All I can say is "Wow"! Ive dreamt of my wedding day since I was a little girl and I must say, all my dreams came true of it being the perfect day. Arriving at The Fountains from the church was an incredible experience to see everyone waiting for us on the beautiful terrace with the gorgeous fountains right there. The staff was passing appetizers and we also had an appetizer buffet table. Everything was hot and so fresh, just as we expected. The guests couldnt believe it. Once everyone went inside the ballroom, my husband and I, and our bridal party, were able to freshen up in the bride and groom rooms that are upstairs. When we came down the beautiful staircase and made our entrance, and our song was playing and everyone stood up and cheered (we had over 300 guests), we both felt like two of the most important people in the world. I was fighting back tears. The ballroom was absolutely breathtaking. The amazing staff helped me coordinate everything. The tables and centerpieces looked so beautiful with my color scheme tied into everything. It was a fairy tale wedding, and I truly felt like a princess. Everyone had an amazing time - said it was the best wedding theyd ever been to. The food was really outstanding - I was able to meet with the chef and he truly met our expectations and over-delivered! And, the desert table - phenomenal. Wed been planning this day for the past year, and seeing it all come together so perfectly made me and my family so happy. Thank you to everyone at The Fountains! We cant wait to have our first babys christening party at your beautiful venue.

I just want it to be known that the Steak Salisbury had offered at a live auction for Lora Benefit at the Fountains a dinner for two for $125 and a two night stay at Country Inn & Suites for $175. The hotel stay stated valid Monday thru Friday, However, the dinner certificate stated that it was $125 which was marked with a NO expiration date after being unable to use it within the following year by Management. I had recently returned to use my certificate that I won as high bidder in live auction to be met with MUCH DISSATISFACTION and a huge run around by staff and Management stating they would ONLY honor half my bill of $83.00. I was giving numerous reasons as to why they are not honoring the certificate. Reasons ranging from, it was a Monday thru Friday thing, which was not posted or listed on certificate, as to many more. I truly and highly would not recommend this Establishment for ANYONE to be doing any kind of BUSINESS with, and the Mannerism of the staff and management was of ill and of poor taste.

The venue is beautiful. But to get all what your contract says, you have to fight with these people. We use this venue for our wedding reception, and first the bridal rooms bathroom was dirty and with out toilet paper. we supposed to get a steam iron that comes with the room, but when I called the office to ask for it to iron my veil. They talked to me like I was crazy, in fact they said it was never a steam iron there. And when they finally gave me an iron, I had to sign a contract saying that the will not take any responsibilities if something happened to my veil. We went through four wedding planners on a period of one month an a half. It was very stressful and crazy. I am just glad that we made it through. The Fountains management should definitely take customer service classes to learn how to deal with people.

I had my ceremony and reception at the Fountains. My terrace ceremony was decorated beautifully and the grand ballroom was stunning. It was how I pictured it! From the bridal suites where my bridal party got ready to the end of the reception, it was a wonderful and memorable day. The staff was extremely helpful and the food and service was excellent. My guests and more importantly my family were very pleased. I have guests still today that talk about how the food was the best they ever had. I would highly recommend the Fountains for your wedding. My experience there truly made my day special.

Went to their steak house...appearance was clean & nice coming in. Asked to use the bath we smelled it before we found it. I walked in & ran out holding my breath. I ask straight for the manager and a female employee comes to me and says she really cant do nothing but spray....i asked why when i saw at least 4 employee standing not doing nothing. Well i came at 7pm and it stayed nasty til 2am they god for the on the edge band because i would have exited the building.

The venue is beautiful! I stayed at the nearby hotel to attend the ceremony and reception. Everything was very convenient. The food and service was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time there. I would recommend for brides looking for a unique, spacious and elegant venue.

The management was the worse. They have a problem talking to people. The talk down to people and I didnt like it. The manager cursed at kids running not knowing there was a parent near by and when approached tried to say she didnt say it. If you are a minority do not spend your money here ever.
