I brought my daughter here after she went on a field trip with her camp to check it out. I thought it was really cute inside and was fantastic for free play. It was a bit crowded and toys seemed dirty (Im a bit of a germaphobe). It was extremely crowded and there was no one in there besides one girl who was on the second level of the jungle gym area. This was not my reason for being upset with the place because A) its a holiday and kids were off and its going to be crowded B) the toys are naturally going to get dirty with 100s of kids touching them. My problem was the birthday party we decided to have here this past January 2015. It was overpriced and the staff was not helpful. The package includes 12 paid kids and the birthday child is free. The price came out to about $45.00 per child (I didnt do the math till after party.) The owner called me three days before to confirm pizza and drinks which she turned out being really rude and even laughed at me for asking if I can bring in bottled water for the adult because they only provided a gallon of water that parents had to pour themselves which I didnt think was appropriate. The birthday attendants were messy and you could clearly see they didnt want to be there. We were not allowed to bring our own balloons so the owner said I would have to order them through her for $1.00 a piece. When we got there the birthday attendant said he forgot to blow them up so we decided not to do them. The favors are provided through them and where not the size that I was originally shown and the girl behind the counter child it up to being "Chinas" fault and that they didnt produce or ship them right and that I "should know how china does things". The free time play was fine there is absolutely no structure to the event so an hour of free play felt dragged out but the kids seemed to have still enjoy. I figured the attendants would play games with the kids. It truly ended up being a birthday factory we had to wait for one party to finish and as we were leaving they were rushing to clean up so the next party could come in. While the place is cute I wouldnt recommend having a party here based on the staff rudeness, prices and overall its not worth $45.00 per kid. I would still attend for free play maybe just not on a holiday.

A very negative experience, Disapointed with both the facility and the unfriendly and combative staff. I had my sons 4th birthdy party here in June 2011. In the days leading up to the party I tried to make a very minor adjustment to the pizza being served for the guests ( toppings ) and I was told that I had a contract and that nothing could be done to help me. The facilitys playground is no better than what they have at Tudor Time day care which my son attends. The staff was more interested in nickel and diming my bill than to try and make the guests happy. From beginning to end a VERY BAD EXPIRENCE, Ive been to at least 8 or 9 partys at various places on Long Island. Pump it Up, Wood Kingdom, Bounce U and many others and I found Once Upon a Treetop to be the worst one Ive been to. I would not recomend going here. Once Upon a Treetop was Once Upon a Bad Day in my life.

Let your imagination run wild here, for children and parents/caregivers alike. All the rooms and different themes allow children to pretend without limits. Parties can be held here. I attended one here and it was well organized and fun. Good was the usual, pizza, drink and salad. They offer classes here. I have never attended one but my friends tell me they are great. There are tons of items to purchase as you enter and exit. Makes it hard to walk out with your little ones who tend to say "Oh, can I have that?" Just have them play until they are too tired to realize. Lol Parking can be tight. Loads of street parking. In an industrial area. Our son loves playing, driving the toy vehicles and dressing up as a fireman. Overall a great place to be a kid.

I went to this venue on Veterans Day at 3 pm. The woman, who was a new employee by the way, was extremely rude, her name was Sunshine. I read online that if you brought in a non-perishable good that you would get a discount and that item would be donated to needy families. Sunshine said she was unaware of that and couldnt honor it, so I paid the $12 rate. She then rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt. I brought 4 friends with me and their 4 kids too. The place was a mess, it was overcrowded there was one young guy in the play area, which didnt seem like enough. I have never seen a place such a mess, with no staff on duty to help ensure everyones safety and well being, horrible just horrible, unprofessional and not worth the money and the trouble.

Great for toddlers and preschoolers. I took my daughter here when she was 3, and we all had a terrific day. It wasnt crowded (but there were always a few kids to play with), it was clean, and very roomy and imaginative. She had a great time making up little stories and acting out "scenes" in the various themed rooms (dress-up area, trains, store, etc.). Nice staff... a young man helped encourage her to climb up the "tree." I wish food was served here, but we did go pick up lunch and bring it back to eat in the food area. If I lived closer to here, Id take my daughter here often. Its a great place for those looking to avoid the craziness of places like Chuck E. Cheese... a spot to unplug and just hang out with your young kids.

It was okay. Its like going to a toy store in which children opened up all the toys, chewed them and left them behind for the next kid to play with. Beware of the adults that bring their kids there to run wild Unsupervised as they run their mouths. Although my 18 month old didnt seem overwhelmingly excited I gave it a 3rd star bc it kept my him busy. Bottom line, supervise with your kid the entire time as it can get pretty wild in there.

My 2 year old nephew had a blast there. Great place for energetic child who needed an opportunity to run around after being cooped up all winter with all the snow we had.

Really cute and has so many toys and stations for kids. Better than Imaginations at Play. Place is kept super clean and the toys are not broken/old. Great experience.

Wonderful indoor park for kids to play and be kept busy for hours. The facility is very clean and the service is very nice. $12 per child to enter.
