I play Wildflower about twice a week and have for a number of years.Its very easy to get a tee time and the staff is very friendly and helpful.The course is challenging with a number of tees for various skill levels.Nice driving range.The clubhouse is small and could use an upgrade. I would hope that would include a grill as well so you could get a burger after playing.Its been a struggle with the greens the last year but they were much,much better at seasons end.(in fairness there were other courses in the area that had a bad winter of 2014-15 and had difficulty this summer too).I hope the owners will put in the capital needed to maintain and grow the course. FYI the wildflowers are beautiful and there are several teriffic views of Pelican Lake on the course.

Greens were rolling smooth and fairly fast in July 2017. It was the best theyve been in years, in my opinion. The course was in great shape and they had a weekday special with a cart for a very reasonable rate. I really like the design of almost all the holes on this course and would rank it as one of my favorite courses. There are multiple sets of tees (4 I believe) so all levels of golfers can find a yardage that works for them. I recommend!

Worth the 45 Minute drive from Fargo! I have played all the Lakes area golf courses and this one by far stands out as the best! It is long enough that you get to use all the clubs in your bag which is something most other lakes area courses dont! It also fun to play for all ages! If you are looking for a course to play this is the one you should choose Laura and the staff at Wildflower are top notch!

I love how the course always seems to be in great shape! This course has some of the best practice facilities in the area. It is very nice how simple it is to book your tee time online as well. Between how friendly, professional and knowledgeable the staff are, and all of the available camps, lessons, and leagues that are offered, this is one of my favorite places in Minnesota to golf!

Wildflower is a course that has the potential to be great (and used to be, from what ive heard). The amount of burned greens and scalped turf is really tragic. I have played 2 other courses in the immediate vicinity which were considerably cheaper and in much better shape. Really hope that Fair Hills decides to put this course back onto the map and take it seriously again.

This is by far one of my favorite golf courses in the area! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and proud of their course. I love the newly updated club house, the variety of chic clothing and all of the great specials they run! My gals and I are eagerly awaiting for the Monday morning ladies clinics to start!

One of the best courses that I have played around northern MN. They make it super easy to make tee times online. We try to play Wildflower about once a week and never had a problem with wait times, customer service, or even wanting to play an extra round! Staff is very friendly and helpful!!

Always enjoy golfing at Wildflower Golf Course. An impressive, new superintendent was hired resulting in a course thats in excellent shape! Great selection of beverages/snacks at the snack bar, and most importantly, friendly staff. A must stop in Detroit Lakes!

Ive been a member at Wildflower since 2009 and their Mid-Day Membership is the best golf value in the area! The greens took some time to rebound from last Winter, but I cant remember the course looking any better than it did this Fall.....nice work Aaron!

I thought the course was generally in pretty good shape , but I thought some of the greens were not in very good shape at all . So around of golf at $65 was only a fair value go to rated 1 to 10 I would give it a six
