Cape Cod Inflatable Park is located in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. It offers a variety of inflatable rides and games, making it a popular choice for family outings. However, based on customer reviews, the park has several areas for improvement, particularly in terms of service quality, safety, and value for money.

Not worth the price of admission! I took my son here for his birthday neither of us had a good time. In order to enter I was charged $76, $45 for his ticket so that he could do every ride in the park and $31 for me so that I could do the wet and dry rides but not the challenge center. First I should not that I had no intention of doing the dry rides. I asked for a ticket that would allow me to pay only for the wet rides but as told such a ticket didnt exist. I had planned to mainly sit in the sun and do a wet ride whenever I got hot. True to plan I only did the wet rides and they were a major disappointment. My family loves water parks and we have been to a lot of them. Usually the water slides have a set of metal steps drawn up to them to make it easy to climb or wait in line. Not at this park. The "steps" are pieces of plastic molded into the plastic that also contains the ride. They were extremely difficult and uncomfortable to climb. My son missed his step on one an slid all the way to the bottom, which was scary. As for the wet rides, they were okay but the pool of water at the bottom of each was just too small. It was enough to break your speed and momentum but each time my bottom banged into the concrete beneath the ride. I am the size of an average woman so I have to assume other adults will have the same problem. My son wasnt impressed with either the challenge course or the dry rides. As I said at the beginning, we love water parks and I was looking forward to loving this one but that wasnt the case.

My family and I planned an overnight trip a week ago today. My 2 boys ages 11 and 4 had a blast! We stayed for 5 hours total inside the park. We also ate at the Shark Bites Cafe´ in the park, but because we booked a room the kids got a free kids meal when my boyfriend and I purchased a meal, $20 to feed 4 people isnt bad at all. The water was a bit pricey, but I also seen people bring in their own water and little snacks for the little ones and the staff didnt seem to be super strict about it which was nice. We all loved the resort! They had pingpong tables and horse shoes outside the hotel which was also a nice little touch for the hotel! It was a much better deal to stay The night in my opinion. The only complaints I have was one of the workers in my opinion was rude when talking to the kids on the ride he was in charge of and I think they could do a better job keeping up on the litter. There were a lot of empty water bottles in the water area for the older kids/adults. All in all it was a great time and we plan on making another trip back before school starts back up.

Fun for other kids, but too loud and too much stimulation and for my ASD special needs child. We went in for 35 minutes and had to leave because it was too much noise and super fast action for her. How about adding a few simple no frills, regular bouncy houses for scared or nervous big kids? I paid $31 for a day pass, the least expensive option, for our half an hour visit. If there were an hour option for $10, maybe we could try again, but Its just too expensive. I didnt ask for a refund because I figured it would have been embarrassing for my stressed out kid to wait in line as I explained, and she was already upset enough . Adults, bring a book, youll be bored to tears and irritated by the food prices and greasy selections. Eat before coming. A water is $2.50, and no outside food or drinks are allowed. No vegan options for me either. Overall a flop for this special needs family. Apparently we just dont fit in here, which really is unfortunate. Off to the movies and McDonalds today, again!

Not really for adults, just kids probably 17 and under. If your older, and not so nimble, prepare to get hurt. The staff doesnt warn u of this. Make sure u always land on your back or on your bum. Again, they dont warn you of this. I rode on almost every ride before even hearing it once. I got really hurt on my second day there, trying to catch myself off of the obstacle course and didnt go on another ride my whole time there. The hotel accommodations, while clean, arent very comfortable. No HD tv. The AC in the room was too loud, and would come on for 5 minutes and shut off for 5 mins. With no way of changing it. Probably cause it was the cheapest brand. I suggest sleep with the TV on. The bed was not comfortable, at all. Very stiff, I tossed and turned all night every night. We stayed for 5 days and I couldnt wait to get home. My suggestion would be (and thats just a suggestion) 2-3 days, only cause it gets old quick.

Took my 2 boys, 5 years old and 18 months old for a little weekend vacation. My wife and i took our oldest last summer and had a blast. This year not so much. First night we had a bottom floor room. The people above us were so loud stomping their feet until 2am. The next night we asked to switch rooms and were moved to the 2nd floor, much quieter. Front Desk staff was Great. Staff inside the park not so much. Couldnt be bothered, most spoke very broken English. Many were busy on their phones, not paying attention. Girl behind the snack bar was very rude, Was on her phone while we stood there and ignored us until we asked for assistance. Only to be told by her she couldnt wait on us from the side of the counter we were on, we needed to walk around the building and go outside to be waited on. Was not a good experience.

Very disappointed. We went after 6 pm and purchased a toddler pass for my 2 year old and regular pass for myself. After walking around for 5 minutes we realized all toddler bounce houses were deflated. When I went to front counter to ask why, I was told the toddler part closes at 6 pm. When I asked why I wasnt informed of this when purchasing a toddler pass, the front desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders and offered no explanation. Had I known that there would be nothing safe for my two year old to do, I certainly would not have wasted $29 on our combined admission. Too bad, this could have been a fun place to go on our future visits if I was treated honestly.

I came here with my family and when i went down one of the slides I sprain my knee and was on cruches for a week. The staff offered us free passes to come back but why would we after getting hurt. Then a little while later my cousin almost got a concution. I just talked to a friend recently and her daughter had to get stiches on her lip from the electric bull. wouldnt take your kids here its very unsafe. The owner can say all they want about how safty comes first but everyone i talk to have been injured there. The rooms were also very unsanitary and it smelled very weird. I wish there was a choice for no stars. Also try hiring staff that speak actual English
