I think they did a fantastic job remodeling this theatre! It is so comfortable, warm and inviting. I like how they now have kiosks to make the process a little faster when purchasing your tickets and also being able to purchase your tickets online. However, one drastic downfall for me about this theatre is the reserved seating. I would be 100% on board with this if it wasnt all the time, for every movie at every time. I am not a fan if sitting up front as Im sure a lot of people arent. So when I want to go last minute or even a couple hours before a movie starts and find the only available seats left are from the third row and down, Im not pleased. Also, in order to sit next to your friend who you each buy your own tickets, you are not given the same seat options as each other. It just makes no sense to me. They should only have reserved seating for specific showings maybe, large groups or premiers. Very disappointed. Sorry for the long rant.

New updated theater is great. I would just recommend theater employees educate customers on the concept of reserved seating. Attended this weekend, and having previously been to an AMC theater, I understood that you reserved your actual seats (buy they online to get better seat options) just like buying tickets for a play or sporting event. However, when I got there, people were sitting in our seats, had to ask them to move. They didnt seem to get the concept that we reserved the actual seats, not just bought a ticket. There were at least three other groups of people that had the same problem. Other than that, if you have a chance to go to a reserved seat movie theater, it takes all the stress out of waiting in long lines and arriving an hour before a show. Buy them online and you are good to arrive when the movie starts! Best idea ever!

This place is a joke. While waiting in line eight people left the cinemas instead of watching a movie. You have to buy your specific seating, and most of which is online in advance. The movie my wife and I wanted to see had seven seats available but none together. We wanted to sit together so she made the comment we could always ask someone to move down a seat (two were in the same row on opposite sides) at which the teenager working the counter told her abruptly that we cant do that, its against the rules. My wife and I got a sitter for the kids and wanted to enjoy an evening out at the movies and we left the theatre insulted by a 16 year old because of a crappy designated seating plan that Regal has. I would give the experience zero stars, but its not an option.

Worst movie theater ever. Yes thank you for reclining seats, but that is only so that people who sit close to the screen will stop complaining about not being able to see. Also being extremely uncomfortable. But what pisses me off most wold be the fact that i arrived at the theater early to get a good seat then was told i had to sit in the way front. Which is dumb because when i arrived at the theater, it was completely empty. So now you want me to go online to buy a ticket before i eve get to the theater, just so i can have a decent seat? Nah screw you. Never again!

This place is absolute garbage, thought I lost my phone there and spent over an hour trying to get a hold of someone and they cant be bothered to answer a phone, then I went back a few nights later, to watch a late night movie, and the manager refused to seat me with an ID when I was well over 18. Then had to wait to return my popcorn because they would not sell me tickets without an id. Absolutely the worst customer service. They dont care about customers now that they have made a little money with those new seats.

FANTASTIC! Use to be old movie theater but has been completely redone! The seating is unlike anything else, stadium(ish) style seating where everyone gets their own "lazy boy" leather chair that reclines all the way back as if it were a bed... a foot rest even comes out and you can get incredibly comfortable! ALSO: a TON of leg room for the most comfortable seating. Pretty good food, but not a ton of options.. still definitely probably my favorite movie theater (and Ive been to a lot of theaters)!

For the people complaing about the hike in price, STOP. This place used to play the old dated movies that were already released on to dvd. The theathre was ran down and old, thats why the price was so low. Now they play the newly released movies and have renovated. Thats why you now pay higher prices and come on what theathre around has powered lazy boys and the spacious room that you now get. I say, totally worth it, two thumbs up.

Love this place. It used to be old and run down, but since the renovations its now me and my wifes go to place. Dig the fact that you can reserve the seats ahead of time online so that you can guarantee great seating and dont have to arrive an hour early to do so. Reclining leather seats are the bomb. Regals reward program is very good also. Seen several movies here and just went to see the new Star Trek: Beyond movie last night.

Drove an hour to get here, on party member forgot their ID. The host said that a picture of the ID would be acceptable, only once we had a picture of the ID, the story changed and he had to call over a manager who said they couldnt accept the identification. You need to teach your people the policies in place and that joking about these things is not acceptable. Plus, she was clearly over 17, with or without identification!

Quick advice on getting the most out of Reserved Seating: Plan Ahead. Go to Fandango.com and get all your tickets days in advance. If you dont want to buy tickets online, just show up, and there will be people there eager to assist you in the movie scheduling needs of you and all of your friends. Unused tickets may be returned. I never had any problems with them. I wish every movie theater was like this.

Wow. They should really tell people that if youre going to be sitting in the front row, you need to break your neck to be able to look at the screen. And even then you cant really see whats happening. Also their cups/lids sucked. My friend and I both ended up dumping soda on ourselves because of the leaky lid.. Two stars for nice seats

This theater is still much cheaper than the other theaters in the area, even though the price did go up. The renovations are amazing. Power "lazy boy" style leather recliners with plenty of space between the row in front of you. Never crowded, and the sound is very crisp, as well as the image. Very impressed with the overhaul!

A Private User

This was top rated when it opened. They are now taking hit movies that have been out and showing them for $3.50. So if you can wait, its worth it. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. Not a lot of traffic. Target, Kohls, bed bath & beyond, Sams club, Home Depot, Wendys, Staples and an Ice Arena are all across the street.
