We just returned home after a repeatedly disrupted 7:26 p.m. screening of "Arrival." A group of 5 or 6 middle school age children talked throughout much of the movie, got up and down from their seats, and in and out of the theater. I left the movie to talk to the manager who came back to the theater to tell the kids that they would be asked to leave if they made noise AGAIN...then he left. Another patron may have done the same thing just before I did, as well. After the manager left, the kids began the same disruptive behavior -- though they stopped whenever a theater attendant checked in. Since the movie was near the end, I did not go in search of the manager AGAIN, but spoke to him afterwards. He told me he would have removed the children from the theater if I had notified him a second time that they were disruptive. I told him that I came to the theater to watch a movie, not kids, and that theater monitoring was his job. He asked how he could he know they were disruptive if someone didnt tell him and if his attendants didnt see it. I replied that after I reported how much the children were disturbing us and after he spoke with them to settle down or leave, that he should have reasonably concluded that some sort of disruption was continuing in the theater given that the kids continued to go in and out of the theater through the rest of the movie. The manager apologized and offered me two raincheck tickets. Given his weak response to a known disruption in his theater and failing to resolve the problem for the majority of patrons who were NOT talking, getting up and down and switching seats throughout the movie, I have no intention of returning to this theater. At the very least, this manager could have assigned an attendant to stand at the back of the theater for the remaining 20 or so minutes of the movie. After all, many attendants were just standing around outside of the theaters when I came out to complain to the manager. It was telling that these same middle schoolers came out of the theater behaving as loudly and disruptively as they were inside the theater (e.g. knocking over a sign while horsing around) and the manager, who had gone back behind the popcorn counter yet remained visible, did nothing. Clearly this theater does NOT value patrons who wish to see AND hear the movies they pay admission to. It was a ruined evening at the theater for my husband and me.

This is by far the WORST movie theater I have ever been to!!! A bottled water - $5 Movie Tickets - Thought would be free by using my $50 gift card me and the gf have been saving since Christmas!!! Ended up just paying the $19 for 2 tickets to see Jupiter ascending. Their heat was at least 95 degrees inside the actual screen room, I truly considered stripping to my boxers. Their cashiers laughed at the fact they didnt accept my card and thought it was hilarious when I politely told them I drove 45 mins to good this movie playing, this late at night, and in Standard definition (no 3D movies) The arms rests do not pull up, so I couldnt snuggle with my gf on our date night. DO NOT COFFEE TO THIS THEATER!!!! ANY THEATER BUT THIS ONE!!!! Digiplex in Mechanicsburg PA is amazing, go to that theater or just do a quick Google search, please please please do not come here!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I tried to purchase tickets on line. The website timed me out before I could complete the purchase. When I went back in to try to purchase the exact same seats I got timed out of, the seats were listed as taken, at 9:15 a.m. Im fairly certain the seats were taken by me. My session timed out and now I am no longer able to purchase the seats I wanted to begin with. Im going to the theater in Harrisburg. I didnt get to choose my seats, but my session didnt time out and if I get there early enough, I am able to choose the EXACT seats I want!!!!! FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!

Awesome reclining seating... very comfortable and viewing the movie had zero obstacles. Concession prices are a little high but I guess thats typical for all theaters. However the money spent on seating should have also included updating the restrooms... Some stalls were out of order, tiling cracked or broken on the floor, grimy faucet handles/knobs. I like the smaller theater experience with the reclining seats because you are not crammed into a sold out theater, fighting over armrests or trying to see around someones head. So A++ there!

This movie theater is great! Has the cheapest tickets Ive ever gotten for one (7.25$ per ticket), you can order your tickets online because there is reserved seating. Plus the seats are great for couples, the recline and are super comfy and the arm in the middle of two seats can also go up so you can get nice and comfy with your partner. There is also really nice and helpful staff, and on top of everything, the movie is fun for everyone with a small arcade for before/after the movie. A great theater for a couple, or even a family.

If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said to avoid this theater. It was outdated, to say the least. Last year they did a major remodel, and its now my favorite theater in the area. New projectors and sound, and reserved seating in comfortable, reclining seats. Concession and ticket prices are on par with surrounding theaters. Because of the new seating, there are less people in each theater, which I prefer over the packed ones.

I prepurchased movie tickets through Costco because Google and website states that it is a Regal Cinema company. It is not. It is now R/C. Now, I have $80+ worth of useless Regal tickets to use in the Carlisle area because R/C and Regal are competitors. I was told this changeover occurred over 6 months. My argument is that the websites and search engines should have already been fixed. Please get it together, R/C.

R/C Carlisle Commons is great for everyone! Had such a wonderful time there tonight with my brothers. We went to see Star Wars 7 I give it 5 stars cause its perfect for a big guy like myself. On top of that. They are bringing in these awesome seats that will recline and everything and even wider for Big guys like me that struggle with weight cause of my disabilities! The staff was very nice and friendly as well!

Great movie theatre. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They are getting new seats that are extremely comfortable. The staff did make an effort to make me feel welcomed and the girl I spoke with joked around with a few of what I believe might be regulars there or past employees which made me want to come back. Very easy going and nice. I would definitely recommend it.

The movie theater is usually quite clean and nice. The new seating arrangement is great- you can choose your seats at the register & ALL of the seats are luxury recliners. Some of them are single-seaters but others can lift their armrests and turn into little couches. This is a wonderful perk and makes the movie experience worth the ticket price!

I enjoy movies again! I have purchased tickets in the box office and online without any problems. Im not sure what everyone is talking about with the cleanliness... Ive always been very pleased with the appearance of the theater, seating, and the bathrooms. I came to see a movie, not hang out in the bathroom, anyway.
