helpful to our local community and I feel it would drive more business!

If youve ever been to a Regal movie theatre then youll know exactly what this place is like. Theyre tickets start at $10.10, which is extremely annoying because if you get someone a $10 gift card thats not even enough for 1 movie. If you bring your student ID (for college, high school, etc) then they will give you matinee price Monday- Thursday any time of the day... its still $10.10 however. They also sometimes check peoples bags for "safety," so if youre sneaking in candy or something be careful because they might make you throw it out. Also the last few times Ive gone to this theatre its been FREEZING INSIDE! Make sure you bring a jacket, blanket, etc because even in the middle of July this place feels like a freezer. Im not sure why they started cranking up the AC so much recently but its awful. Also dont bother waiting in line to buy tickets outside, because they have machines inside to buy tickets and no one usually uses them. Make sure you get a regal rewards point card as well, because if youre going to spend a fortune at the movies (because you will here) at least make sure to get rewards out of it.

The theater is ok. But I think my biggest complaint is how strict they are in bringing in water. I carried my own water bottle in once They said "no". The young man at the ticket collection said it could be used as a weapon or carry flammables into the theater. When asked if I could empty it and fill it from their water faucet he said no. When I asked if I could carry one of their bottles of water in, he said it was ok. He said I could hide my bottle under a near by table that had a table cloth over it until I finished my movie. By the way, I am 52 years-old. The second time it happened I brought the bottle in empty and I asked to see a manager. When I pointed to the bottle being empty she reinforced that it could be filled and used as a weapon or carry flammables so this wasnt some rogue employee but it sounds like a leadership decision. That line of logic might work with some younger people but I get it when you want me to just buy your water. That would be a respectable enforcement. Kind of silly.
