Drove almost 2 hrs to get here, the experience overall was okay, but the staff act like they dont enjoy their job, they were not attentive as to watching the swimmers because most were wearing sunglasses (it was cloudy and raining this day at times) sitting at their stations sleeping because they were sitting motionless and heads were nodding. My daughter was going down the one slide that had the bowl that you went around in, she wasnt down the chute yet when the girl at the top had let another 2 person float go down the slide and ended up knocking my daughter into the side of the opening and hit her head on the side of the chute and knocking her off the float, then the one at the bottom was yelling at her because she didnt get her float as soon as she exited the slide and the other person almost hit her. While it was raining we were sitting at the shower area/gift shop/consession area all the young staff were complaining about having to go back to work.

This place is so disappointing. The food is WAY over priced. The staff are so rude. There are just a tiny amount of slides and activities. I just recommend Wet n Wild. Its so much better. I was there for less than an hour. Just a waste of money and time. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. It needs to be cleaned regularly. The wave pool is the only decent thing there. Dont bring your kids here its a waste. I only stayed here for about an hour. Dont make the same mistake as me. This water park is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I dont know if my expectations were just to high but this is the worst water park I have ever been to. The staff is SLOW and rude the water is Very Warm not comfortable warm. Prices for what you get a JOKE! NOW IM on who has been to flordia vegas Disneyland etc but even compaired for kings island PRICES are rediculous. Rip off! At 20 per person the stuff is horrible. 12$ to rent a locker. Wow. I was done . I only stayed an hour. Kids very disappointed. Thanks a lot sommer splash!

Had a wonderful time at the waterpark, however very expensive and only 4 pools being the baby pool, kitty pool, lazy river, and wave pool. Where is the pool just to swim at? The food is good but very expensive, spent nearly $15.00 just to fill one person up, thats $60.00 for 4 people and the entry fee is very expensive, I purchased a Pool Only pass and they charged $1 extra and gave me the Pool & Slide pass, however had a great time.

Lived in the area for years. The park is fantastic, just be wary of hot concrete paths. As far as price goes, if you plan on attending often, buy a season pass during the winter before the park opens, the pass gets more expensive as time goes on, so buy it as soon as possible to save money. Other than that, I cant say much about the price, its affordable I do suppose, and well worth it.

Its such a nice place until you need to use the restrooms..they are never cleaned. Pee water on the floor..toilet seats broken. Sanitary napkin holders over flowing....very very nasty. I think the restrooms should be checked every hour and cleaned..when i cant even take my 6 year old grand daughter potty in a 4 hour tome..its radiculas Come on Somersplash....clean it up!!!

It was alright - my little girls had a lot of fun but I didnt considering the prices - the park was rather small only having three swimming areas.... Holiday World in Indiana is about the same price and has waaaay more, considering taking my girls to Holiday World instead... I was disappointed!! Like I said above- it was alright... Fair experience...

SomerSplash was definitely fun for the kids,but in the lazy river my children found a dead mouse. This was DISGUSTING! The staff were rude and most didnt care about their job. My children went too far in the wave pool and pretty much drowned while the life guards didnt even acknowledge the fact.

I have lots of fun at the water park but today A WOMAN FOUND POO in the wave pool.The wave pool is always crowded with people and I almost drowned because I got stuck under a float. The prices are horrible unless you buy a season pass

My family had a wonderful time at Somersplash! It was clean and very professional. They have water activities for kids of all ages, so if you have a large family there is something for everyone. I highly recommend this place

A nice waterpark! Kids will have a blast, good family atmosphere. Food is suspect & takes too long to prepare orders. But, I would recommend to friends, family, church groups, etc...

Great fun close to home. Free parking. Great prices. Clean, surprising the bathroom also ok. Tube slides for all ages. Some are double tubes! Great lazy river! Wave pool is large!
