Some of the rides were good, but very expensive. The machines inside the arcade are supposed to be linked to their computer system, but after spending around 100.00 the kids at the ticket return/toy area stated that my daughters card was 800 tickets light. I asked for a manager, and they looked at each other like I was from Mars. We waited around half an hour for a decision... They came back and gave me 400 tickets, again, 400 light, and treated us like we were trying to scam them. Trust me Funtrackers, we were not trying to scam anyone, just asking for your people to be fair. I requested that they look at the machine, since it was obviously faulty, where the 800 were earned, but they laughed and said, "Ok sir, whatever you say." Bottom line, this place has a lot of potential as a tourist destination but has a staff that couldnt care less of their patrons. On my way out I asked for another Manager to voice my displeasure of the situation, in which I was told that he/she was not available until later in the evening. Unacceptable... There should always be someone there to investigate and mitigate situations like this. My family will not be returning to this park, I do not like being treated like a scammer nor do I enjoy the embarrassment we were subjected to by their young staff. Thanks

We are from out of town and I came here last night (Tuesday July 14) with my sister and our kids, the staff was the best staff any place could have! What stood out to me were the 2 girls in the front who were very friendly, the first one Marissa asked to hold my baby which I thought at first was odd but she was so wonderful with her and then her other coworker Bethany came up and they both made my daughter smile so big and handed her a princess crown to wear, she wore it all night. As the night went on I guess they both saw us again trying to take a family picture with my other daughter taking it (shes 7) and they came up and offered to get us all in it and one took the pic while the other made the baby smile for it. It was such a nice time considering the week I had and I was very pleased with my visit! I will be back again and will be sharing my experience there with everyone! Thank you and hope to be back soon! (One of the girls told me to come rate your place but I figured I would share this story with you as well)

Not sure why this place doesnt have a higher rating, so consider this a buff to even things out a bit. Took the family here and spent $20 at the arcade. That allowed my wife, 3 and 4 year boys, and myself an hour of non-stop gaming with prizes for the kids on top. The place was super clean, spacious, only one game was out of order, and wasnt terribly overcrowded on a Saturday evening. Not sure it gets much better than this establishment and the staff were super polite and respectful as well. Well definitely be back to check out the tracks, batting cage, and ROPES course! Also, there are some unique private rooms available for rental for parties that are actually pretty awesome in size and amenities. Seems like a great spot and perfect alternative to Chuck E Cheese in terms of birthday parties, etc.

Spring Mom

Visited here during the last day of vacation in Corpus Christi. Kids and parents all had a blast. We arrived on Friday at 11:30. Perfect timing, we practically had the entire place to ourselves. We purchased 3 preloaded cards. Our youngest drove the rookie racetrack, and the rest did the family track. Kids rode the dragon coaster, hurricane spin ride, and lots of indoor arcade games. It was a hot Texas summer day, 96 degrees so we didnt venture to the water bumper boats. The indoor arcade had plenty of games, a restaurant, and prize station. Staff at the racetrack were very polite, and helpful. It was a little pricey, but worth the cost for the smiles and great memories.

i crashed right into three go carts in front of because my brakes FALIED!!! i had some neck pain but the idiotic man was all Im going to let you off with a warning you crashed right in to three carts that went on the track i was beyond ticked it was only my friend and i on the track and she crashed behind me and we jumped out imminently and the jerk was all GET BACK IN THE CAR i was so mad i was yelling at him saying MY BRAKES FAILED he just shrugged stupidly DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM THE GAMES ARE RIGGED!!!!! i didnt have any serious injurys just a little neck pain that went away a few minutes later p.s this is Nicholas cayfords very upset daughter !!!

I have one complaint about your staff, her name was Olivia. ( had the red tips on her hair) I gave her 3 coupons for my 3 kids to use the free go kart ride, she then tries to explain to me that its one per person ( which I had already told her) I am then telling yes I have 3 kids so one per kid right? She then tells and waving her hand and making faces NEVERMIND, NEVERMIND then slams the sliding door in my face! Sooo rude! Another staff member then came to my window, I guess she saw how rude she was being. You need to have better customer service and hire friendly patient workers. What a way to treat your first visitors.

We had an awful experience with funtrackers. I never got a consistent spiel on what the teen package entailed. We spent over $ 300.00 and waited more than 40 minutes for 8 slices of pizza. Not to mention waiting at leat 10 to 15 minutes for drink refills. There were customers actually fighting in the cafe. Although the website claims they close at 11pm. The cafe refused to sell food after 9pm. As well as being extremely rude to customers and were not knowledgeable of menu items. I will never recommend funtrackers to others, nor will I ever plan another party.

Seriously such an amazing time! There were 2 employees that were extra kind to us! I forgot to ask their names, but they had just had a baby together. So clean, such an awesome family environment, friendly staff, and fun games! Every time we had a question we got a clear, helpful answer. If I am ever in the area again, this will be a planned stop. I will recommend to every friend who heads this way as well.

My family and I had an absolute amazing time at Funtrackers. The staff was very friendly especially Aaron Callahan. He had an awesome amount of patience running all the rides for the crazy children. My son especially like the high fives he received after riding from Rey. The girls inside were all so friendly and helpful and gave my children wonderful whistles for the ride home.
