Payouts are seldom and not especially wonderful... little variety in games, although there are tons of machines they are basically all the exact same thing, just with different pictures on the screen... The restaurant: soso. The waiter tripped over his own feet walking towards our table with our drinks and practically threw the tray all over us. Husband got the worst of it getting a full shower of iced beverages sprayed all over him. The waiter proceeded to attempt to dry my husband off reaching to dab his cloth at the wet stain on his pants in the nether region... not kewl! Hubby caught his hand and said its kewl, I can get it... Although hubby definitely got the worst of it, we all got wet and were disappointed... I tried to make light of it by telling waiter it was alright, an accident, I figured he had been working an all nighter... he informed me that his shift had just begun. I quipped something to tge effect of "wow, its gonna be a long day" and was scowled at before he rolled his eyes at me and tramped off. (No doubt to refill his portable ice shower tray...) Hubbies meal was comped, charged for the drinks tho!! Go figure!! The staff is pretty friendly as far as the casino floor goes! Quick to smile and great service overall. Security is overzealous and borderline rude for no reason...imagine if they felt they did have a reason!! No bus service within a mile and a half or so, located in the middle of nowhere out past the heart of Coachella on ave. 54... Cashiers withdraw is outrageous 5% above the standard $15 fee!!!!! Bathrooms are clean but always in process of being cleaned with anywhere from two to three women attendees! Makes u feel rushed... weird!! Can b fun place but its a gamble (pun intended)!!!

This place is OK by any standards, except the size. HOWEVER, it may lose the things that make this Casino my #1 in the valley had it decided to expand its gaming floor. They are friendly, and very fair. THE BEST GAMING ODDS ANYWHERE INCLUDING VEGAS FOR VIDEO POKER.. 100% payback if you look around! They BLOW AWAY the rest of the Casinos with showing they want you as a customer. First the best weekly free play, and I cant begin to say how they make their customers feel like they are appreciated. You will not be dissapointed if you go here, other than the small size maybe. Also, the food is great. Augustines is #1 of the 5 Valley Casinos.

We club members just know was treated very poorly by security supervisor Michael Oakes, my son is 23 years old club member since he turn 21 and now he was denied entrance to go have to his regular Wednesday dinner at this casino i called Dennise Barboza who also is security and she said to me just bring a school Id that has his picture and states his date of birth will be fine i go back in and again they dont allow their own Club Member to go to his regular dinner every Wednesday. Very bad policies and procedures that if your a Club Member and spend money here they deny to their Casino.

Planned for a month to go to the Lobster buffet special. Time was 4-10. Got there at 4:10 waited in a line for an hour just to b told would b a 5 hr wait!! Waited for couple hes then went back to see if time changed( had to wait in line again to ask question) they saud we might get in around 10!! So not an acceptable way to do this special. They also told people a head of me that they were no longer accepting names for the wait list. Not a good way to do business. Poor, poor, poor!!

Its a little family owned casino...1 young woman...God Bless you for all the positive changes you have made...Only one thing in the non-smoking area we very rarely get drink service..I was there for over three hours and no service for water or cokes..When I left I did say something to the bartender and he said that we were short with the servers...today the same thing..but other wise all is good...Thank you for your service

My husband loves the Saturday All You Can Eat Lobster!!!! I enjoy the Crab Legs!!! Hot & Cold. There is Salmon & Excellent Seafood Ravioli. Wide variety of desserts & Italian ice cream. The Staff is pretty cool but Ask for Audreys Section, she will take care of U like no other. We usually eat & run cause the Casino part usually takes us. Good Luck all U fellow gamblers, enjoy the hot butter & lemons as well!!

Some road signs would have helped in finding this cool place after dark. Players Club not open 24 Hours. (:-o 1AM bar closed, but my free soft drinks continued. Felt welcome, needed, and safe. Twice wondered into the non-smoking area by mistake, attendants not demeaning. Bet Buffet is as neat as the cute employees. Thank you for a good time, Ill be back.

Lobster buffet varies as the size of the tails can be very small and not worth the money, as they get dried out easily in the cooking. Foods need to be refreshed if out in the buffet too long - too dry and stale looking to be appetizing. It would be nice to have food less spicey and put the jalapenos on the side for those who want hotter.

The theme for dining here is "over cooked", went on a Friday. Seaford overcooked, all meat over cooked. Particularly offensive was seeing a kitchen worker eating with her hands while refilling a buffet station. Save your money and time. There are plenty of other options out there than this place. First time there and certainly my last.

I dont gamble...but I love breakfast. Best buffet and low price. Steak and eggs, chiliquiles, menudo (Tues. Only), bacon, sausage, biscuits, ham, salad, desserts, fruit, machaca, made to order omelets, pancakes, strawberry crepes...etc.etc. Take your breakfast buddy here or your loved one for a birthday breakfast!

Its a small casino, but I like them when they are small. They seem to give out more jackpots! I have won several times here at Augustine Casino! Its my favorite casino near where I live. The employees are very friendly too! Check out Augustine Casino, I think you will like it too!

It took us 1 and 1/2 hours round trip for anniversary all you can eat lobster. Waited in line 45 minutes, got to the check in and asked how long the wait would be, the young man said 7 1/2 hours. Ridiculous! No comps, or drinks, Or even water offered. Kept my money!

This place has a great buffet and if you get a players card they give you a $2 discount. Different buffet on different days, call for more information about the food. The staff is very friendly and although the casino is small there is plenty to do.

The place use to be exciting and fun the orange on the remodel is kind of depressing and the machines dont even pay like they use to it understand its a gamble but this is just ridiculous sucks it was suck u good casino im sticking to fantasy
