My experience - A few months ago I started bowling in leagues here and have come a handful of times to bowl for fun. Customer service - is universally bad here. The guy who usually runs the front desk (middle-aged white guy, bald, glasses occasionally) is unnecessarily rude and condescending regardless of the situation, both to league and non-league bowlers. Ive seen him publicly try to call out people over the PA system, and he very openly become annoyed and rude when we tried to use the discounts on games given out by the league. The bar - pretty good prices all around, and they serve draft pints for $6

What bowling alley has bouncers out front? This place used to be extremely popular and family friendly, with people coming in droves to bowl and the place filling up every friday and saturday night. They even had an awesome restraurant KJ diners inside along with a bar. It shut down and underwent new management last year and wow has this place gone downhill. They clearly dont know who their core customers are, so expect condescending staff and overpriced food and drink. Overpricing is likely going to make up for their lack of customers until they sell and run. Avoid.

My niece had her 7th birthday here and it was really fun. The party was organized well, and the staff was great and very helpful. Everyone (kids and adults) loved the food. The bowling lanes were nice and the kids enjoyed taking their photos and the cartoons that played on the monitors using their photos as they bowled The kids all received arcade cards as well to play with after the party. It was a lot of fun. Everyone at the party wants to come back!

Worst mistake I made was buying lanes in advance....you can show up and just get a lane. I lost almost $200 for nothing. The waiter was not just our waiter he was the only waiter.....I will say though that it is a nice place to bowl...good music n plan for happy hour time because otherwise youre wasting your money....I wont ever do that again. ...

This place is pretty shifty, the manager extremely unprofessional and rude. This place also sold us a summer bowling pass that was suppose to last till the end of august, but closed for renovations with no notice in mid july. Apparently just a bunch of crooks, that is one way to cover your revenue, and drive away customers.

Had several lanes open and said we were on a waiting list and no one showed up to any of the lanes waited for about 40 minutes and no one showed up to get the lanes that they claimed were taken more lanes became available and they still did not seem to do nothing about the lanes that were available around 8 lanes were open.

This place is too expensive and not worth it! You pay per person and not by the lane. Paid $120.00 for 3 games and The event check-in staff was very rude. Next time I will be going to Lucky Strike where the reputation is great, the food is awesome, the music is a little more diverse and the staff is well-mannered!!!!!

I love El Dorado Lanes. The staff is very friendly, the equipment rarely breaks down and the prices are reasonable. Last night we went there for the first time in over a year and had a great time. I plan on returning in the near future for some more bowling, beer and food.

One of the best bowling places Ive been to. Everything is brand new and up to date. Everything is clean. The service is a tad slow but not a big deal. Depending on when you go, it could be cheap or pretty pricey. Look for their deals or happy hour. Its worth the wait.

Had a party for my 11 year old daughter and friends. The staff was so nice, everything was well organized and the kids had an amazing time. The manager was extremly easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place we had a blast, and im very picky!

Expensive compared to the majority of bowling alleys. Its a modernized alley so there are lights and music with updated tech. Arcades and a full bar. Still a great place but the prices would be the downfall. Im not willing to pay double digits per game.

Great service and I love the way they do things. Although I didnt use it I heard there is free wifi, but Im not entirely sure. Its a great place to bowl but it is on the pricey side wish they had an hourly rate or something.

Touch screen didnt work. The Super large burger made me sick. Wings and food came out late/ as we were leaving. The assisted bowling ramp was rickety and made the ball gutter. Half of the projector screens were nonstop ads.

Waited for 1.30hr.. to get a lane.. when we we called earlier to check what was the wait time and they said 15 min.. was going to buy summer pass, but apparently it works only if everyone in your group has one! Not cool.

This bowling alley had a good atmosphere and was great with the tv screens and then the monitor that shows your score. It has funny videos with your face showing from when you took previous faceshots for the videos!

Nice staff and the place was clean, and we had a fun birthday party with family. But, pretty pricey, no 15 or 16 lb balls to choose from, and our lane got balls stuck behind the pins 4 times in two sets of games.

I have been going to this place for close to 30 years. Tot just reopened after the remodel and everything looks amazing. The food is still great and it still gets packed on Friday nights but in a good way.

Atmosphere was awesome. But at ~$10 a game when I went there, thats a pretty steep price to bowl (on top of shoe rental). Ill definitely be going again if theres some sort of special.

Great social place to hang out. The arcade area has fun games for everyone to enjoy. It also has a hopping night life for the 21+ crowd. Its a great bowling alley fused with a bar.

Bowlero has a super cute retro chic vibe, but its too expensive to come here on a regular basis. The food and drinks are good and I think the arcade was a nice touch.
