Just Smile
Theater is clean but they close the concession stand before the last shows even begin filling. I was there last Thursday for opening of movies at 7:10 the concession stand candies was covered and popcorn cold everything shut off. I have spoken to the management about this and it has gotten earlier they are closing. The trash bags were sealed off in throughout the lobby and the knots above the lids which will lead to trash everywhere. I hate to see how down hill this threaten has gone in the past year. It is sad but true

I usually go to the theater 2 times a month. The place is generally pretty clean, but have gone a few times and the floor behind the concision stand was really dirty, restrooms dirty (I usually going to shows before 12:00). Also it is a small thing and Ive talked to other customers about is the soda fountain area where they keep the straws/lids is very small and hard to get into and Im not a HUGE person and makes me feel squeezed in. The prices are reasonable. I really wish they had IMAX in at least one theater.

I still cant believe how cheap the tickets are here. Less than half the price of AMC in other markets. The downside is that the screens are pretty small and the seats are not ridiculously comfortable. Sound quality is also just good, not great, in the showings Ive attended. However, I think the somewhat lower quality is a more than fair trade for rock bottom prices on first run features.

Our son was home from the Marine Corps, he text us and said he was at the show if we wanted to join him, The show previews had just started and we ran right over but apparently they lock the doors and dont let any one in after the last show starts, that really sucked because it was his last night in town and he was leaving the next morning. We lost a couple hours time with him.

They need to staff the ticket registers better to get people thru faster. Especially when there are issues with pre-ordered/online tickets which really holds up the line. When they see one register has issues they should immediately open another register to keep the line moving.

Great prices, clean theatre, and all the latest movies. Add a few minutes into your planning to grab a drink and popcorn. The drinks are self-serve and there are only two fountains - one on each side of the theatre.

I always have a great time here. A little pricey but the reward program thing that they have is nice. The staff is always awesome and helpful.and its always clean. So no complaints just keep up the great work!!

Love this theatre. Great prices and people. Concession prices are lower then other Showplace locations. People complaining about the price should realize that this is where the theatre makes 95% of its profits.

Typical AMC Show place. Not a very big arcade but the movies are cheap and there was a special for pop corn and soda for 5$. There had never been more than 6 people in the theater both times I went.
