John W- wow a stranger calling another stranger a troll for an honest review? Looks like the only one you should feel bad for is.. yourself! And just so your information is accurate, about your comment to put down my phone and get off Facebook...guess what John? I dont have a facebook! Doubt you can say the same. Therefore I can honestly say I 100% value MY family time. Im just an honest person giving an honest review on MY experience. Im not the one bashing other peoples reviews, making accusations and judgements about a strangers life or calling them a bad parent. So... I wonder what that says about you? And just a little reminder for you since youve clearly forgotten.. Not everyones experiences are the same, which is the purpose of writing a REVIEW. Oh and because I am a GREAT parent and a better HUMAN BEING, Im glad your sons experience was a fun and memorable one. The jeepers inside lakeside mall is awful!! First of all who designed this place and they clearly DONT have children!! Seriously, who puts a toddler "4 & under " play area across from the biggest & noisiest roller coaster in this place!!?!! Some children have sensory issues and even if they dont, I seen 3 of the 4 children (including my own) in this area just standing there covering their ears!! Not to mention this area has a WALL of glass windows - ever heard of window paint or decals!?! My toddler walked right into the glass wall and was left with a bite bloody lip and lump on his forehead. NOTHING in the toddler play area is nailed down - so be careful children and parents beware (as you cant control the other children)!! Also the gate to enter this area swings in BOTH directions and does not latch - which is a total JOKE and was actually used as a toy for children!! Oh and the "convenience" of entering this place from either of there 2 entrances means dont take an eye off your children for even 1 second as they can just walk out or even worse, stranger danger - at least chuck E cheese has a safety procedure. This place was just full of rude staff - Im amazed at how every question could be treated like a waste of their time. This place is basically an ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK "amusement park" therefore they have no liability. Jeepers did more physical harm to my child than gave him any type of enjoyment. (only giving 1 star in order to post this review - this place deserves no stars)

This is a great place for kids. The rideons and games that require tokens are a free for all. You just buy the tokens and your kid can enjoy all they want. The larger rides like the roller coasters are not free and you have to buy a wristband for each kid. The pizza is overpriced just as youd expect at any kids party place such as this. $30 bucks for a large pepperoni and a couple of pops. But unlike a lot of these places, the pizza is actually pretty good. Not your run of the meal generic pizza you get at every other kids place. Also the kitchen and the large rides close down long before closing time. I think they should warn customers of this when they buy their wristbands. If you get there late its pretty much a jip. Noted, there is NEVER anybody near the icecream part of the restaurant. When we did ask about the icecream we were told it was closed. Rather rudely. And when we got our kids meal, they brought our drink out in a regular paper cup when we only bought the meal for the souvenir cup its supposed to come with. We went back and asked for our cup and they had to go pretty far in the back to get it. I bet thy never gave out one. Overall, I believe Jeepers to be better than most other kids play places due to the better rides and better tasting pizza but just like the others, I think they should really come down on the prices. We already pay out the nose for each little ride and the wristbands. How about a damned VALUE MEAL for a change?

Jacquelyn Mosley---You are a troll.. You are making yourself look ridiculous! I feel bad for your husband, poor guy he has to hear you complain and b1tch I bet that is about on everything!! Dont bash a business all because your child runs aimlessly unsupervised and running into walls, PERHAPS YOU SHOULD PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN AND SHUT DOWN FACEBOOK AND SPEND SOME GOOD QUALITY FAMILY TIME! Your son will appreciate that!! I went to Jeepers for the very first time last week and I will say that my 3 yr old never walked into the glass, blaming the structure of the facility is a piss poor cover up to being a bad parent and letting your son run into a glass wall and really who does that? The roller coaster is one of the main attractions and my son LOVED IT!!! It isnt ear piercing not even close.. This place is for our children to play and have fun and indeed they did. Chucky Cheese you mentioned, well lets just say that its just video games and pizza, at least Jeepers has actual amusement rides that you will never see anywhere!! JEEPERS is AWESOME and being able to ride with your kids and create special memories that everyone will cherish and last a life time, video games is video games (boring), but actual indoor amusement rides with great food and a very friendly staff to help make my trip very well worth it!!! THANK YOU JEEPERS FOR HAVING OUR VISIT A MEMORIABLE ONE! My son is STILL SMILING!

This place is a dump. At least half of the game machines here are broken. There was one called spider stomp where youre supposed step on the spot that lights up, but half the lights are out. Other machines are missing light bulbs and just have empty sockets where a light bulb should be. I attempted to use a skee ball machine, but it only had 3 balls which were returned to me very slowly. Took about 2 minutes to play the round while my daughter played 4 entire games on the machine next to me. Other machines were oddly adept at eating tokens. I think there were only two actually "arcade game machines" in the entire place (that worked). The rest of the machines were basically casino gambling designed for children. All you do is press one button and wave goodbye to your money in less than 10 seconds. The place was packed so I dont understand why they cant afford to repair machines or replace light bulbs. They should also hire a window cleaner because the entry doors look like they havent been clean since they were opened. The owners are obviously indifferent to the quality of their establishment. However, the lady running the roller coaster was extremely polite and courteous.

This place is a s***hole half the games dont work, workers on phones not paying attention to anything or anybody, half the games that do work dont give you tickets, one of the games if you land on bonus it dosnt pay out, if the game calls for 2 tokens it dosnt register the 1st token so you gotta add another one and even the quarter candy machine gives you one spree I know it should be more. We took my 4 year old here for her birthday and Im so glad we didnt actually pay for a party. The lady at the ticket counter just takes your tickets tells you the total goes back to talking on her phone, the lady running the roller coaster just walked away to go to the bathroom with a line of kids didnt say anything. Ive never been so disappointed in a place before id rather pay the money to go to chuckie cheeses In roseville and I hate that place.
