My daughter and her boyfriend were kicked out of the movie theater after my daughters 17 yr old boyfriend with ADD leaned up against a box that was covering a fire alarm and trigger the lights, an employee ran over trying to shut it off meanwhile pulling the switch causeing the alarm and the fire department being called. they had to evacuate the building and where accusing my kids of doing it on purpose. my daughters boyfriend was in such emotional distress and so embarrassed he started to stutter. my daughter was so upset that she came to his defense telling the manager he didnt not do it on purpose that there was an employee who triggered the actual alarm. they asked the employee and she denied ever touching it. they told my daughter it was protocol to make them leave the theater. she demanded a refund and they gave it to her. they told her boyfriend he needed to write a statement and he added he was telling the truth and that he had ADD. they called his mom getting him into trouble before they knew the facts. my daughter called me and told me they were being force to leave and how embarrassed she was and all the people looking at them. I called and talked to a manager she said they talked to the employee and she said she never touched the switch and I told her my kids dont lie. and I asked if it was protocol to kick miners out onto the street at night without calling their parents. she said she did not know they were under age. I got very upset and said dont you think that should have been one of your questions you asked was their names and ages. I later found out that the fire Marshall found some flaws things up to standard in the theater. I called again later that night cause the Manager said they had everything on video and they were going to review it. she said they did watch it and that my kids where absolutely telling the truth and that they were not going to pursue anything further. I asked her about the worker who pulled the alarm she said the GM was dealing with her and was going to end the conversation. I said hold on we are not done I want you all to apologize to my kids and you will compensate them for what you put us all through. She said I would have to talk to the GM and he wont be there till Monday. so I wait.I also had to call my daughters boyfriends mom and inform her that her son was not at fault they failed to do that as well.

My friend reserved all 7 of our tickets online. When we went in, her tickets werent printing. We went to the front area, and told them this and the ticket lady told us theres nothing she can do. We contacted a manager, and he had to write them down on a blank piece of paper, after we showed him the email confirmation. Then when I went to order my concessions, the person tried charging me for a large popcorn when I asked for a medium, and then didnt give me my drink I ordered. We ended up being over 10 minutes late for the movie due to these inconveniences. We reserved a handicap area for our other friend who is blind and hard of hearing and has a service dog, there was supposed to be two of us next to her, in seats, 13, and 14, but they were removed and the only seat there was seat 15. Then there was supposed to be 4 seats, for the rest of us behind the handicap area so we could all be together. Our seats were taken, and after about 10 minutes of standing, two of us had to sit in the row behind our handicap friend, all the way to the far left, then two of us had to sit, behind those two, to the far right, while my 4 year old niece traded sitting on our laps the entire movie and then my 13 year old niece had to sit by herself in the front section. Greatly disappointed!

Think its just another movie theatre? Well, I suppose if you dont need a giant and amazing IMAX screen, lovely food (Oscars Bistro eats), or good looking screens, then sure, I suppose this isnt a place for you. However, if you DO enjoy everything I listed above, then you should definitely check Celebration at Crossroads out. All of that, combined with the ability to purchase tickets from home or on the go via Fandango, seeing a movie is really quite easy. The prices are decent and now, you even get to choose where your seats are (assigned seats). So, dont worry about getting the shaft when arriving late. Just purchase your tickets online ahead of time, and roll in when youre ready. Great place to see movies in high quality with a great experience and good food. Also, I forgot to mention. If youre a popcorn lover (like myself), then youll be happy to hear that you can purchase a Fan Bucket (movie design options like Captain America or Angry Birds) and refill for free during the period the bucket is valid. Plus, you get a few coupons to use as well.

We went there to see a movie last weekend. I purchased tickets online to save time, but being my first time doing so at this particular theater, I didnt realize they dont allow digital tickets or print at home like some of the other theaters. Not worried, we got there 15-20 min before show time to allow printing tickets at the kiosk and grabbing concessions. It was a late night show on a Sunday, so we figured it wouldnt be too busy. Problem is, only one kiosk was open and the box office was closed. The line for the kiosk stretched all the way across the lobby and wrapped back around the doors. We stood in line for 30 minutes and ended up missing the beginning of our movie. I was frustrated to see that a) there were bored employees manning the bar when they should have put people in the box office and b) no one even checked our tickets! We shouldve just walked right in. Not worth the $10/ticket and definitely not worth the convenience fees they add on to pay ahead of time. The food was the highlight of their services.... doubtful well be back.

Me and my fiancé are extremely busy and rarely get a night out .I called 6 hrs in advance from work to get tickets for a movie that night at 10 p.m the employee on the phone took my name and number and assures me my tickets would be at concessions when I got there. We arrived 30 minutes early to wait in line for another 30 minutes 40 dollars worth of popcorn and drinks later . They informed us that there are no tickets being held under that name and they didnt know what to tell me. Needless to say we were both terribly disappointed and will never give this establishment our money ever again.

Its a nice theatre with modern equipment, they have some decent food items and even alcohol. Ticket prices are resonable, but some of the food and drinks are incredibly over priced. Its one thing to charge 13$ for a couple sliders and some fries - thats like bar/grill prices, thats worth it, but 20$ for 2 sodass and some popcorn is outrageous. Even if I was filthy rich I would not help a business make 2000% profit on anything, especially if its just gonna make me have to pee during a movie I just paid to see. Movies are only 2 hours, eat and drink before or after and save your money.
