It has changed soooo much. Ikr has improved, but all the memories I had as a kid are gone. But it has a way bigger arcade, a bigger skating area, there is no longer a practice area from what I saw. There is a jungle gym like place. The jungle gym says that it is the biggest in Michigan or something, but thats not true. Castaway cafe is. The laser tag is very cool. Huge laser tag room with 2 floors. Everyone has cool names in the game of laser tag. Mine was venom. I do recommend this place for kids and adults. Very fun to go to with friends or family. Do not go alone.

We had a blast! I had a bday party for my 7 year old twins at the Farmington center. It really is a fun place to have a party. Very clean. lots of options. The hostess was very nice and there was plenty of time to do the triple play (three events, a room, 2 1/2 hours), eat pizza and cake, play at the arcade, and open presents!. It is pricey for tokens and a big party (we had 14 kids). But all in all it was a memorable bday for my kids and their friends! Would have gotten 5 stars but a little expensive, and the hostess is not aloud to serve the pizza and cake.

Im so conflicted about this place. Theres a wife variety of things to do here, kids love it, and the staff is friendly and courteous, BUT its also a rip off. All the games cost upwards of $1.00 to play most are much more, the prizes are meh, and the activities are often crowded beyond belief. Overall they have a good system that works, and I believe they probably have to charge what they do for upkeep on the place, but yikes. But +1 star for them having a DDR machine that works.

Kids (13/10) participated in a lock-in on NYE last night, and had an absolutely wonderful time! Zap Zone in Farmington has a lot more to offer than the Zap Zone in Canton, as it doesnt have the same square footage limitations that Canton is inhibited by. The staff seemed very friendly, the venue is clean and safe. Having never been to the Farmington location before last night, I didnt realize there was such a difference in offerings. Well be back for sure.

Ive had several bday parties at different locations and my experience yesterday had to be the worse , I just felt I didnt get my money worth as far a service. My host couldve been a lot more pleasant and I couldve received more help with my party as far as passing out cakes, and refills, however my kids had a blast especially with the go cart racing which is the only reason I picked the location and even that was mixed up.

Love this place they throw jeeper, chucky cheese, ceaser land, the butterfly ( thats what we call it around here cant think of the real name) its off of vandyke and 14 or 15 mile and all the other family fun places out of the water, they have everything.... this place is so fun I would even go without kids with me, whats not to love about this place! Took a group of 15 children there. Very friendly, accommodating staff to our kids with special needs. Laser tag, go-karts, bumper cars, bowling, arcade games, reward table... lots of fun activities. They were kind and gave us their summer deal of $13 for 3 tickets (1 ticket = 16 coins). Extra tickets purchasable for $4. Well worth it, kids absolutely love the place. Fun for all ages. 5 stars. Well be back!

This place is super fun, the staff is friendly, and it is family-oriented. The deals on the big games like laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, mini bowling and go-karts are pretty good... but the arcade game pricing is a bit ridiculous. When you go somewhere like Chuck E. Cheese, the games are one token a piece. At this place, the same type of games are 8-12 tokens a piece.

A couple friends and I decided to try out the new escape room attraction and by the end of it I can say we all had a great time. It was our first time doing an escape room and the theme was very well executed, put together, the staff was friendly and compliant , it was an overall fun experience. I would definitely recommend.

Weve been here for laser tag quite a few times before- just went to see the new Fortune Teller escape room this time. Ive seen a lot of escape rooms and this was the best one by a mile. The puzzles are tough but if you work together youll get it done just in time (we didnt but we came close-- maybe next time!).

My son LOVES this place! The staff is very sweet, theyre always giving him tips on the best games, helping him out if anything goes wrong with a game, and generally making him feel like hes part of the zap zone family. We must have been there at LEAST 100 times in the last 5 years or so... And well keep going!

My child got hurt playing laser tag at a birthday party for a 6 year old. Kids outside the party were allowed to play and some were teenagers. The manager was helpful once he got to us but staff wasnt prepared to handle an injury with blood for the 7-10 minutes prior to the manager getting to us.

Excellent staff!! They really go out of their way to accommodate and please their customer. We really enjoy coming here. Theres so much for the kids to do, they have so much fun! We just celebrated my daughters birthday here and were very pleased. I highly recommend this location.

This place wants to be an arcade, go-kart, golf, laser tag all in one and fails at each. Over priced, dirty and the employees are much more concerned with what on their cell phone than helping customers. The laser tag arena is fun but doesnt balance out the bad.

I wish I could give them zero rating. Trampoline: Even though kids had socks with "grip", they want us to buy separately of their own with "grip"... reason? "no reason and they say they just follow that rule"... Overall: Pricy and I wouldnt go again...

Great place for kids to get out extra energy . the games are in great condition. Lazer tag is always a blast. The go-cart and glow golf are fun also and thats not all they have to offer. The staff is great, I would give more stars if possible.

This a very fun place for people of all ages. Theres fun kid games but also plenty of games for adults as well. I give it 3 stars because it seems theres a lot of machines that end up breaking or malfunctioning and keeping our coins.

Great place for the kid inside of you to have fun with your children. I still fit in the bumper cars that are electronically controlled for safety. They offer bowling and laser tag...Id say theyre better than Chuck E. Cheese.
