Worst experience ever. I will never patronize this place ever. While on my visit to zoombezi I was assaulted by a lady that was very intoxicated (yes they serve liquor) women. I had my 2 year old son with me along with my best friend and parents. It started at the concession stand where the lady was rushing the line. She said to my father "are you ordering or not?!) My father yelled back at her and said yes he was and she needs to wait. She continued on and on. My father told her that she need to take her drunk a** on. My father paid for our food and we went to sit at the table where my mother was waiting with my 2 year old. A couple of minutes later the womans friend approached our table and yelled (hey douche bag you need to apologize to my friend!) this is while my son is sitting there. I told her that she needs to leave and that she was not at the concession stand so she dont know what happen and that her friend was in the wrong. The women and my father is yelling back and forth at this point my son is crying. My mother stood up and told her to go! She throws an alcoholic drink on my mother! Then a scuffle breaks out. Another one of the ladies friend come over there then another scuffle breaks out. The incident get broken and we sat back at the table and the other group goes maybe 10ft by the bar where they were I guess initially sitting. Then finally security comes. While security was there the womens (who first came over) boyfriend (Im guessing) comes and gets into my dads face. Im yelling at security, who I thought they were, that he needs to leave. They said they were not security but they did work there ( they had on blue shirts.) The guy goes back by the bar. Then finally the real security guards arrives ( they had on yellow and black shirts). We explained our side of the story. The security guard stated that the bartenders dont know when to cut people off and they just like making money. Which I figured because everybody in the other party was highly intoxicated. After maybe 20 minutes the head of security Scott told us they were kicking both parties out?! While Scott was explaining the reasoning 2 different ladies came and yelled at him that we were at our table and the lady came bothering us. He told them that well we have people stating they (we) got physical. Which we did after the lady threw a drink on my mother. So we left the park only being there an hour and a half with no refund. Listen Im a law abiding citizen, I pay my taxes, Im educated, Ive never done drugs or alcohol , and Ive never been arrested . And pride myself on being just that. But Im also a black women with dreadlocks so I guess that overrides all the other wonderful things about me. And in this incident I think they only saw that I was a black women. Its ashame that we still live in this kind of world.

I loved wyandott lake as a kid. This is not what I remember. The park is in extremely desperate need of expansion. If you doubled the slides there still would not be enough to have a decent wait time. Wave pool is grossly overcrowded also. Do not even attempt to go without a zoompass. We rode just 2 slides in 6 and a half hours before we decided to just go to the zoo instead. Go to the water park at kings island. It is cheaper and much better. For the two of us the cost was 75 for tickets 10 for parking 15 for a locker 28 for food then you add 20 a person for zoom pass that is absolutly required to ride more than 3 slides. Way too expensive. Especially when they close at 7 in the middle of summer. Also how about some kid friendly food options near the waterpark. The food court in the zoo is way way too far and kids need cheese pizza. I wont be back if i can help it. Horrible experience. And P.S. who is the idiot who decided to put the log ride that soaks you outside of the gate so that you are forced to put your DRY!! clothes on before getting soaked.

This rating is for the customer service. We purchased gold passes for the family last season and due to my husband losing his hand and multiple surgeries he was unable to use the pass. I called to see if I could transfer it and they said no. I planned on renewing passes for this season and thought since we never even went in to even pick my husbands pass up they would allow us to use it this season. When I called memership customer service they said no he had to purchase a new pass or I could have transferred it. Last summer they said i couldnt transfer it! We have bought passes about 5 times now and this is not the first time someone told me something different than the previous person. Feeling as if they dont care and how they treat people doesnt matter because they get plenty of business. Park is fun but very overcrowded. Bathrooms are always a mess, lines for slides and sooo long all the time. Weighing the pros and cons and I really dont want to hurt my kids feelings but not sure if its worth it.

Not enough rides or parking and the food is way overpriced and not always fresh! You $20 plus tax for a frozen pizza half done. Food sits under a heated lamp! Never enough chairs. Security is rude and thumbs Through Your bag like Your in prison. Not just looks either they dig and dig and dig like like a dog. Ive got no illegal immigrants in my bag get a grip! Never enough tubes! You have 5 flights of stairs for the cone slide and its most of the time at the bottom where the line starts! Lazy river and wave pool gets so packed its like going to visit the streets of china. To many people! We bought a season pass and wont be buying one next year. Not enough rides and season pass parking is a joke. Its full by 930 but dont open till 1030 because the employees park there. To high priced and nor enough to do. Get a season pass for kings island next year so to their water park and kings island. Dont waste Your money except for maybe one day like through the week when its cloudy!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY YOUR AWFUL BUSINESS! I bought tickets through my company for half off and apparently in the tiny fine print of the tickets they expired in June although the website said they were good through January. Only solution offered was $6 off original price even though I already paid $16.50 for each ticket. My brother recently died and we were trying to take his son out for a fun family day. The "manager" of the hr could not provide a corporate number so I figured this will get out better anyway. She stated there was no direct line to the corporate office which is a crock because every company has one they just didnt want to give it out. I know how the process works. Never again will I visit this awful greedy company. Oh and by the way, we could have gotten tickets for $13 through my moms company but its almost an hour and a half away. Thanks for ruining our day.
