They seem short staffed at times. Some week days you can be the only group watching a movie in a theater. The weekends are busier obviously; but weekdays can be fun if you like a smaller venue and a quiet theater. The prices for a normal 2D movie are not to bad. The 3D ticket prices are a little steep. The snacks are also expensive, and the line can be a little slow on busy nights. I saw someone else mention having to get up to close the door when the movie started. Ive had to do that before at this theater as well. Its clean and comfortable for the most part; but it would seem that once the theater has been cleaned that the staff should just leave the doors closed, if they dont plan on closing it for you once the movie starts. It seems like a nominal thing, but it seems like something the staff should do and not the patrons. Someone else mentioned the outdated arcade as well. I would concur, and have actually had one of the machines take my money. Not worth fighting with a manager or staff over a quarter; but if you actually want revenue from this area I would suggest an update or games that were at least popular in their time like the Street Fighter series of games, or Mortal Kombat games. Classics like pacman (or Ms. pacman), donkey kong, galaga, galaxia, and centipede are hard to go wrong with as well.

I brought my daughter here for Momma-Daughter day. We have 6 kids & Grandaughter, so the luxury of seeing a movie isnt that often. After paying $16 & change on our tickets, the $22 on popcorn combo..... We were told the butter machines broken. Need I not forget, there was 1 girl working front. & we had to wait for her to view her cell phone before helping us with refreshments. So we could have missed first minutes of movie to get refund for popcorn or just deal with it. So making 4 trips to get popcorn salt because its dry, plus the sticky stuff all over the floor in theatre...as well as a sudden hint of urine odor... Im very unhappy. Some may think "its popcorn lady" but THATS the big thing to treat to at a movie! Since it tastes worse than plain Kroger brand, we would have saved $20 by making our own. Very sad that this experience happened on the 1 of 2 times annually my daughter and I get to do these things......

Went on Saturday night date with my wife to see dark tower! And we waited in theater, showing time was 10:15 pm so when it was 10:25 and movie hadnt even started my wife went to see what was going on! No one was at the counter she came back and it still wasnt playing so she went back to counter and finally someone came out of office and they told her it wasnt downloaded on their computer and would not be showing! The guy in the theater with his 2 kids said that they just left Wonder Woman because it did same thing and now its doing it in this one. So of course they gave us our money back and said have a good night. But now it 10:52, what kind of good night can we have, date night just went to hell!! And no time to do anything else so thanks REGAL CINEMAS also they took my bonus reward points because they messed up!!

Went to see the screening of Lego Batman 3d. There were some technical difficulties but the manager jumped into action. Explained situation and corrected. The whole staff was wonderful. Arcade is a bit out dated but for the amount of traffic through the facility its understandable. 2 thumbs way up. Kudos to the Manager.

Nice theatre and respectable prices as far as admission goes. Food is pricey but thats true of any theatre Ive been to. Was impressed with the overall cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff, at this place. I liked it also that it was not a real busy place, making the experience laid back, and relaxing

Always friendly staff, but still extremely expensive. Almost $50 for 2 adults and 3 kids. And if we wouldve gotten popcorn and a drink, that wouldve been about same price as the tickets. Nice place, but I can see why there were only a couple of other cars there besides ours. :(

Needs some TLC and better seats. There really arent any good theatres in the area. The staff was pretty good even when our movie took a poop half way through. They were very accommodating and tried to fix the movie but couldnt. Not their fault, but still very nice workers.

I enjoy going here to watch a movie, never over crowded and the staff you interact with always seem to be top notch and friendly. Not the cheapest place but I still recommend coming here.

The screen was dirty; it was especially distracting during a 3D movie. Also, they didnt shut the door at the start of the film so I had to get up and close it.

If you want to go to a nice empty theatre, most times youll be fine. I dont have any complaints here, but AMC in Columbus is cheaper most days.

Was way too expensive.....a hundred dollars after tickets and drinks/snacks. Was reminded why we dont go to the theater anymore. Ridiculous.

Definitely always has a strong selection and really good staff. On opening nights for movies things definitely could be faster.
