Overall message is: Fun, but do not take safety seriously. I am writing this publicly because my attempts to contact them have not been returned. I get the sense that because no serious injuries have happened yet that safety has fallen to the back burner for the staff at the adventure park. My company did a small team event at your premises on Friday November 11th. We were given a briefing on how things work, but I simply do not feel that it covered everything we encountered. One of the team members, a female, had asked a clarifying question at one point and was told to "stand there and look pretty." This is on one hand is offensive, but on the other hand is a significant block to safety. When my colleague and I embarked on the black diamond, it starts with a carabiner attached to a wire. No one had explained to us what you should do with this carabiner. We had to find a staff member and ask. If this had happened in the middle of the course, we wouldnt have known where to put it. My other colleagues were on the blue course when someone notified them that they were not doing it correctly - they cant be blamed since they were never told. At the end of the black diamond course we reached a belay, which we had not been told about as well. To be frank, it was a bit frightening. I took a big leap when I jumped off and that force meant that my head got whipped into the tree far above where there was any padding. (Since I jumped out, the cord pulled me back in the opposite direction - the back of my head went straight into the tree.) It was painful and shocking. No one had told me that you werent supposed to jump, but just step off. My last concern came at the double black diamond. My leg strap came completely undone. I was very spooked. It caught on something on one of the last elements and came undone. I called someone over and they explained that I was still safe without it, but again I was spooked on the belay. All in all - it was very fun I must say. I really enjoyed the challenges on the black and double black and would like to come back, but right now this is too risky for a work activity. I am disappointed in the lack of concern for safety.

I took my son and three of his friends to this and it was an awesome experience. From the check in, throughout the course, to the drop off of our harness all the STAFF were great. A guy named Carson really stood out for our group, having Carson as our setup person really helped set a fun and relaxed tone to our outing. Thanks Carson!! The course has something for everyone able to buy a ticket. There seems to be a nice assortment of trails near the ground as well as higher up in the trees. Our group used the full time allowed with our ticket without a break but when it was time to go everyone seemed to be worn out. I thought it was a bit pricey until I experienced the course and facility, now I feel we received a good value for my money. Its just not something we could afford to do as much as we would like to and this is such a cool exercises option I would like to do it once a week. We will definitely be back and I hope the same great staff is there when we do.

SAFETY FIRST! I went there for the first time today. Safety instructor did a great job going over the harness and equipment used. I put my harness on, staff visual checked it over, and I went on my way. On the first zip line I had both leg harnesses begin to loosen immediately once Inlet the platform. By the half way point on the zipline both leg harnesses were completely loose. I panicked and grabbed the zipline which allowed my finger to get caught in the cable/pulley. Once I made it to the other side I compare my harness to my wifes and re-routed the harness strap correctly. Safety should be priority #1 here. Every harness should be checked carefully for each person. Not a 5 second once-over. I understand they are very busy but this is not an area to skimp. I will be going back but now I know what to watch for. Lots of fun and challenging. Hopefully management sees this and they improve on the safety checks...

Pros: Great safety equipment, helpful staff, well designed courses with a good range of challenge levels. Cons: area roads are in a period or reconstruction and the detours in the are make getting to the park a challenge, add at least 30 - 45 minutes to your est. commute time; crowded conditions on the courses can cause periods of waiting on the courses(vertigo can set in after 20+ min of being 30 or more ft. off the ground), price can seem steep for a group esp if your climb time gets artificially shortened. Verdict: Despite the seeming lopsidedness of the previous two sections, I really enjoyed my time at The Adventure Park. I only list these things to make people aware of the expectations they should consider when planning a visit. I will definitely return, it was a great time, all things considered.

The ropes courses here are a blast, but unless youre in really good shape, be prepared to be sore for a few days, because its an intense workout. The variety of courses is good, and there are courses suitable for kids as well as experienced adults. I recommend visually checking the course youre thinking of tackling before starting it, as there are a few that end with an auto-belay jump, where you have to jump into open space and trust the safety gear to lower you to the ground, and a good number of people struggle with that. I also recommend going early, otherwise youll spend a fair amount of time waiting for the visitors ahead of you to negotiate the obstacles before youll be able to try.

My Daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, we were able to make it around the course at our pace, started with the green level and then did the waterfall blue - which was challenging for someone that has never done it before. The only down side was the end - unfortunately you have to take what is called a leap of faith, and this did not sit well with me. But all in all my daughter and I made it down safe and sound with the encouragement of a staff member. I give it four stars simply because I feel that someone should inform you of the ending and make sure you understand it. Great experience!!!!!!!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I had so much fun at The Adventure Park, way more than I was expecting. Most of the "course" are not extremely hard, yet challenging and fun. I cant say the same for the black, double diamond course called "Commando". Holy crap that one is hard! Id definitely suggest that you do not leave that one for last if you want to try it as you might not have any energy left. The park is definitely a place where I can see anybody being able to have a good time. Id also suggest that you wear some comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes (closed toes, flat).

I wasnt sure what to expect when I first was looking into this place, but I have to say this place is pretty awesome! I would highly recommend giving it a try. I was worried that the obstacles would be too easy or mainly designed for kids, but I was wrong. Many different difficulty levels are available. It was definitely a workout! Our group had a great time! One thing Id recommend is to bring water to stay hydrated and a small snack. Although, water fountains are available there.
