Creepy Security Guard. Stayed on the 7th floor and was listening to an audiobook around 11 at night. Brother said he heard something at the door, he went to the peephole only to see the bald head of a one of the hotel staffs security guard leaning against our door with what I assume was his ear pressed to the door to hear my audiobook I was listening to, guess he like World War Z? I would understand if he was listening for woulbe partiers but hell there wasnt alcohol or a cigarette in the room, the strongest thing was an aspirin so its not like we were partying just staying here in between moving apartments. The scary part was that he stayed there for around 15 minutes until I opened the door to confront him. Instead of saying anything he briskly walked away and ignored me requests to talk and jumped in an elevator before I could talk to him. I am a guy and was staying with my Brother, I cant imagine how a girl would feel if the same thing happened to a female. Now what I find strange is if I was being too loud thats fine tell me Ill quiet down, but violating basic privacy for an extended period of time then running away when asked what the issue was. Following up with reception I asked if this was normal protocol and the receptionist acted like it was not his problem and said to talk to security about it. On top of that no soap or shampoo in the room, but I can live with that. Im not a big complainer but I just find it creepy as a man that their security operates in such a way like some gestapo-esque espionage against their guests. Ive stayed at many other Vegas/Henderson/Strip Casinos and the Security is usually professional courteous even towards the occasional trouble-maker. But I guess you get what you pay for, in this case overzealous security and indifferent staff.

I was at a workshop in Vegas and stayed at the Fiesta Henderson. The first night I got no sleep because the room had no ac and was way to hot. I called the front desk and they said they would have it fixed. They didnt and I got no sleep the second night. Third night I went to the front desk and demanded they correct the problem, give me a different room or refund my card and I would find a new hotel. The front desk clerk told me there would be no refund and they would send a tech to the room. By midnight the tech demanded I be given a new room since he confirmed the ac did not work. Front desk clerk tried to punish me by putting me on the flood with the barking dogs. The tech said no and I was given a room on the fourth floor where a dog ran down the hall and tried to bite me. So needless to say , my stay at the Fiesta was awful. Then the front desk clerk reversed two nights of the hotel service fee for a total credit of about $20. What an insult and poor customer service from the front desk clerk who represents the Fiesta Hotel. As a business man myself,I would have fired the clerk and done every thing possible to retain a customers business and insure their stay was a pleasant one. I will not be back to the Fiesta Hotel and recommend others think twice about staying there.

Do you like the smell of ferrets? Then this hotel is for you! First room we checked in was absolutely intolerable in smell. Engineering called to check it out. They turned on the AC... still reeked. Got moved to a new room... we were so excited that it didnt smell horrific. Then we turned on the AC and boom... certified aerosolized ferret stench came pouring out. Luckily, you cannot open any windows to get away from this disgusting smell. Like food? They have some... just as long as you are OK with the cigarette ash in it. There is no seperation between the casino and the food areas. So if you are traveling with children, eating here is a no-go. Coffee in the morning? Well since you dont have a coffee pot, they do have a starbucks downstairs. Want to have some cold beverages in the middle of the night... well bring an ice chest, because there is no mini-fridge. Do yourself a favor, spend 1/2 the money for a classy hotel on the strip. This Fiesta Hotel, is an absolute dump. Or just stay at a Motel 6.

Staying at the Fiesta was an unfortunate experience. We returned to our hotel room to find our personal belongings opened, unexpectedly cluttered, and money taken from our bags. The four of us are friends that were staying in the room and at the time, we were altogether and no one had went to our room prior to us returning to find our money stolen. Our friends who stayed on the same floor as us also had an individual with the entire contents of cash taken from his wallet. We reported the incident immediately to both security and management. Nothing was done about it other than a report and police/security using a machine to scan the hotel-room doors. There was no communication about what the machines results were. For the remainder of our stay, we werent updated about what management was doing on their end to resolve the problem. We were not compensated with the experience we had undergone. We left disappointed and recommend individuals seek another hotel when planning their trip to Las Vegas.

Well I book a room for next year, since my wedding will be in henderson. Decide to book here since it will be close to the church. Have family coming down from texas and California for my wedding. Called to reserve block of hotel rooms. And the lady who is in charge was polite, but didnt help me at all. She didnt even try to get my business. She gave up so easy. All she said was sorry, cant help. She didnt even do her job. So there is no point in reserving blocks, and all my guest will save is $2 a night. If you reserve a block of rooms, your guest should save when they book. Well $2 isnt saving much. I was just really disappointed on how she handled this. She seem like she didnt even care about getting rooms book for the hotel she works at. After reading all the reviews about this hotel, I just hope I dont have a bad experience. I guess well have to wait til next year to find out. Remember fiesta hotel, its all about customer service, which apparently your employees need work on.

Shower was backed up/wouldnt drain had dirty water in it after wed called front desk about the toilet not working. Staff didnt let us know the plumbing was shot in the whole place apparently and that they had a professional trying to fix it for the last several hours, didnt find out until we got back to our room and had to call again and finally got details about it at 10pm that we wouldnt have a toilet or shower for who knew how long. But theyd call us...and offer 50% off. Checked out immediately requesting full refund and went to the a hotel we could actually use the restroom in. Also, there wasnt a difference between the deluxe and premium room...paid more for it to come with mini fridge/ coffee bar. It didnt they just bring it up if you request it. Dont be fooled, they are the same. Unless they put me in a deluxe room and just charged me premium price. Who knows. Lesson learned, if you want a decent hotel, go to a hotel only. Not a casino hotel.
