Really enjoy going to this theater. My friend and I go a couple times a month, depending on whats out, and every time we have a good experience. Ever since Zurich Cinemas took over and started remolding the "movie going" experience has increased. Nice new and really comfortable seats that arent crammed together. I think most of the screens have been updated, but I know one still has the old seats in it. Thats the only thing Id say needs to be fixed, I think because the seats are so old they produce an odd smell. The other screens dont have this issue. Staff is always nice and courteous. Concession prices and fair for a theater and over cheaper than Regal or Bowtie. Plus I believe its every Tuesday they have a $1 popcorn deal. Overall great theater!

I was reading the reviews and noticed the review from "Renee Crockett" who claimed to work here in 2007. Id like to note that this was BEFORE the current owner took over. Zurich Cinemas does NOT use popcorn from a previous day and always makes popcorn fresh for each day. Additionally, Zurich Cinemas is one of the only circuits that uses real butter. Please dont let this review from someone who claims to have worked here in 2007 dissuade you from visiting our theater and trying our popcorn.

Went to see a movie here that was showing in what used to be a storefront space. The seats were uncomfortable and crowded. The door opening directly in the atrium space in the mall meant constant interruptions and distractions as people were unable to come and go. The small space caused every sound to be amplified. Terrible. Everyone left talking about how impossible it was to enjoy the movie. If you go to this cinema, call ahead and make sure your movie isnt in this "theater."

This place was amazing. There are many large theaters. Great, kind employees. The food there was pretty good but Ive had better. It is more of a modern theater. Just like anywhere else, candy is kind of pricey. Drinks and popcorn is great. Not stale. Not too flavorful. Drinks and popcorn arent that expensive. In the lobby, there are 4d chairs with a screen with a trailer of a movie. For me, Id give it a thumbs up.:)

I used to work here in 2007. At the end of the night they bag the popcorn up and put it in the soda room. The next day thats the popcorn they open the store with. One time there was a mouse stuck to the floor in soda syrup. All that was done was pour water on the mouse and let him go. IN THE SODA ROOM. Bathrooms are always messy. Staff are very unfriendly.

Great matinee pricing ($6.50) and love the Tuesday $1 popcorn special! Clean seats look modern and are comfy. I dont think any theatre is worth the $12+/ticket and expensive popcorn n drinks. I would return for another Tuesday matinee though for sure!

We go to this theater every other weekend, the only complaint we have is how they sell the tickets and concession. Line gets long at times. We enjoy the movies there and it is much less expensive to go there instead of Crossgates.

Ehhh. Very small theater , popcorn tasted a bit stale....deff not up to date. Chairs are okay though. If your looking for a cheap movie with every thing being below average - average this is the place to go.

Most comfortable seats in the 518. Great staff. Reasonably priced concessions. One of the only theaters youre gonna find D-Box seats in. Dont let the fact that its in a dying mall fool you.

I have to say I love this Theater its small the chairs are comfortable it is not like other theaters which usually have cramps seating but a big theater. This is comfortable Theater.
