Great play area, and CLEAN! My biggest pet peeve with indoor play areas is that for some of them, youre pretty much guaranteed to come home with something (a particular bounce house area is notorious for 50/50 chance leaving with a stomach bug). That was what struck me the most about this place. It was super clean, and no one from the birthday party we attended ended up sick. It was a miracle! The party was well-organized and well-attended to, the hosts and owner were really, really pleasant. Were considering having my sons party here even though its a little more of a drive than our usual. They took over from the previous company (used to be Party Palace, if you were confused - I was too) and so far weve been really impressed.

We had my daughters party here this past weekend! Great place.. Very pleasant staff! My daughter really enjoyed her party! My only complaint is that the party should be a ltitle longer than 2 hrs. She didnt have enough time to open her gifts. You really need 3 hrs to get through everything. And we never did the princess parade to the queen chair. It wasnt offered to us, which was disappointing. Other than that great party!

Wow what a fantastic place to go, brought my grandchildren there and had so much fun, the staff was great and very accommodating, they say happy employees make a happy environment, well that is true about this place!! I would like to thank all the employees for making my grandchildrens visit one of the best times with grandma.......thank you

We love the party palace. My granddaughters have been going for years. Its a great place and keeps kids active. I think the owners and staff are terrific and will continue to bring the kids there. Miss them in queensbury but glad they are still operating in Saratoga. Love them.

Their were only 2 staff on, half of the games did not work and took your money. After 40 dollars of games we left with a Elvis statue, apparently thats all my son could get. I guess I can say I was not empressed at all. Definitely a money hole.

My kids love it here, I have 3 munchkins ranging from 1-7 and there is something for each one of them to do... They never want to leave.
