Was the "best" mainstream movie theater in town until Entertainment Cinemas closed down recently, but it started becoming dated by modern standards well before then, even while their ticket prices have steadily increased. With it now being the only mainstream cinema in town, Im not sure they have much incentive to improve their establishment or lower their prices. The screens and audio systems are only so-so, not particularly high quality. The seats are very uncomfortable, and feel like theyre extremely worn out. The seating arrangement isnt stadium-style, so shorter moviegoers may find themselves shifting seats to see past taller patrons. As with most theaters, their concession stand is extremely overpriced. The only notable good points that come to mind are their clean bathrooms and solid handicap accommodations. Hopefully they have some major renovations planned for the near-future, but until then, it is definitely worth the trek further south for a nicer experience.

This theater manages to get the latest films pretty quickly, but the Concord Regal is a smaller movie theater that is lacking all modern upgrades. They need bigger seats that recline. The seats that I have experienced are not very comfortable. The whole atmosphere seems outdated, bare bones, and lacking. The tickets are even more expensive than other nearby theaters that have upgraded features. The snacks are overpriced and the atmosphere and service do not warrant the amount they charge for a movie ticket. The only positive I can state is that the parking lot seems large enough and adequately lit.

They sold me 2 hot dogs but were out. They said they would be ready in an hour. I came back and they said another 10 minutes. The movie was going to start. Told them I would pick up after movie and eat on the way home. Come back after the movie and they sold my hot dogs to someone else. So they offered me a refund back. Which I was ok with but wanted to put back on my debit card. I know how the system works. I would have to wait 2 weeks for my acct to be credited. I was upset and just left. If you are going to sell something to somebody. Make sure you have the product for them.

It was a hot and muggy Friday afternoon, I wanted to see the movie IT with my friends. We purchased tickets for Spider-Man and then planned to just go to the IT theater. Unfortunately, the staff had a bit of an issue with us doing this even though we had all bought tickets. They told us we were not allowed to watch the movie and escorted us out. This theater cares way to much about this as it really shouldnt even be an issue in the first place.

This theatre has the worst seats!! Cant enjoy movie because Im constantly shifting in my seat to get comfortable. This place needs a complete overhaul. Its like stepping back in time when I walk into the doors. I prefer going to Hooksett, that place is way better. I cant believe we live in a Capitol city and have a back woods theatre!!! Regal needs to wake up and get caught up with the rest of the industry!!

This is a very awesome theater. I have a question. I have a popcorn machine and can never make popcorn taste like it does here. I use flavocal also. I also use butter that doesnt taste the way it does here. The popcorn tastes so good at this theater and I can never make popcorn myself and have it taste anywhere close to how it tastes at this theater. It would be great for a response :)

I go into this theater not expecting quality comparable to iMax or Cinemagic. At least for me, I think that the seats are comfortable enough, the sound system is quality and crystal clear, and their popcorn is bomb, even if it is overpriced. Tip, leave even earlier than you would and then buy your candy at the Dollar Tree nearby.

The kids that work here are all very nice and refreshingly professional. Popcorns good. Having said that, its a small place with "just OK" facilities. One ticket + med popcorn + candy + sm drink = $30. You can pay those same prices and go to the IMAX in Hooksett, where the screens are bigger, and the sound is better.

Went there while out of town. Paid the price then entered the theather room. Never saw an out-dated room like this. Not worth 10 $ considering that for the same price elsewhere, I can be in a good seat with a big screen. Good part is that they refunded the tickets even though they were desapointed to lose business.

Our theater was small, with a pretty small screen. Aisle down the center with the seats on either side, making it impossible to sit center screen. The sound was good, though. The ticket prices were three dollars more than advertised online. And six bucks for a soda? No wonder nobody goes to theaters any more.

Very relaxed movie theater setting the only thing I had a problem with was being charged for adult tickets when I brought two kids with me. So thanks for ripping me off. BE AWARE OF THE PRICE THEY CHARGE YOU BECAUSE YOUR PROBABLY BEING OVER CHARGED IF YOU BROUGHT MORE THAN ONE CHILD WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Very old and uncomfortable. The seats are the same ones from the 80s. The place is in need of a re-model, badly. I will travel the extra 15 minutes to any of the two Manchester cinemas just to avoid this place. If you want more stars, then add stadium seating. Simple as that.

The main reason for the 3 stars is the size of the screen and theaters itself. Theyre quite small for what you pay. Thankfully the sound is "larger" than the screens. Other than that its fine with the usual perks of a movie theater... including overpriced concessions!

My family and I have so much fun here. Matinee is of course the way to go because treats are so expensive. Comfortable seats and plenty of screens so you can bet they are playing something you will want to see. I do recommend. Great place for a date night.

The Theater is an older style with seats that could be considered outdated... However, the staff is friendly and the Theater is very clean, including bathrooms. I attend movies at 11:30 am showings and theres NEVER a croud.... I enjoy that aspect. Devon

Went here about an hour early (11am) to see a movie at 12pm. First off the time says they open at 11am-11pm but wouldnt open the doors til 12pm . On top of that the chairs are very out dated and needs to really get remolded.

I rarely see movies in the theater, but when I do its nice to go to one like Regal. It was clean, wasnt crowded (granted we were there on a Thursday night), and the movie was good. Overall it was a positive experience.

Movie quality is always good,games in lobby if you arive early but the food not that great for the high price they charge close to the mall and plenty of resturants in the area to stop at before the movie

Recently installed 4k quality screens, which really enhances the movie watching experience. Lobby can be confusing on slow days when they sell tickets at the snack counter instead of the ticket counter.

Not as up-to-date as the newer theatres, but always shows the newest movies at an affordable price. The bathrooms are clean and the food lines are generally short. They handle customer flow very well.
