Use to love this place. I went tonight first time in years and was very dissapointed in the management. I was with family out of state and trying to have a good time, and a group of people were very aggressive. I was shoved against a wall and was being hit with the guns by this group of at least 8 people. My 60 year old aunt said she was too and my 9 year old cousin as well. Another random guy talked to the manger about this and the managers even saw the group surround him in the public area and tried starting a fight and my family explained what happened and the didnt care at all. They let the group go back in anyway and the guy who was surrounded ended up leaving because he didnt feel safe. I didnt feel safe either my little cousin left and my aunt wouldnt go back in. Management didnt care at all and Im very dissapointed that they didnt as no physical contact is one of their main rules and they didnt even care when it was broken? I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. I refuse to support a business that dont care about their customers safety. Im still in pain from being hit by people and their guns, I cant believe this would happen.

I took my sons last night for the unlimited play from 5-9pm. It was extremely busy but we were assigned three games with a promise of a couple more. We waited for our first game and unfortunately they did not have enough lasers for all the players. We ended up two short but Stratum jumped to action. I think it was a manager who was quickly on hand and (I wish I had his name as he deserves thanks). He quickly came up with another laser for my other son. He was very apologetic to me and offered us free pizza and a free pitcher of soda. He then ushered us into the next game and seemed to look out for our enjoyment all night. The boys played 6 games and I played 5, we had a great time. Must have been a 150 people there and this manager was seriously concerned about our enjoyment. We did not accept the pizza or soda but it was refreshing to see such service. P.S. this place is awesome. The best laser tag we have ever played and the boys cant wait for next years trip to AZ so we can play again. Thanks Stratum.

Stratum is a very fun place to go and hang out with friends, I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to have a get together. I felt that the staff were friendly and handled everything ok and were funny an made it a great time. There was a customer there who was being a little to aggressive but the staff asked her to leave and every one else got a free private game after, definitely a good place for parties. The unlimited play time that I was a part of made it cheap and easy, also there is an arcade with games and prizes, this makes for great entertainment in between games and a lot of fun if you want to take a break from the laser tag games. For 10 dollars more you can also get a special gold wrist band and a fully automatic phaser (hold the trigger for continuous fire) That makes an enemy vest sing happy bday to the bday guest, you also get a green lazer!!!

My family has been visiting Stratum for many years and each time has been wonderful and full of fun. We played unlimited laser tag for four hours with no glitches. Facility was clean and properly staffed and monitored. All the equipment worked perfectly. The strip mall is a work in progress but appears clean and recently remodeled. Snack bar was well stocked and priced much the same as any other concession stand. We found the staff to be polite, engaging, and firm enough to establish rules so the experience was safe for all. I seen a few complaints against John while reading reviews but we have nothing but nice things to say about him. He was helpful and responsive to our family. We love your establishment! We are about an hour drives away and its always worth it! We can hardly wait to return.

A great place! I took my 2 daughters and niece and nephew - age range was 8 - 11 - at first we were awful, but we bought the unlimited pack and kept at it for 4 hours ... yes, 4 hours of walking, thinking, strategizing, failing, learning....and the last 4 games...winning. The place was great, the staff amazing, and its just a fun time! Highly reccomend! Parents, if you take your kids, do it with them ... learn together, my youngest got zero points her first game (#34 out of 34) and by the end she was finishing top 15 every game and beat me a few times.

Was having a "fair" time . Brought my son in for some father son bonding. Just came from a 10 hour pest control shift in which I am exposed to the heat all day. Asked counter girl for a cup of water, she refused. Said I had to used dirty drinking fountain (they are all dirty). FOund manager and was told she would make an exception for me, but its really for "PAYING CUSTOMERS" . Um....I just spent over 30 dollars for 2 10 min games to hold a fancy flashlight...I think I was a paying customer. Screw this place and the water Nazis that work here.

I went to Stratum for the first time about 2 months ago and am hooked. I am pretty competitive and went there with my friends and dont think we have ever had more fun! Was helped by the owners son who went by "Commander Vinny" and he was hilarious! Going there for my 22nd birthday and I cant wait. Told my girlfriend that I wouldnt be happy doing anything else and if she planned anything else she obviously doesnt care about my happiness!! No Joke! It is fun for all ages, my little brother is coming in town from the Navy and he is excited to be going!

First time visiting and will definitely be back! The staff were awesome, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean, the equipment worked well (mostly!), and the layout of the tag arena was pretty awesome and well thought out. All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable night for our group. A massive thank you to the staff for making that happen. As a slight suggestion, Id love to see smoke machines in the arena as this really adds to the atmosphere.

I love that this business is locally family owned and operated! The laser tag arena was huge with a bunch of different levels! My fiancé and I had so much fun...we felt like kids again! Great pizza too which was really surprising! Well definitely be back with a big group of friends & also my nieces & nephews! All the employees were really great & super knowledgeable & polite! Well definitely be back & a two thumbs up to this great place!

I LOVE Stratum! We recently held my sons 9th birthday party at Stratum and the kids had an absolute blast. Everything was ready for us, the host was super fun and attentive (it is hard rounding up a group of 9 year olds), and it couldnt have been any more fun! I was really impressed and would also recommend Stratum for team building events. Our company has been twice and it was SO much fun. Our staff always ask when we are going back!
