Among all the theaters (especially the Loop) this Theater provides the best service for the money. The best is the change that took place some time ago when they decided to turn OFF the sound on the advertisements. This way I can go in early, get my usual chair, sit back and close my eyes and rest. When the featured film is up, I am totally there and having an entertainment that I paid for. No kids running around or other individuals who are trying to disturb the film (unlike at the Loop where I’d never go back again for that reason alone!). In the beginning I rather visited the usual theater in Londonderry because I could not stand the advertisement jingles. However Flagship management learned fast (I take it) and turned off the annoyance. So Flagship is up there in my book and I go there now 99% of the time because it is close to me and gives me what I pay for. Also the staff is getting a bit better in greeting people and do crack a smile and even a joke or two. I like them just as I like the Londonderry cinema team.

Weve been going here for years and its always been great (if too cold) until today. $30 for tickets (2 for myself and grandson for one movie and 2 for my son his partner for a different movie). Another $10+ for popcorn and candy and the manager wouldnt let me bring in my nalgene bottle of water from home, even though Ive been allowed to bring in water in the past. "We sell water here." "Well maybe I dont want the popcorn then." "You dont HAVE to buy it. Thats your choice" Id rather have my clean local water than water bottled in NJ, thank you. I looked at the cashier and said "Gee, if Id snuck it in my coat pocket it wouldnt be an issue. So much for honesty." Its not like we were sneaking things in and not like we werent supporting their concession stand. If you cant allow a senior citizen a lousy bottle of water, she wont be making future purchases.

This has been the theater I have gone to to see movies for more than 5 years, I can remember what it looked like then... because it still looks the same, same carpet, same colors, same snack choices, & same ticket booth, when it was Flagship Cinema it had a light post in the center, now there is none, not much of a change after it changed to 5 Star Cinema, arcade is okay, air hockey is good & should stay but other games are kinda boring, never seen the party area being used, honestly looks like an awkward place to have any party, but most of the time the theater rooms are clean, bathrooms are always clean, staff is never rude, & it is not a bad place to go on the weekend, but it is in desperation for a makeover, even painting the walls would be nice.

I have been coming to this theatre for seven years now, and I love it for many reasons; it is close to home, ticket prices are very reasonable, and they have the best-tasting popcorn of any of the theatre I have been to. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In the past few months I have been seeing a movie at this theatre minimum every two weeks, and recently found out they have a rewards program, which they do not advertise. Saving up points earns you free things, such as popcorn, soda, and tickets. I most definitely come to this theatre often enough to take advantage of the rewards program, and I am so glad that I found out about it. I will continue to be a loyal patron of this theatre for as long as they are there!

Ive visited this place about eight or nine times. Each time they never seem to have thier act together; starting movies late, tripping over litter, posting the wrong times on website. I wrote a complaint letter about a month ago with no reply. I guess theyre slacking in the PR department also. Thankfully there is another movie theater only five minutes away.

I bought deal flicks thru Groupon for this theater cause it excepts them. They have not posted any deals on the deal flicks website for days. This is the only theater around me that excepts them. My Groupon will soon expire! How can I use the deals if they dont offer them anymore thus all the ppl with deal flicks in this area cant use them now!

Nice theater close to home, which is the only reason we go here so often. There has been a few times the projector was "broken" so we had to drive across town to the other theater. Drink and food prices keep going up but thats ok cuse I hit up the dollar store on the way in!

This movie theater has high quality movies and most of the is clean, I just wish I just wish it had better bathrooms and candy. Other than then that it is a great place to spend time with your family!

Let me first say that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, Beauty and the Beast. What was not enjoyable was the half hour of non stop commercials we had to endure to get to the movie start.

There always exiting movies in time, clean bathrooms, some games not to many where its and arcade, the food is good, the workers are nice, the theaters are clean But the prices are expensive.

This theatre isnt the best place to enjoy a movie out. No stadium seating here, and the popcorn tastes like cardboard. Best thing I can say is the place is clean, but thats really it.

This Cinema is very clean, and easy to reach from Rt. 93. Nice seats, great picture on the screen and good sound. Not least, pleasant, helpful staff. We would definitely return.

I drive way out of my way to go to this theater. Parking is easy, the prices are better than anywhere else, the theaters are comfortable and it is NEVER crowded.
