Was great until the upgraded the movie theater. Now its a very unenjoyable movie experience. Their reclining seats make it so no one can see, everyone just keeps adjusting the seats the entire time, and or gets up out of their seats and tries to walk around for a better view. When you put reclining seats in you have to make the area that they sit on, a very steep incline. So if you are reclined then your feet need to be above the persons head in front of you while that person in front of you is in the upright position. Anything else = you cant see the screen, you see the tops of heads, it doesnt matter how tall you are, when your inclined you see peoples heads and not the screen. If you sit up in these chairs they are completely uncomfortable. On top of that, now you have to pick your seat ahead of time, so you are forced into a horrible seat pretty much every time! I dont understand what their thought process was here! Im guessing they want to go bankrupt and close down in the Burlington location? The only thing that makes sense with this.

Movie was fine but customer service is horrible. Girlfriend left her wallet in the theater (she last used it at the theater and she realized in the car, no stops between) and we realized 30 minutes later on our ride home at 5:30, manager (Piper or Pippin or something; a guy) told me he couldnt do anything and couldnt look for it, nor could he take my information or call me. Told me to call back at 7:30 to check again. Guess what by then the wallet was gone and stolen and they could care less, they were just clearly bothered by me calling. Refused to even take my number in case it showed up, thanks for the help AMC. That principle is enough to lose two customers.

I had a horrible first impression. The lady at the start while I was getting tickets had no clue what she was doing. Also, this seating system where you have to pick your seats?!?!?!-AWFUL. A complete waste of time. The part of it that saved the experience were the seats. They recline to your every command and are comfortable like no other. They make a great movie environment. The seats were so good, they cancel out the one-star beginning, and bring it up to four. Overall, this is a pretty good theater. I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt mind waiting a little bit.

Loved the theater itself, loved the seats and setup and whatnot. Being able to pick and reserve my seats online the day before was wicked convenient. The only downside that I experienced was their parking lot was a nightmare, way too small with no overflow parking options we were stuck circling the theater until we finally saw people leaving the front doors and followed them to take over their parking space. If we didnt reserve our seats ahead of time the difficulty finding parking definitely wouldve made us late for the movie.

Very rude and racist. Would not let me and my hubby change our movie on a date night because it was all booked. Not pointing fingers or assuming anything but we were being completely reasonable and they were just not having us! We tried getting a refund and switching to a different movie but they refused for absolutely no reason. Not sure if anyone else had this experience but short blond haired woman with short hair was very rude- did not catch her name unfortunately. Would like to come back to AMC but kind of worried too.

Theater of choice in the area, and does not disappoint. Very nice theater that holds up to the ever increasing standards of assigned seating and reclining seats. The theaters are quite small compared to some "superplex" complexes but I favor the smaller theaters as certain showtimes (Sunday AM) can become quite low in price. 3 weeks after opening weekend most blockbuster films will drop to a very favorable ~$8.50. Theater is always clean and staff are polite.

The staff was friendly, theres plenty of parking, and the theater is rarely crowded. Tucked away in the suburb of Burlington, this theater is an ideal place to unwind and relax in front of your favorite films. As many of my fellow reviewers pointed out, the crowning jewel of this establishment is the seating. Their LAZ-Z-Boy reclining seats are extremely comfortable and roomy. I recommend you see a movie here ASAP!

The big fat reclining seats need lumbar supports--we just slide helplessly into a puddle in these seats. And the ladies room is FILTHY--Ive seen cleaner bathrooms in truck stops. I dont know what was on the floor, but when we went to lunch later, my shoes squeaked and squelched all the way to my seat and back out to the car. I mixed up some bleach solution when I got home and swished my shoes through it. Yuck.

New seating provides great movie experience!! audio soind effect is acceptable too :) movie room and bathroom are fairly clean. I think the food they sell outside is a bit overpriced .. The other thing is to make sure to check your cellphone before you leave the movie room, since the ultra-comfort chair is adjustable, so i have seen my love and other movie watchers were look for their phones afterwards.

Its a great place. Self serve drinks with tons of flavors, comfortable and reclining seats, big screens so you can actually see something and many more details that make the movie watching experience very enjoyable. The only problem is that you have to reserve your seats ahead of time online and in person. Overall, its a wonderful place and I really recommend it.

I have been coming here since it opened so many years ago. Once the place was revamped with those dual-control leather electronic seats, I rarely go anywhere else. This is how it should be. The area itself has many restaurants to make it a nice destination place for dates as well. The staff is seasoned at AMC 10 and are as nice as can be.

Love the seating and buying tickets on line with assigned seating. But I wish that you guys had cups for kids that way if they want water I can buy water and then put them into a cup that wont spill water all over your very nice seats. Just charge a $1 for the soda cups rather than charging me for soda that I dont need.

5 stars just for the reclining seats. Unlike some other comments here, I have had no issues watching the screen when the chair is fully reclined. I drive 15 miles to watch movies here when there are plenty of other theatres around where I live, just so I can enjoy the reclining chairs and the free parking!

Fantastic! Faster ways to get seats/buy tickets, you can get your food delivered to you in your seat, and the chairs are fantastic! Plush recliners, man. Only problem might be that you have to pick your seat when you buy the ticket, online and off. They show you a screen with the seating. Otherwise awesome

My first time and it wasnt good I brought my kids from work and I left my stubs card and the guy on the service desk was polite but the lady were we had to purchase the tickets was being rude to me and one of my kids the worse $7I ever spent I never had this issue in Braintree amc the seats are nice
