I have done all of their existing escape rooms now, and I can say how great they are at the overall experience. You walk through the door and from beginning to end you feel welcome and part of a team with the game masters. They want you to win and want you to do well, but best of all, they strive for everyone to have a great time. Their three existing rooms are all well designed and their puzzles are challenging, but always solvable. Heres an in depth analysis for each room: Puzzlemaster: Obviously their hardest room and meant for those who have done a few rooms before in the past. Its a good challenge and its many surprises will leave you giddy even if you dont make it out. Through the Rabbit Hole: My groups favorite room and their newest one as well. Even if you dont like escape rooms, the atmosphere is so great I encourage people to spend the 30 dollars just to walk in and through. The design is one of the best Ive seen and its break away from locks keeps everyone immersed throughout the whole experience. The puzzles range from easy to challenging and is a perfect room for those who want to go with a group ranging in experience. Fun for the whole family. Sector 13: There is one part(I wont spoil) that Ive never been as afraid to do something in any escape rooms. And it was only the beginning. Throughout the room, the puzzles are some of the best. This room had the best beginning to any escape room Ive seen, and the atmosphere is well done. This room is definitely meant for those older puzzlers and I would not take the family through this adventure.

THE GREATEST ESCAPE ROOM I HAVE COME ACROSS! Though i have only done 5 escape rooms, this one is hands down the most detailed, and exciting one of them yet. Down the Rabbit Hole is an amazing experience with traditional and non-traditional escape room puzzles. NOT TO MENTION HOW AMAZING IT IS INSIDE!!!!!! The decoration of this room was so memorizing my first glance inside i was in awe. Though the story is not of Alice in Wonderland, the inside of this room will make any Disney or Alice in Wonderland fanatic piss their pants! ask about how the room was made and the answer will shock most people ;). I dont know if any other escape rooms can beat this one for me. This experience will be one i will share with my friends. Though, if your looking for a more "Thrilling, kinds of suspenseful" room, Sector 13 is also one for the books! though i would recommend a party of more than 2 for this room. The story is amazing, and the attention to detail in this whole establishment should not go unnoticed. Thank you guys for such an amazing time! i will return shortly with more people! :)

A great escape room with insane production value. Some escape rooms are run for the money and some are run for the passion. Trapped is run because the owners and staff absolutely LOVE escape rooms and it shows. Every single room they have offered (and my group has done them all - including beta testing the chamber) has been phenomenal. We will continue going back when they have new rooms, despite the near 2 hour drive. We also are excited for their new Las Vegas rooms to open.

The videos at the beginning were a little cheesy, but thats hardly anything to weigh down the experience. We completed Dpwn The Rabbit Hole, and it kept us puzzled until the clock nearly ran out. The puzzles are engaging and intuitive; some so much so that youll have known the answer the whole time without knowing that you know. Bottom line is if you have your wits about you, youre sure to escape. Or not. Youll surely have fun though.

I am a repeat customer and each I go I always find a puzzle that someone else solves before me. These guys are great and they immerse you in the story line from the beginning. Here is a tip to solve each and every room. Look everywhere and think of multiple possibilities on what each clue is. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Love this place!!! I have done most of their rooms and all of them are absolutely amazing. Each one is unique and filled with beautiful detailing. The staff is so passionate about this place that you tend to linger after your experience discussing how you did and what future rooms they have in store. Highly recommended!!!

Great fun!!! My group did the "Puzzlemaster" room and it was a great experience! The place is located in the back of a business building, so it is best to park in the back. The staff was very friendly and even told us about more locations that they are expanding to. I would definitely go back!

This is hands down the best escape room company in the inland empire. The company takes the profit and obviously upgrades their rooms to become more and more immersive. Trapped is definitely worth the visit- my group has done all three of their current rooms and one of their older ones.

Just went here to kill some time, but it ended up being a lot more fun than I expected. I think for the price, its a great value and the atmosphere of the room(s) and difficulty of the puzzles make it worth it. Try it, its fun!
