Great show ruined by a $75 parking boot fee! But its not the fault of The Tralf! The owner called me about this situation and explained to me how he is warning his customer about the unsavory business practices of the lot owner on Pearl street, however warning signs have been removed in some cases and the announcements arent always heard. Unfortunately I missed his warnings. The owner of the Tralf cares a lot about his business and the fact that his customers are being victimized. Im leaving this post to warn anyone not to park in the lot on Pearl St and Ill go a step further and say avoid Pay2Park *anywhere* you possibly can. I know I will. Its no accident that there were at least 5 cars booted that night out of maybe 20 cars total in the lot. I was approached by the attendant within 20 seconds after recognizing the boot, but never approached when I pulled in like I have with many of the more reputable lots. Reputable lots also *clearly* sign the lot and indicate the dollar amount for parking, that is not the case here.

Terrible box office attendant, had the worse over the phone experience and then that continued when having someone pick up tickets for me. I will never go back after this concert due to the attendant that felt that being rude was the best customer service representation. So whoever was working your box office today (the male with reddish/ brown hair) and yesterday (the exact same person) is someone that helped you lose not only a new customer, but customers that have been coming to your business for years, since two of the tickets were for my parents who have been going there for well over 20 years. I called yesterday for 4 tickets and good thing I had my mother pick them up today because he only had two there instead of the four. Charged my card the wrong amount, and told me my total was a completely different price. Im not sure if it was a bad day for him, or a bad week, but that just lost my business once this show happens. Because I cannot respond to you, I felt the need to edit this to let you know.

The venue has a nice intimacy to it, since most of the seating is near the stage. The acoustics are great, the staff was friendly (sometimes flirty), and the drinks were good. Although I cannot vouch for the food, it certainly smelled amazing. They let us take our seats about a half hour late, and though the show opened on time, they let the band play late which was nice. The seats were rather uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is that the staff opened a dance area in front of several rows of tables. I understand that we all paid to have a good time and enjoy the band, and that the band likes having people dance. However I did not enjoy having our view blocked by a bunch of drunks getting their groove on. There were less intrusive places to have them dance.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Tralf. If youre looking to host an event in the city of Buffalo, this is the place to do it. Not only do they have unique seating arrangements, full in-house AV complete with 3 large screens, its a family owned business and the owners work your event. There isnt another venue that Ive come across that can say that. Bonnie and Tom are more than accommodating and whatever you need - they make happen. The food is to die for, and all homemade by Bonnie herself. The cookies... you have to have her cookies, they are simply amazing. Ive hosted 3 major events at their location thus far and each one has been better than the previous. I cant wait to book another event at the Tralf.

The seating idea is a disaster. Cannot sit with friends. I have been going to the Tralf since it was in its first location. My friends and I no longer go due to the ridiculous seating and the fact that they have no idea regarding their booking. they book middle of the road bands, that are probably passing by and going cheap. they have no idea what their demographic is. There was a time this club was known for real jazz, blues and reggae/world. Now they are just common place. Food is snacks, but not well thought out. I spend my money elsewhere..and I am a HUGE supporter of LIVE music.

Ive worked in the Live Music entertainment industry for 15 plus years with whats considered the worlds top entertainers. Ive seen thousands of live concerts in all kinds of venues, including small and medium sized clubs, theaters to amphitheaters. The Tralf Music Hall is one of the best Live Music Concert Halls Ive had the pleasure of visiting in a really long time. Its not only got great sight lines and comfortable seating options, but the venue has great sounds production. Absolutely amazing venue!

Best place in Buffalo to see a concert!!! Not a bad seat in the house. Love the staff; from the excellent, friendly security staff greeting you at the door, the awesome waitresses/bartenders making sure you are being taken care of, to the bar backs helping out. Love that you can enjoy your favorite beverage with a tasty snack, while of course listening to phenomenal artists!

I tried to go there twice during business hours to buy tickets to avoid their ridiculous service fees on online ticket purchases, both times I went their doors were locked. Thanks for wasting my time, Im not even going to waste my money on another event at your venue again. They didnt even have a place for coat check last time I was there.

Have been to the Tralf many times for several concerts and most recently the Game of Thrones special events. Always professional and great service. Sound system is amazing. Food was very good - especially the chicken fingers. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to see a great show in a fantastic intimate setting!

This place sucks. The food is terrible. The service knows almost nothing about wine food or spirits and the head bartender is the most rude person I have ever met. Dont bother. Its a waste of money. The owners have no idea what they are doing

Last Nights show was great!!! My friends and I were able to reserve a table of our choice and loved the fact that we didnt have to rush in to our seats. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and then the show in our seats. The wings were excellent!

Great little venue for music. Good drink selection, fast and attentive table service. Decent seating. Could use some better chairs for those of us who choose to sit and watch. Would definitely go back.

Nice venue but the service is lacking. We ordered many pitchers of the same beer and was brought back different beer then we ordered a few time and the food is WAY overpriced for what they offer.

Second show we have been to in the past six months- great atmosphere, food and service. Cant beat the sound quality and the variety of shows offered- we will definitely go back for another show!
