Where to start. Well the place is a smoke smelling dive. Should be called Fiesta Rancho stink hole. Rooms are small, smelly, and in dire need of a paint job however the beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Worst part was the first two nights of our stay. Its Vegas and we were out late. Put the do not disturb sign on the door only to have the front desk (which was really the chamber maid supervisor) call early each morning waking us to see if we wanted our room cleaned. On the first day this happened I complained, then went out for a couple of hours only to find that they never cleaned the room after the call!!! Had to ask them to clean the room after all that and the Manager/supervisor was very rude during the entire ordeal and trying to make excuses for the call. The first day she said someone switch some door hangers so they were calling to check. Really? The second day she said they were checking to see if I had the fridge I requested for the room. I told her that if I didnt I would have let them know by the second day and if they check my bill she would see the $12 a day charge. She was obviously lying and just trying to get her cleaning staff off duty. However again the chamber maid was very friendly, apologized, and did a great job. The Casino is nothing but a money pit. If you like video poker and the slot machine Buffalo youll be in heaven as they are scattered all over the machine but there is literally not a machine in the place that pays. Expect to lose money here. The only time we won was when we went across the street to Texas Station. Ten times the hotel and Casino! But then wed come back to Fiesta only to lose, lose, and lose some again. Ive played at Indian Casinos that pay better. They have very adequate security all over the place that will eyeball you all night and follow you around the casino including up to your room for no reason. Far too many which makes me wonder about the clientele. The pool is a joke. Ive seen bath tubs bigger and worst of all its located on the Northeast side of the hotel so expect to lose the sun by around 2pm. It also closes at 8pm so no evening swim. Best thing about the pool is that its not heated so it can be refreshing when its 100 degrees out. The free or 99 cent Margaritas taste like frozen minute maid and have no alcohol. If you drink while gambling only order beer because the drinks are just colored water. The buffet was awful with the exception of the Mongolian grill. Literally the only fresh food on the premises. Everything else was either over cooked or dried out from sitting under the heat lamps so long. Even the Pepsi tasted watered down. Ate at Dennys once and it was ok, its Dennys. Subway was good, Smashburger was good but pricey. Ended up eating all of our remaining meals across the street at Texas Station. Again, 10 times the hotel/casino. The ajoining ice arena is nice which is why we were staying here as it was a part of an exposure camp my son was attending so we had to stay otherwise I would have moved acrossed the street. Lastly, when you view the photos on the main website keep in mind that they are not actual photos of the premises. Discovered that these photos are the same for all of the Station Casinos so buyer beware of false exposure.

The lady at the front desk was rude to start. Then she told me that the room I booked and paid in full for prior to my trip was not available and all she had was a handicap room in non smoking. The room smells like cigarettes. I was placed in room 102 and right next door I could hear Every word they said & the TV as if they were in the room with me & smell cigarette smoke!! The casino has a Lot of bums & drug addicts in there harassing you while you try and gamble on thier tight non-paying machines. Then there was a guy constantly asking me if I wanted to buy some weed by the elevator by my room. I forgot to mention that at check-in the rude front desk lady told me I had to pay $100 deposit on my debit card. I advised her that I had just checked out of the Fiesta in Henderson and they said they only did it on credit cards or cash because it takes too long to put the money back on the cards. She basically called me a liar which was very offensive along with her Rude attitude. My room key didnt work to enter the hotel or my room .. so I went back to the front desk & the rude lady went to the back and had a guy & lady escort me to my room After she reactivated my room key card. I explained to them both the light blinked red on both doors as another guest tried to help but it didnt work for him either. The guy & the lady spoke to me as if I was lying & didnt know how to use the key card. I explained to them both that I did exactly what they had done but the key was not working. The room was not appealing at first sight at all! You have to use a key to get in this horrible hotel area because of the area its in. Stay far away from this place! Not safe..and the service is horrible! Not worth saving a few bucks! I will NEVER book here again! My stay was from 2/27/16 -2/28/16

I made the res through a 3rd party. It was supposed to be at the Fiesta hotel in Henderson, but was made at Fiesta Rancho instead. The hotel blamed the res company, and the res company blamed the hotel. While the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful, it was an awful, expensive experience. It was across town from where I needed to be, I couldnt change the res, so I was stuck with staying there 1 awful night and getting another hotel across town, in effect paying for 2 hotel rooms and losing the money I spent on this one. It was in a scetchy part of town and I didnt feel safe there. The "non-smoking" room had clearly been smoked in, and the cleanliness had me worried. The walls were so thin I could hear literally everything going on around me, and the wireless internet which was advertised as free was $6.99 every 24 hours. Also, the internet couldnt support my work requirements and there was a small table and low, uncomfortable chair in the room, leaving no place to work even in semi-comfort. There was also an $11+ "service fee" for each day tacked on, and a $100 hold placed on my credit card even though I had paid in full in advance. This was a truly horrible experience.

EVERY weekend me & my friends hang out here, we meet at the bar for drinks & gamble & we go to the club & Dennys every Friday. Last week we delt with some people that took our table in the club & wanted to fight for no reason we got security & security acted like they were scared to make them get up, security even asked us to just leave I was so upset I complained to management, the manager Tom was extremely nice & apologized for securities behavior & asked us to come meet with him. We met him & the first thing he said was Im sorry this happened but let me check your players cards to see what I can do for you (?) He comes back & tells me I dont play enough, but tells my friend he has points, then tells us next week when you come its on me, he promised us free entry, food & drink comps, & says he will be checking up on us. We never heard anything from Tom, we even ran into Tom last night & reminded him that he promised us food, drinks & entry tonight & he just said oh Im sorry I ment to check up on you guys & kept walking, he was rude. Wow this casino has horrible customer service & me & my friends will not be back
