DO NOT GO HERE So many things are horrible about this sorry excuse for a fun center . The arcade games dont work, we went one Friday night and only 12 arcade games worked out of the hundreds they have . The ticket machines were all down and we told an employee he grunted and gave us 5 tokens wow thatll help . Arcade games take to much tokens, I wanted to play skeeball nope 3 tokens to play .want to play golf? 10 dollars for each golf ball, man what a great deal . They dont ever clean up EVER rottin peaces of pizza everywhere .the employees never want to help you .employees always smoke DONT EVER COME HERE please spend your money to entertain your family somewhere else because youll never find something good in this dump Ps there is a rule 3 a few streets down you could try going there or even atleast chucke cheese

Sadly disappointed. We drive 1 1/2 hrs to get there for the last get away for my grandson before school. I normally give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but these employees were horrible! They pointed instead of speaking, played on cell phone, directed to the wrong areas, and gave us dirty looks when they had to weigh the tickets! (I understand, that plastic bucket must have been heavy). Destiny and marqita(may not be spelled correctly) to be exact. They should not be around this environment. Also several of the games were broken but I understand a lot of arcades have that problem. We will not be back due to the service and that makes me sad because I have good memories of taking my kids there when they were young.

My son birthday was not at all what was expected.. The staff had our hostess doing everything including running 2 parties at once plus making food, serving it and trying her hardest to be attentive. When I asked the manager and staff why they were not helping prepare good while she get our tokens and birthday bands. The managers response was cause she has to work for her position.The staff that stood around laughed.. Most all the games were out the place was dirty, nasty. To the point 3 of my guest kids got a bad virus the very next day.. This is not my first time hosting a party here. But this was the worst time. I dont think Ill go back to this one again.

This place is an abysmal excuse for a play place. The staff are resigned, apathetic, and at times indignant about doing work. When we arrived there were six employees outside the front door smoking with inappropriate music blaring from portable speakers. Upon purchasing tickets for the go-karts we waiting 20 MINUTES outside in the heat just to find out those same employees were the ones responsible for running the karts. My wife called from our place in line and we still waited 10 minutes. If you want a disconnected, unmotivated, waste of time this is your place. If I could give it 0 stars and still write I would.

The putt putt golf course is in Dyer need repair and up keep. The go carts are in poor shape . They also need some kind of rules and security there are lots of un controllable people that patronize this place that have no respect for the equipment or other people hat ruin it they were deliberately crashing the go carts into each other and when told to park they would ram into what ever they could at full force. This place either needs cleaned up or shut down you could pay me to go back there . What a shame went there to have fun dut was a night mare. Was horrible

Magic mountain at this location is great for little kids. Most of the arcade games or at least half are gambling type games for tickets. That was a little diapointing but its a nice inexpensive place to take the kids with the gym of tubes ,go garts, batting cages ,putt putt golf and bumber cars its pretty cool still. The element of people can sometimes be a little course but its not bad enough to not go and the kids have a great time still.

Poor Service. Very poor in communication with customers! It had rained this morning. this evening at 5:10pm we bought tickets for go-cart and they said itll be a 30 minute wait for it to be ready. we went and played mini golf for 45min. ended up we waited a whole 1 1/2 hours and they had kept telling us itll be another 5-10 minutes till its ready and dry... we never got to ride the go-karts!

I have been coming to this magic mountain for a long time. 2012-2017. We play mini golf on the adventure 18 holes. They are 3 out if 5 stars. Upkeep is not good, but still fun. Go carts are dated as well. Video games disappointing selection and half of the ticket games broken. Come on magic mountain get your $@&? together. Go to Polaris location unless you want to play mini golf.

Took my son here for his Birthday and was disappointed. Go kart track did not open until 2 hours after main area opened. Staff were completely indifferent to providing help or a good experience. Several arcade games took tokens but didnt play, lack of batting cage equipment. To their credit, the mini golf (which required almost no human interaction) was fun for us.

Grandson lost his phone there while playing. Staff could care less about helping find it. It was a Christmas present & he is a very responsible kid. Trying to have fun at a birthday party and lost it. Staff are young, rude, & not trained properly. It costs a fortune to go and play there. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful in situations like this.

Had a little birthday party there today for my son. We had a blast and will definitely go back the only complaint i have is some of the games took 4 tokens which i thought was too much they shouldve been 2 tokens max and a lot of the prizes were not worth the ticket cost but as far experience it was fun

This place is absolutely horrible. At least half of the machines were out of order when we went in. The games require entirely too many tokens. Its a rip off. The place is in need of some renovations. The girl at the ticket counter stayed on her cell phone most of the night. Just a terrible place.

Pros: fair prices for all of the games and many selections of activities to do in a single spot. Con: arcade games will eat your coins, horrible prize selection, mini golf course was made on a slant so all your putts will roll on way, half the batting cages take forever to reload the balls.

Overall it serves its purpose. The service is usually subpar and the facility usually feels dirty. I really enjoy taking my son to hit balls in the batting cage....when they work. They would probably get more repeat customers if they would clean a little better and hired better staff.

Arcade with mini-golf, go-karts, climbing gym with ball pit. While these types of places can typically be germ ridden - they at least had hand sanitizer stations near the restrooms. Not impressed but I dont have anything negative to say either.

I could never possibly decide which magic mountain fun center is my favorite. There are so many great, fun things to do at both locations! Everything is so clean, everyone is so nice, and the whole atmosphere just makes for a great day!
