STAY AWAY. Ruined my 5 yr anniversary. Screwed up my reservation, charged my credit card in full, turned my wife and I away without a room available, and NEVER REFUNDED my money. The office Mgr took my reservation over the phone and booked the date in the wrong month. No e-mail, no phone call, no concierge service whatsoever. Simply charged my credit card a few weeks before our anniversary date. I plead with the front office mgr for an hour to refund my card. He kept repeating, "There are no grounds for which to refund your money." I asked to speak with the GM and was told she wasnt there. I called several times that week and was never granted a return call, so I kept calling and she finally answered. She told me that she would absolutely refund my money and it would take a few days. 2 weeks went by.. no refund. I kept calling back and forced to leave messages. 1 Month later, still no refund. Took my money for absolutely NO SERVICES rendered. This is no way to do business, especially in a small market like Buffalo, NY. They could have had a customer for life, but chose to burn me over the cost of a nights stay. Any apology or excuse/response to this post should be ignored. I gave the management team plenty of chances to be reasonable.

We stayed two nights here for a wedding and I dont know where to begin talking about the awesomeness! For starters, The Mansion on Delaware is awesome! The butlers were great, and they made great restaurant recommendations, then drove us to them. The service was STELLAR. And all of this says nothing about the uniqueness of the building itself and its history. Its a three minute walk from Babeville, which was where the wedding was, and about a ten minute walk from the main area downtown... I want to go back to Buffalo just to say at The Mansion on Delaware. The Mansion understands service, value, quality and what it means to deliver a top-notch experience and they are also great stewarts of experiencing Buffalo. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if youre even passing near Buffalo... Great!

I had the privilege of staying at this location recently. It was better than I imagined! Beautiful building, conveniently located near First Niagara Arena. The service was phenomenal, we felt so special as guests. Marty and James welcomed us the night we stayed and Marty was our driver when we utilized the Land Rover service to a concert downtown. He was friendly and gave us a mini tour on the way. Very nice. The complementary breakfast and evening cocktails were a nice touch and quality. I would make the 5 hour drive again just to stay there and explore the city as well as the historic Mansion. I highly recommend this if you are someone that wants a step above a Hilton or Best Western, you will be pleased!

I stayed here for a work trip to Buffalo and I must say everything about the place was a plus. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make dining recommendations and suggest what ever it is you may need. The lounge room with the pool table gives a great since of elegance and relaxation along with the drinks that are offered. The Range Rover was definitely a plus and being driven in it gives you a great sense of relaxation in style. Many celebrities such as Tom Cruise and Keifer Sutherland have also stayed here.

We had an incredible stay here for our anniversary. The butlers were incredibly friendly--they drove us anywhere we wanted to go in the Range Rover. We enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived, and the top-shelf alcohol at the included happy hour...we also loved the room (very high ceilings, great bathroom, very cozy feeling), and last but not least the continental breakfast was the best we have ever had. We will definitely be recommending this place and be coming back ourselves!!!

The mansion on delaware is a place where old meets new, much like buffalo. The service is fantastic, the beds are comfy and the rooms are inviting. Its located on "edge of downtown" but isnt far from the downtown core. They also have a great service where they will drive you to where you have to go qithin a 3 mile radius.

We booked to be close to the Keybank Center for a concert. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We checked in quickly and parked in the garage which they charged you $10 for. The hotel was packed but we never had to wait for a drink at the bar and it was very family friendly. Wed stay again when in buffalo!

The service was attentive and pleasant. The food was exemplary. The ambience enjoyable. The only critique I can offer is that at the end of the evening, the staff was requested to play upbeat disco genre music and played motown instead. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

This was a great and interesting place to stay in Buffalo! Beautiful historic building, with extremely friendly and professional service. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and unique and ours offered great views of the historical Buffalo area. Will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff. We used their complimentary Land Rover transport service to get around town, it really made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast had many options and put the normal hotel continental breakfast to shame.

Was nice over the phone until I went to visit in person and the manager found out that I was black. Was looking forward to booking a room here for my parents for my moms 60th Birthday. Manager was very brief with me couldnt imagine spending any money here.

Just book it. This place is stunning in every way possible. Service is second to none, tidy downstairs bar, great outdoor garden to eat your complimentary European breakfast. I cant recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

This hotel never disappoints. As a returning guest; the hotel is fresh and butlers are well- vibrant. The food always suprises me plus private to us guests. P.S.- this is where I see more celebs than any other hotel that I frequent.

Overall I found my stay was decent my only problem was a dirty bathtub/shower. I also found the price a little steep for the area but my room was huge so that made up for it! I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

What a great experience. The rooms are unique and very nice. The common rooms for guests and honor bar are nice touches. The butlers and driving service to dinner really allow for you to relax and put things over the top.
