This was the WORST movie experience Ive ever had including the $2 theaters. We went on a Sunday evening and it was a ghost town. There were only two concession staff that were intentionally slow. We waited in line over 10 minutes which caused us to miss a little of the movie. For $12 a ticket I felt like I needed a refund. I had to ask that the manager come to concessions to help because people were getting angry. As with most theaters they are staffed with teenagers but this was ridiculous. The actual theater was terrible too. The seat squeaked like the chairs needed oil. So EVERY TIME someone shifted in their seat, got up, sat down...you heard squeaking. So if you want to see a movie go but go early and settle in for the squeaks.

Quite literally, this theater only seems to attract a large crowd on weekends, and even then this only applies where there is a major motion picture playing. During all other times it is completely empty, really surprising since its located right next to the Jersey Gardens Mall. Other than that, its a fairly large theater, so the showtimes are really flexible, and they show IMAX 3D pictures, unlike a few other theaters. At times the popcorn might not be that fresh, but its kept fairly clean so no complaints there.

I visit this theatre only when I want to watch some movie desperately and tickets are not available at other places. I easily get the desired seat to enjoy the movie. Though tickets are expensive but for my favorite movies I can sacrifice. Seats are not that comfortable and the worst part is the leg space. Its so hard for a person to make his way out when other person is sitting. Since this is located adjacent to the mall, one can easily kill the time instead of waiting for the movie.

When the entire movie theaters surround sound is broken and half of the movie is too loud while the rest and majority of the movie cannot be heard and makes the entire movie unaweing on top of the extremely long lines. I waited in line 25 minutes to get food after waiting 7 more in line to scan tickets purchased before the movie even started. Highly irritated. Why is this not fixed and why is no one aware of this issue it is completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences.

Was at the mall figured stop in with the wife for a movie. We couldnt find an employee at the front so we used a kiosk ticket printer was broken found out after purchasing the tickets. We moved onto the next kiosk broken as well the third one finally printed a ticket. It took 3 minutes to find a employee to buy an icee from. There are two reasons Im giving it two stars. 1 the interior decor is nice a little beat up but nice. 2 the had a miss pac man / Galaga game in their game room.

Its a nice theater! I always find the employees very friendly and helpful. Most times, they are out of my favorite Icee :-( Other than that, I really have no complaints. There is lots of space and its big, clean, and modern. Plus you get points for refreshments every time you use their frequent customer card. I love seeing a movie, then heading over to the nearby IHOP for lunch or dinner! :-)

Love this theatre for various reasons 1. Great customer service 2. Admission prices lower than other surrounding AMC theatres 3. Clean 4. Conveniently located 5. Parking 6. 20 theatres 7. Stubs discounts 8. Soft Drink selection with free refills Im currently at the Matinee and my ticket was only $5.99, yet my favorite theatres price was $8.48 for a Matinee. Gotta love ❤️ this theatre.

I bought a gift certificate yesterday (Saturday, 2/6, around 11:00 a.m.) at the movie theater at Jersey Gardens. I was waited on by probably the nicest woman Ive every met in my entire life. She was the only one working, and there was a decent-sized line. But she was incredibly pleasant and seemed to treat everyone in line like the most important customer of all time. She really made my day.

I went there 2 times to see Bollywood movies. The theater room is small that was choosen to show Bollywood movies and all the way at back 14room. Its discrimination. Many Indian people go there to see movie so why the hell a small room given. Im not even an indian but this is just crazy. Newport mall amc provides better comfort for the same prices.

When I watch the movie marvels in humans it was really terrible I thought I was going to watch a movie but I didnt I watch the first episode of of a terrible season I went to the movie theaters to watch a TV show not a moviewhy is it called a movie theater if I watched a tv show I wasted 43 minutes of my time to watch a TV show in a movie theater

This movie theater is the best theater I love it there the costumer service is great and the theater litteraly is so cool I go there all the time and they have new movies all the time except when there are movies you missed and did not watch they still show after a bit then new movies are shown it is a break place to be with your family

My daughters and I waited for over 30 minutes to get tickets they only had one staff at the counter and he was serving the stud members. I only had three people in front of me! Non members are treating like no bodies. This will be the last time I take my family the an AMC theater I spent $178.00 to be treated like a no body.

Ive called so many times to try getting a refund for our tickets, yet no one picks up the phone. Im complete disappointed in the service. I dont know what kind of business is being conducted over there. But it doesnt take that much of an effort to pick up the phone. Planning not to go to the Jersey Gardens AMC one anymore.

Horrible. I wasted $100 on a series that is going to pass on abc. Why is it called a movie theater if I am watching a t.v series. The food and entree was so expensive, it was so clean that I found fruit snacks on my chair and I sat on something wet on my seat. I do not recommend you do not go here it is awful

Place is pretty great to watch movies. Seats are usually very comfortable and there are some good discounts on tickets. Sometimes, but rarely, the employees can be hard to deal and there can be too much trash after a late night but overall a great experience, specially since it is next to the mall.

I love going there with my friends and family. Right after the movie theres a game area which is fun to play around and takes time in no matter what age. The only thing I would hate is the line for food is very long so I recommend getting on line when its not so full and close timing to movie

I love watching movies, and this is a good place to see them. Twenty rooms, some bigger then others including IMAX which is great. Nothing wrong with the place. Im sad that people arent coming here as often as before. Its a place close to home, and I hope to have it open for a while more.
