I have always enjoyed going to the cinema in Glasgow, but in the last year or so, issues have really made the experience less enjoyable. Marvel movies always have scenes at the end of the credits which fans enjoy and hang around to see. When I saw "Doctor Strange," the movie stopped and the lights came on a few seconds into the credits. After someone brought it to their attention, the credits started back, but there was no sound. Im never one to complain about indoor temperatures, but when I saw "Logan," it felt like we were in a freezer; it was miserable. I brought the temperature to the workers attention, and they just said something like, "I noticed it seemed cold in there." I got jackets from our car for the rest of the movie. When I saw "Guardians of the Galaxy 2," after the previews, the screen shut off and the lights came on. This happened a few more times before they finally gave us the option of a refund or moving to another theater. One guy stood in line to exchange his tickets for the other theater, but was told he should have been in the other line once he reached the booth. I enjoy movies, and have always enjoyed this theater, but lately, there always seems to be an issue that makes the experience not as enjoyable.

When you have people lined up to the door waiting to get in to see the film of their choice ... it would be great for there to be announcements of which films can be entered at what times. We stood in this long line tonight and when it finally got to moving, we realized that had we cut line and went to the front, that the movie we came to see was being seated already. What a disappointment that we missed previews and had to sit on the 2nd row from the front. Surely there is a way someone can call out which movies are being seated so people dont have to wait in line for a movie that they arent seeing while they are missing the movie that they paid to see. There are still some people who just dont pass people and cut in line ... uno, those of us who were raised with manners!

Theatre is run down a little. Took family during a break from camping. Ticket booth in front says tickets are sold at concessions. Ordered concessions and then asked about tickets too, guess that was my fault, during the time we ordered popcorn and drinks, more people came in. Before I even paid for concessions, we were asked to go to back of ticket line!?! My wife got back in line while I waited with my 2 young boys.Then, when my wife got to the front of the ticket line, the lady had the nerve to ask me to grab our concessions and move down. Maybe they need more than one employee to achieve customer service. After all, the movies are entertainment.

The bathrooms are disgusting. I wont let my family use them. They need to be checked every 30 minutes and someone needs to figure out what bleach could do for them. As the only Cinema in Glasgow, they have a captive audience. I would suggest invested some money on cleaning it up. The staff is friendly but young. So no problem there. Yes long lines on weekends at concession stand. And its not just the bathrooms, the seats in the viewing rooms need cleaning as do the floors. Im not talking about picking up trash. I saying they need to scrub everything.

The theater was not very clean and the lobby seemed unorganized. There were only two people working the lobby, one for tickets and the other trying to serve the 30 people in line to get refreshments. The sound of the movie was scratchy and you could barely understand the characters. I brought it to the attention of the manager who attempted to fix the problem (fixed, but only for a short period of time). No refund was offered. Its sad to spend $25 for three people to see a movie and not be able to truly enjoy it.

We waited five hours to see the movie they had listed on their website to begin at 9:40 p.m. When we showed up to the theater (with five kids), we found out they had cancelled the 9:40 showing. This was very disappointing to our kids who had been looking forward to the movie all day and given up the opportunity to participate in other fun activities in order to go to the movie. The manager was barely apologetic and offered no compensation for our inconvenience. Very disappointing customer service!

No way I will ever see another movie here. Ill drive to Bowling Green. I tried to watch the new Star Wars movie and within the first 3 minutes the left channel completely disappeared and there were sound issues throughout the show. Well, for what part I stayed and watched. Management didnt even seem a bit concerned and did NOT offer a refund. AVOID THIS MOVIE THEATER!

FIX YOUR SPEAKERS! What the heck is wrong with you Marquee! The left channel completely died 2 minutes into Star Wars The Force Awakens. Then the right front channel buzzed the whole night! This is unacceptable! I can put up with the dirt and broken bathrooms but the SOUND and PICTURE are the reason I even bother to come. Its just sad. You make me sad :(

Waited all week for matinee to see 13 Hours-Benghazi movie. Couldnt see it last weekend, due to Snowaggedon 2016 !!! Now its gone. The importance of this movie for the public to know the TRUTH is beyond my words. Money is all that counts I guess for you, looking at the other reviews which were negative. Bathrooms a JOKE, sound systems too !!

Whole place dirty and musty. Sound problems. Pretty hard to take for people on limited income bringing their grandkids in and making a choice between groceries or entertaining a grandchild, then seeing the teenagers who work there let all theit little friends in for free. Never any management there.

This place is in need of serious renovations, if not condemned. My son and I went to watch the new Spiderman movie at this location. One guy was selling tickets and one guy was selling concessions. Problem...it was the same guy and he took forever. This shows signs of poor management.

Very run down and dirty!!! Carpet is filthy throughout. In dire need of a remodel! Very Stuffy inside...quit being cheap with the AC. The kids who work there are very nice and make great popcorn...the star is for their effort...its not their fault the place needs an update.

Nice screens and projectors, but the sound systems are pretty awful. Even in the latest remodeled theater the bass is weak, often distorted. Theater 1 is the best, but they never play decent movies there because its one of the smaller theaters.

Upgraded seating in most of their rooms, can recline and raise the arm bar. Need more people at the concession stand when there are a ton of people coming in. The movie screen and sound were great, just need to start movie on time.

Popcorn and staff are nice but the theater room we were in was very small and very hot! The seats had not been updated in what seemed like years. Check which theater room your show is running in first.
