I am writing in reference to the above subject. . Tonights experience was disheartening. Upon arrival in to theater three, its level of cleanliness was an absolute disgrace. The movie was to start in less than ten minutes, and it was clear no one was coming in to clean. Every seat, floor, and isle was covered with what looked like hours of trash, food, popcorn, and napkins. Upon exiting the theater to find employees, I noticed and found several behind the counter. They were all talking, joking around, and as I approached a wet substance from the counter flung at my shirt, as a result of them flicking things at each other. I finally got the attention of a young female employee, and told her of the condition of theater three. She then went to theater three, with another male employee. The same said young male employee accompanying her to clean. was openly complaining about having to have cleaned what he described as " five already today." As we waited outside, a man came out whom looked like a manager. He confirmed that he was, and I told him of the dirty theater, and the food that was flung on me at the counter prior. He stated that " he would then be checking the cameras." After they went in to clean, and we started the movie, the isles had only been somewhat cleaned, and mountains of trash, napkins, and popcorn remained under the seats. We could also hear employees then still complaining in the hall, seemingly about our complaints at that point. Upon leaving the movie, and the building, we passed the same employee crew, and manager as we exited. We were not acknowledged, approached, or offered any type of apology what so ever. We will now be thinking long and hard, about where else we can spend over $200 a month to go out three times a week. I work hard for the money to spend time with said loved one. Ps-Lately we have also been noticing that the male bathroom is often not very clean, and about a week ago many areas of the food service floor were dirty and very wet.

Im tired of people calling this place the "ghetto theater", these people clearly havent been here in the last year. They have all new seats that lean back, with cupholders, all new flooring in the theaters, and just last week I saw that they have all new carpeting in the lobby as well as the theaters. I was at Regal and I took notice to some of their concession prices, and bought a jumbo bucket and large drink, it ended up costing me $16!!! I purchased the same items at Movies at Wellington, and it only cost me $11!!! All of that on top of only paying $5 at box office for a matinee ticket (which lasts until 6:00pm) I spoke to one of the employees, to give him my praise on all of the improvements, when he let me know that they have been using digital projection for about a year now as well. THEY HAVE THE SAME PICTURE QUALITY AS REGAL!!! I strongly advise anyone who wants to save some money, but still get the same movie experience to go to this theatre.

All movies at the theater are priced at $5 before 6pm which is pretty awesome. But overall, the theater is low quality compared to other theaters. The recliners are not in stacking formation like other theaters. For example in which the seats are one above the other. These theater seats sit on the flat ground in which that means if someone is sitting down in front of you and he/she is over 6 foot tall and/or wears a hat. Your viewing angle of the screen will be blocked. Bad design flaw for the theater. The owners are best to relocate to expand the theater more or even better buy out and/or merge surrounding businesses to expand. Other than that, the movie theater is great if you want to hang out but not great to watch a movie.

The movie theater itself is nice just remodeled but the bathrooms suck. Sinks dont work stalls dont close needs to be looked at. Also the ICEE mashine Coke flavor has been broken for more than 2 months seriously guys get it together. AC is ok warmer in the front theaters and freezing in the back ones. Their prices are good and theaters are clean they just need to work on a few things. PS. Finally fixed the icee mashine but if you have a movie in theater 8 watch out everyone will be walking in there and disrupting your movie experience. MANAGMENT change the name on the tickets so it doesnt say Wellington 8 movies becuase everyone goes to theater 8!! Lol really annoying after the 3 big groups come in and start talking

I am writing my 1st review. I have been going here for about 3 years now. I have been here when it was the reels and the so so seating, but hey for the price it wasnt bad. Now they went digital the seating is the bomb. Went to see this weekend TED 2 went last week downtown to see Jurassic Park 3D IMAX, shelled out a Franklin and the popcorn was cold and stale, the sodas were flat and this was the 1st showing. Go to movies in Wellington wait about 60 seconds for hot fresh popcorn with comfortable seats and I didnt have to break out a Franklin just $14 for me and the kid and about $20 something at the concession stand. I want to give out shouts to the manager Justin and his Concession stand crew, they are the bomb..

My family and I go to this movie theater all the time. I mostly go to early movies before 5 and pay only $5.00 Better deal is to get a $25 gift card at the box office and you get a free ticket for every $25 purchased. The gift money can be used for movies or food. Prices for food are much lower than mega chains and the popcorn is much better. I just went to a chain 20 theater and spent over $60.00 to see the movie and get popcorn and 3 drinks. The same movie at Wellington would have cost me under $40. Seats are new and comfortable and employees are nice enough. Dont waste your money. Go to this theater..

The best local movie theater. Its quiet and clean and the prices are phenomenal. $5 for a matinee is amazing whenever I want to go see a movie I make sure to go here. I have never waited in line longer than 20 seconds. Their seats arent super comfy but its usually pretty empty during the day so you often times find yourself in a theater by yourself. I cant say anything in terms of the food as I am not a fan of paying 4 dollars for a box of sour patch kids. The bathrooms are kept pretty clean as well but Ive often noticed a broken urinal. Overall a great little theater and my go to.

I dont know how people can make little complaints about this theater. I love this theater. Im sick of the big expensive places. I dont need reclining lounge seats and pay 50 dollars to watch a movie for my family. I love how it has the small town "ma and pa" feel. It is super convenient as I live in the west part of Wellington. Matinee is amazing. I give this theater 2 thumbs up and hope they stay the course. I have been coming here for years often and will keep coming here. I will stay a loyal customer. Thank you Wellington Movie Theater
