I will never stay anywhere else. Bellagio has my heart! This was our night time view of the fountain show from our room back in March. Absolutely incredible. We were able to tune-in every 15 minutes for a new song and show (The fountain shows begin at 3:30pm and go on until the last show at 11:45pm) It was definitely worth getting the fountain view room. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. The hotel room service was incredible, our rooms were always clean, we always had fresh towels ready for us. There were plenty of restaurant options available throughout the hotel but our favorite was "The Buffet Bellagio", its a bit pricey depending on whether you go for lunch or dinner, but it was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY, we went twice throughout our 4 day stay. You have to try this restaurant if youre planning on staying at the Bellagio. The food was so delicious we still cant stop talking about it. Their buffet had all kinds of salads (veggie/fruit), two or three different kinds of soups (TOMATO was amazing!) they had several different types of foods (Italian cuisine/Asian/American-BBQ/vegetarian options) Lots of breads, butters/cheese spreads, pastas, bacon, eggs, omelette stations, mac/cheese, potatoes, burgers, hot dogs, hams, steaks, sandwiches, and a massive variety of desserts from cookies, to brownies, to fancy pastries, cheesecakes, ice cream. Truly amazing. Unlimited beverages! Another place to try is Cafe Bellagio, theyre much more affordable and still delicious huge portions. We were told it was a 24/7 cafe, however during our stay, they closed by 10pm due to reconstruction of the Chinese theme they had right outside of the cafe. I would definitely double check on the hours of operation as it states online that they are 24/7 but when you go on the Bellagio website it states theyre open from 6am to 1am. The casinos were jam packed our entire stay due to some sort of convention they were having, however, we still had a chance to play at the tables we desired (Black Jack/3 Card Poker). I also tried their video blackjack and walked away with $800 off of $20 so I was really happy. Despite the amount of people / 2 weddings / engagements we saw , it was still very pleasant, the atmosphere was fantastic. All of our dealers had such great personalities and made the experience that much better. Our weather there was slightly windy and in the mid-60s to mid-70s but it was phenomenal. Concierge was super helpful and very organized. Everyone employed at Bellagio was there to help us and if they couldnt, they immediately found someone else that could. This was more of 10 star experience. Thank you for such an amazing trip. We will be coming back again in a few months!

I was very excited to stay at the Bellagio for the first time. I have stayed at other MGM properties and this one was next on my list. Our stay was great until the morning of checkout. I stayed at the Bellagio with my mother and my baby daughter and we had a pretty long night. I was under the impression (based on my hotel booking info) that check-out was 11am and we had time to sleep in a little before hitting the road. At 9:16am there was a knock at the door. It took a second to recognize what was happening and get out of the bed. Then a second knock and someone (from housekeeping) was opening our room door. Luckily the bolt lock was used, otherwise she would have walked right in. The unfortunate part is the knock and the subsequent attempt to enter the room woke up my mother and my baby who were both extremely tired. When I poked my head out the woman was speed walking down the hallway and did not offer an apology. If it is hotel policy to check guests rooms prior to check-out, I get it...it is just bad policy. The reason for the score is not because of the entry into our room, but for what happened when I called Guest Services to understand why this happened. When I called, the young lady did not identify herself nor did she say "Guest Services," so I had to ask if I called the right department. I began speaking and she was very short with me, and was not treating me very courteously ( I did not expect that from the staff at Bellagio). I then told her that since she was being so short with me that I would like to speak with a manger and before I could finish my sentence she placed me on hold. At that point, one of the managers Chris came on the line. I explained what happened and his response was, "Well I dont know what their process down in housekeeping is, Id have to call and check." No apology, or empathy. Then when I mentioned that the young lady who answered the phone initially was very curt and did not speak to me in a professional manner, he said, "Well there are six girls up here, I dont know which one you spoke to." So I kindly informed him that I would be writing a review and sending my feedback to corporate. It wasnt until that point that he offered an apology. I was upset about being woken up, but I more disappointed at the lack of customer service from the front desk staff. I will never stay at the Bellagio again and I will make sure I share my experience with others. I am very disappointed.

MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE GONE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - THAT NO ONE TAKES THE BLAME!!!! MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN!! What a frustrating experience. During the holidays (December 2016), me and my husband spent 4 days at the hotel. We bought many many gifts for the kids and for us. On our last day, we left the hotel at 11:00 am, I always make sure that my suitcases are closed and no items left around exposed. I wear high end clothes and items that are very pricy and high quality..... Upon return to the room at 22:00 pm, my husband and myself entered the room and were SHOCKED. on the side of my luggage, I had a large white Michael Kors bag that I kept on adding all the small shopping bags inside as we purchased every day, planning to open and fix all in the language on the last day. THE BAG WAS GONE!!!! I immediately called the security and opened an investigation. Our flight was the next day, I was told to continue the investigation upon return home. we are 2 1/2 weeks afterward - i was just inform by a very rude lady in Risk Management Department of the hotel that I can not assume the bags were gone!! this is outrages! her response was "you can not blame anyone" = we are so disappointed and speechless. Basically - my belongings were taken and I have nothing to do about it!! THIS IS SCARY!! The best part was -I asked the security to please look at the cameras, after all it was a very large paper bag, you would see that it was taken out of the room at the exact time. and the response was -"we are sorry, it is a big problem here at the hotel -we do not have cameras in the corridors" we found that obscure. How can such a big hotel can not protect his clients. What if you are being followed in those endless corridors - As a guest, I would question security..... Do yourself a favor - if you are planning to stay at Bellagio - be aware: you might get your personal belongings taken and no one will have a record of it!!!!
