Ive had fish now for 3 years, the staff here has always seemed very knowledgeable and Ive always had more success keeping them alive even though they are more expensive. Ive been disappointed with their selection lately though, never seem to have everything im looking for, and now they dont let me trade fish back when my tanks get too full

Theres nothing like it was when it was jacks the new manager really doesnt seem to know what hes doing Ive been doing aquariums down for about 4 years and my neighbor went up there and he told her complete opposite of everything that I have ever learned about fish learn your facts before you buy from Pet Valu

Bought an unhealthy bunny from here that I had to rush to a vet the same day I purchased it. Ended up passing away 2 days later. Took it back to the store to exchange/get refund, and was approached by one of the most uncaring, unsympathetic, horrible human beings Ive ever encountered. Evil. Just evil.

This place when it was Jacks was a great pet store. Marine fish, big birds, animals and anything you could imagine. Now its just dog and cat cap and freshwater fish (in dirty tanks) - dont bother.

Dead fish DECOMPOSING in tanks. Not just one. Piles of dead fish in the tanks!!! Its obvious and nothing is done about it. Over priced on fish. Dead Bettas in cups. Dont buy fish from here!!

This place is okay. I feel really bad for them bc it seems like they dont have enough money to up keep their store. The workers are extremely nice and helpful.

Jacks pets recent change to pet value has been beneficial. However, their reptile selection has gone down and they no longer sell live rats for reptile owners.

Now that Pet Valu AKA Jax has the new manager Jeff the place is clean the animals are healthy and I couldnt think of a better place to buy fish

Ive never had any problems I go there a lot for feeder fish and other supplies like Carefresh Bedding for my hamster that I also got there

Well its not Jacks aquarium anymore. They do sell fish but not saltwater fish anymore. I think their prices were high on their stuff.

Nice little pet store that have fish they have fun lizards and a little bunnies Birds and all varieties of pet items that you may want
